After long time break, visited again yesterday. Found out that same friendly people are still there. Many shsisha lounges are available in Birmingham and mostly they are similar that service shisha food and drink. This place is my favourite place in Brum as they have really nice outside sitting. As they turned their garden into a shisha garden and provide more heaters to warm up, give nice atmosphere to smoke in airy space. Food is delicious and teapot with candle also one of favourite

Great atmosphere and vibes of my country back home. Staff are very friendly and are always very welcoming. Great space to study, work or just relax / lounge in. Just lounge and take in the arabic vibes. Would recommend any day.

Good outdoor shisha lounge. Staff really take care of shisha and shisha itself is great! Food also delicious. I had chicken wrap with fries. Outdoor venue is tant, so you can easily spend your time there in rain or windy weather. Worth a visit!

Enjoyed the atmosphere of this Arabic restaurant. Good customer service and great selection of hot food and desserts. I enjoyed falafel with humus and barbecued lamb. Nice swarma too. Sheesha' are also high quality with good clean pipes. Waited long time for a place like this to open near me.

Thank you lovely Shisha, great customer service. I have been here a few times but was put off by cheeky staff behind the counter during the day. I was so pleased to hear she had left as she was rude and very suggestive borderline desperate I’d say. Anyway lovely gentleman behind the bar. Polite respectful service I think I’ll be a regular here. Thank you to the boss and his wife they are always welcoming. One happy face highly recommended but please be aware of membership rules not fair on leaving poor feedback for that.

Attended a 21st Birthday party yesterday. The food was incredible, so much to choose from. The decor is really nice and we were in a lovely Moroccan themed room. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would 100% recommend them and book them for a another party.

I've visited this spot a few times - usually on a Friday - for after work drinks etc. Food is usually ok (provided that what you wish to order is available) and the prices and portions are quite reasonable. Tends to be quite busy with the shisha crowd as well, though there is substantial indoor dining area is preferred. The overall experience can be a bit of a hit or miss situation dependent on staff or server you get.

Well it’s been over a year since my last review. Sultans have made a massive improvement to the lounge and restaurant. Staff are amazingly friendly and the owner is a wonderful person. Great shisha lemon and mint :)

I must say i'm quite surprised about these bad reviews i've read but most of them are related to the membership issue. Maybe a notice board would help to preempty the disappointment of being turned away as non-member if the place is too busy? We aren't members but came to eat at a less busy time. The staff was friendly, we liked the style of the decoration of the entire restaurant and the food was very good. The portions were huge! We will come again and we won't have an attitude if we are turned away, we have some understanding, thank you

Excellent Restaurant and Shisha Lounge. By far the best in Birmingham. Polite service and I'm always greeted with a smile. Importantly the food is always fresh and tasty. A good selection of home made cakes and different teas too. The shisha is consistently good. This is a members only place, which is good as it keeps it a relaxed and safe environment. 👍🏻

I really do not care about your lounge or about setting another foot in it!!! You are saying I’m banned like I actually care. I actually regret every penny I spent on that place and that went into your pocket and regret ever bringing new customers to the place. BTW I’m not the only one who referenced your lounge and your treatment of customers as discriminatory and rude!!! There several reviews like mine too. All you have to do, is look at the amount of the 1 star reviews and be happy I gave the place 4. The 4 is not for you it is for the nice staff, the Shisha and the food. Unfortunately, instead of taking the criticism, you just attack the reviewers by calling them disrespectful. Alhamdulielah every single person who served me at your lounge have my respect including the workers mohammed and the other guys, they are all nice ppl and I have never disrespected any of them, but again you have to say that I was disrespectful because you could Not actually meet criticism with a nice reply other than criticizing back. When it come to opening a business, We already have shisha and restaurant businesses in Saudi and we have never discriminated against our customers and they love us. Very nice Shisha but their pipes sometimes leaks which gives headache. The reason I changed my rating is because I’m a Muslim and Muslims always say the truth. Jabbar who is the owner was so rude to me on multiple occasions and to be fair I felt like I’m discriminated against. I honestly don’t know what is his problem. I took one star off just because of this fact. I’m not setting another foot there and for my friends please do whatever you like I honestly don’t care. Thank you to the staff, the lady at the counter who always smiles when taking orders and Mohammed the Arab guy. These two are the best in that place.

Came here for my mates bday party last weekend and had an amazing time. Food was a bit slow but understandable as it was so busy, our lovely host Oz kept us up to date with our order and never left us alone. Service was amazing, bubbly and real cool gal sorry for all the drama. The rest of the staff outside at shisha we’re amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. Ladies behind the bar were moody and thought they were something else defo need to be to be taught some manners esp the one taking the orders. Thank you to all the guys outside and Oz oh and jabar (cool guy) thank you so much for letting us take over and make so much noise was a great night. Peace out we shall be back 👍🏿

I wanted to give less stars but I can’t because the food is on point. I came for breakfast one time and food was amazing complements to the chef, but let down by the annoying lady behind the bar that just refuses to keep quite!!!! I’m trying to relax and have my breakfast prepping for a meeting but her voice and volume was grating I tried to complain but didn’t want to cause trouble. I came in the evening with a friend and the food was just fingerlcking, the service and atmosphere was relaxing. Food was on point. I returned one day for a cup of takeaway tea and the annoying lady was working. The rudeness of her speaking over me in her language to another worker was just rudeness to another level and when I asked for nabot which is crystal sugar the face she made and expressed her dislike to her colleague making me look so shameful little did she know I’m fluent in Persian. Anyway I haven’t returned due to being called a stupid old man! I hope she is no longer there she brings down a beautiful place that is an asset to our great city., but if I do return I shall speak to the Owner.

Been here since day 1. Love Jabar & Oz they are my family and I love chilling here with them. The food is on point the chefs are amazing, the shisha is lovely and the atmosphere is really chilled. Amazing service, came here after nearly a year and got the biggest welcome from Ozy (queen sultan) Her smile always wins us over. The warmth and hospitality was just perfect it was like home for us and we really had a wonderful evening. Not the usual fuss you get in other lounges, everyone that comes to the lounge isn't a child. No unnecessary noise, altercations. Great for socialising with few friends after work. Great food too.
