Very nice place staff were friendly and professional. There's so many food options to choose from. We ordered Spaghetti with chips, chicken lasagne with cheesy chips and chicken burger along with some mocktail. The drinks came after 5mins of placing an order. The food came out 10mins after. The food was hot and tasty and was very satisfied with what we got. I can highly recommend this place.

I took the family down on a Friday evening and was seated straight away. Ordered the steak with pasta and chips. Vege burger and some dough balls and garlic bread for starters. Food was exquisite, absolutely tasty. The mock tails were amazing, they were served with elegance in a glass jar covered with smoke. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Ladypool Road.

We recently discovered this halal restaurant on Ladypool Road in Birmingham. The day we visited this restaurant their food machine was broken so we had to wait for 2 hours for food. But we were made aware of that on arrival and decided to wait. We were also given complimentary mocktails (Shirley Temple) as a gesture of goodwill. Drinks were 10/10 we ordered mojito and Pina Colada Food 10/10 - We were recommended “The Italian Job” Pasta by the waitress there (she was nice). And we requested additional chicken in the pasta as it was a vegetarian option and the chef was able to do that. This was the best pink pasta I have ever had. For starters we ordered garlic bread and calamari Affordability ££ portions were big and food was tasty so price justified Big thank you to all the staff for providing the best service and food I’d visit again 😃

Oh my Goodness. Amazing. Everything they make is great. Reasonable portions of steak and very well decorated. Nicely pairs with bubble tea is great value of money. Overall the food is great and service is commendable. Very well greeted on arrival. Staff try to get through everyone as soon as possible. Highly recommended, good atmosphere. Have to visit for burgers as well.

Having deliberated with the family for over an hour, we’re to go for the wife’s birthday, my son made a choice to try this establishment. Walked in decor nice and simple, and most of all Clean. Seated down and allowed to take our time ordering, we ordered starters firstly and we asked for more time to order the mains. Starters were well presented and tasted really good. Buffalo wings -nachos with beef, chicken strips. Mains ordered and arrived in a timely manner, so no issues with either starters or mains to Table. Mix of mains from burgers to steaks , all well presented with nice portions, great sides and delicious. At the end finished up with bubble tea. Overall great food , definitely recommend, staff nice and keen to help, however feedback would be to have more staff , as had to wait ti make eye contact when needing some assistance, but thank you and again well done 👍🏼 5 stars ⭐️ stars ⭐️

Had an amazing meal at this place. We went on a Friday evening and were seated after a short wait. Staff were extremely polite and courteous, service was good, and the food was AMAZING! Between us we had all the steaks and they were on point. Onion rings were very scrumptious and the mocktails were very good. Couldn't try the bubble tea as were too full but would definitely go back there again. Overall, great hidden secret, great service and amazing food. Highly recommend!

We were a group of 10 and ordered pretty much everything of the menu. We all absolutely love this place the burgers were so fresh, full of flavour and massive. So satisfying! If you’re trying to count calories this isn’t the place for you. If you want to have a cheat meal this is the perfect place to satisfy your hunger for sure. Good service, good food and very reasonable. Highly recommend Filthy Animal burger with skin on fries.

Could come here everyday if I lived closer. BEST food ever. Everything had flavour and the lasagna was divineeeee. Had so much spice and flavour!! Steak cut chips were yum, along with the buttery mash. Hard to find restaurants that actually make the mash taste yummier with a bit of butter mixed. I got one of the workers to call for the manager because I had to tell her myself haha. Again, AMAZING food. + customer service was great too, lovely workers, lovely place, lovely food. Make sure to come you guys!!

Burgers are really good although overpriced The sauce that came with the strips was nice The starters were a let down, order chicken strips and the garlic bread as a side which both tasted more like frozen rather than restaurant cooked type. Garlic bread 5£ for 5 pieces is extortionate considering it didnt taste great The mojito was really nice, came with the smoke effect. Again overpriced as was a very small glass. The service was great, the lady who served us was very kind The place was very cold, could do with the outdoors heaters brought in Cards accepted Toilets appear clean but the seats are filthy which is very disappointing Parking can be difficult but can find on a side road and walk a short distance It is quite new and sure will consider the feedback to improve Place was quite busy when we went

The bubble tea was amazing they serve better bubble tea then bubbleology, I had the Italian job pasta which was amazing. My wife had the Gambler chicken which she loved and I know this because she never finishes her food 😂😂😂 my 2 children had the chicken nuggets and each had a bubble tea. The customer service was amazing as we were new to this bubble tea craze and the boy behind the counter recommended us the drinks which we loved the inside has a very nice modern decor and a nice atmosphere definitely recommend this hidden gem and will be back next time with my friends to try the steak

We went for a meal on Saturday evening and was pleased that there was a table available. The seating is nice and comfy (expected for a new place) we ordered quesadillas for starters to share and I ordered a strawberry milkshake. I was surprised it was served in a plastic cup and to be honest at nearly £5 it was at best McDonald’s standard with no real strawberries in sight. The quesadillas were fine. We ordered the Godfather steak and it was recommended medium which was great as it was probably medium well. The steak was flavoursome and the sauce and mash potatoes were equally tasty. I had the chicken steak and once again it was very tasty along with the vegetables, fries were slightly to salty. My sister ordered the penne pasta with chicken and the pasta was flavoursome but the chicken was very processed in taste and pretty much inedible. She just ate the pasta. I was a little disappointed that when we went to pay the server (maybe owner) asked how the food was and was everything ok and when I mentioned the inedible pasta it was simply dismissed. If your trying to offer a premium product on a very competitive Ladypool Rd the service has to match when things aren’t exactly to those high standards. Overall 3/5 but worth a try.

I would definitely recommend this restaurant to those who love their burgers and steaks. Steaks are their speciality! Loved the aesthetic and also the service from the waiters/waitresses. The hygiene is 10/10 also! Would definitely come again.

An excellent place to eat. Only recently opened in Ladypool Road Birmingham. Friends and I have been a few times to try the different foods and drinks. I was told this is a steak house but it’s not just that. The Firm serves not only steaks but burgers, lasagne and pasta aswell as bubble tea and you normal drinks. The foods amazing, my favourite is Grill em hot which is super hot enormously large wings, the steaks are really juicy and tender and the gourmet burgers are really fulfilling. The drinks are good aswell especially the one with the exploding mist ( I think it’s called Shirley Temple or something) which we were given on the house. Overall a great place to eat with family and friends.

Honest review. Prices are little expensive but it's ok if it's worth the price. Mojito for £4.50 in a small glass is excessive but nice. Steaks was decent but its silly to give a small pot of gravy when steaks are not cheap.. Sometimes is better to give more then less.

Drove past this place and saw customers sitting outside and having bubble tea. Thought we will give it a try and boy am I glad I did. The bubble tea was amazing with loads of flavors to choose from. I have just been to this place with my mate and I absolutely loved the bubble tea. They have so many flavours to choose from. The burger was something completely different. Chicken breast was so moist that it melted in my mouth. The best out of the lot was the pina colada. I’m saying no more. Definitely recommend this place. This will be my new regular.

We visited the restaurant on a weekday evening as a group of ten and wow...we were blown away. Being from Canada, we don't have a lot of halal steak options so I was a little skeptical coming in. And they serve bubble tea too? Too good to be true, I figured. The service was warm and friendly, and the ambience evoked memories of a real steakhouse...laughter and a palpable buzz in the air. We ordered the calamari, prawn sticks and cheesy fries as appetizers, and our mains ranged from steaks to burgers to pasta to a hot dog. The food was sublime; consistently mouth watering and we would've had seconds if we weren't stuffed with the generous portions. We also had mojitos, pina colada, The Firm Special and various bubble teas among other drinks. We thought the food would be the highlight but the drinks really stole the show. I've traveled to 25+ countries and had many memorable meals but have to say this is easily in my top 5 ever. Thank you for such a wonderful experience - can't wait for our next trip to Birmingham (p.s. do you deliver to Canada?!).

Hidden Gem on Ladypool Road, probably the only place in Birmingham that knows how to cook steaks properly. These are not your standard desi style steaks that you can get from any local restaurant. The quality of the meat is bang on point. The steak literally melts in your mouth. The burgers were something completely different. Decor is top class, with excellent customer service. They have a beautiful green room where you can sit, take selfies and enjoy a drink. The bubble tea's and mocktails were on a next level. Have not tried anything like them before. The concept is wow. Well done "THE FIRM RESTAURANT" I will definitely be coming back for more.

WOW just WOW. I have just been to The Firm restaurant on ladypool road and I am absolutely gobsmacked. Such a posh restaurant. The steak was to die for. The best steak I have had in the Uk. It reminded me of a steak in Dubai. They are also doing bubble tea. Have not had anything like it. I’m not the one to leave reviews but this place deserved it. I will be back for. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. This is what ladypool road was missing. Well done. Hats off to you.
