The place was clean and well kept. Waiting staff were attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, I feel I have paid a premium price for fast food quality. The burger was definitely overcooked. The presentation was not great. Food was kind of salty. Sadly, the only positive I had was the milkshake and even that lacked the whipped cream on top.

Great place to eat with family or friends. Great seatings. Excellent service and well looked after. Food is bit pricy, but not full 10 out of 10 marks on the taste or flavour would give a solid 7.

Visited this place over the weekend, and I wasnt happy with the PIRI PIRI crunch burger. Though it was filled with flavour it was served to me cold as if it's been sitting there for 20minutes which ultimately ruined the whole experience. Other than that, the onion rings and the milkshakes were superb.

Food was just average for an American diner, an a little over priced too. Nice bright interior and friendly enough staff. Wasn’t the best place in star city to eat x

this place must be changing the staff every now and then because sometimes the food and service is excellent and then sometimes its terrible. I reallly like their burgers and chicken strips, not many places in birmingham do it like them which makes me come back to this place. The decor is so cheap and just ugly, i think if they switched it up with a few minor changes (and a different colour scheme) it could look infinitely better.

Visited last Saturday for a meal. Burgers are okay. Nothing great for the premium price you pay. The food is okay but the prices are just too off putting. Especially for the service you get. The waiting times are just unbearable for a small burger and salad.
At least if the size of meals matched the prices, it wouldn't feel so bad.
Menu has changed, but again the prices on new additions is a joke.
Addition of side order...sweet potatoes fries...over £3..just seems unreasonable.
Any Sundaes, milkshakes or desserts you order..you get the same awful softy ice-cream from the machine..which is sickening in taste.

Had a lovely meal here again yesterday! We were seated straight away, the staff were very attentive&friendly which is why we decided to tip. The milkshakes 10/10, the wings 10/10 and my main was also😍the portions are very filling for the prices you pay. The toilets were clean, we didn’t have any issues at Tinseltown. We will be returning again next month. Thank you!
