Would have been 5 stars but they dont accept cash and I had to give cash to my friend and ask him to pay by card otherwise my severly autistic teens would have kicked off - they were also really disappointed that there were no ice-cream sundaes and the table was minging and I had to ask for it to be cleaned so I took off another star. Typical Burger King fare. Decent burgers, nice chips. The staff were friendly and helpful. Got there at a less busy time, so plenty of places to sit. Saved over £5 by using vouchers on the free app.

Good food, good prices! Sort of regret getting such a bit meal, but it was VERY cost effective and very good, just not really able to eat some of the larger meals. I think I got the XL Bacon one which was like £7? Absolutely massive, had to forgo my chips, but it was VERY good.

I had a chicken royale and even though on the website it looks appealing. It isn't like that in once made. The burger isn't as it said so it was different and looked southern. The mayonnaise when warm in the burger isn't nice and the lettuces was in big pieces and not completely in the burger. Not to mention the bun gets stuck between ur teeth. The burger is obviously over advertised as I wasn't as satisfied as I thought I would be.

It’s a fast food outlet at the end of the day, however my order was incorrect and the fries were cool. When I asked for them to be reheated the server threw them in the bin and gave me some fresh! All I wanted was for them to be heated up. My crispy chicken was not in a sandwich as requested but in order to get something to eat fast which is the whole point I took it in a bun. No apology at any time, I got the impression the server was not from these shores and there was a language issue.

Burger King for me is the very best...Top of the fast food chains. The restaurants are always spotlessly clean and toilets are maintained to a high standard.The staff are quite obviously trained to a very high standard with a fantastic knowledge of the. Products they sell.In my opinion Burger King stands head and shoulders above any other outlet and as a chef myself...I would not hesitate in recommending Burger King to people in the future. As I'm sure everyone knows, it's a fast food burger restaurant chain - flame grilled, 100% beef. I'm not a great lover of burgers, but if I have hunger pangs to satisfy then BK is my preference from choices on the high street. Staff at the Commercial Road, Bournemouth store are very polite & welcoming. Would be nice if someone could clean the tables though ... not many customers in and staff had time, but it seemed no-one could be bothered. 🤷

Food quality is okay, but quite expensive for what you're getting compared to other similar fast food restaurants. Especially as orders are frequently mixed up and you end up with the wrong item of food or just nothing at all. There are also incredibly limited vegetarian and gluten free options.

I had an awesome/frightening experience with BK few days ago. I seemed to have lost my bag. I searched for it everywhere only to have knwon that the manager picked it up hurriedly when she saw it was unattended. Mind you, I got important documents in my bag. So, I was grateful for her when she did that.. The staff were very polite and kind, all smiles from the moment we're on the till, up until we stepped outside. The only thing I didn't like was their toilets. I do understand that they have put a lock code so that non-customers can't use their facility but it really wasn't that clean.

A burger king that is ideally situated in the centre of town as well as being close enough to both the beautiful park plus the seafront, they sell a good range of various burgers, drinks plus limited desserts, I ordered the double bacon burger with fries from the friendly crew member which arrived in good time being as they were really busy, the burger was freshly cooked & tasted great, there is additional seating available upstairs.
