Went for Sunday Roast at Darcy's. I had the roast lamb and it was delicious. The restaurant was packed so I could forgive the slow service as it was naturally the busiest time . Staff were lovely and the food was excellent. The roast choices are beef, chicken, turkey or lamb, and there a vegetarian options as well. I look forward to visiting again. As well as eating in they also do meals to take away, a useful thing if they are fully booked and you can't get a table you can still get a meal to eat at home.

My first visit to this bar and kitchen was for a morning sandwich and a coffee, it is lovely inside and the staff member was very helpful and accomodating. I'd recommend Darcy's bar and kitchen to anyone in or around the area. Can't wait to come back to test an evening out.

If you want a relaxing Sunday lunch of excellent quality this is the place to go. Vegan nut roast great vegetables fresh and well cooked. Local veggies defo taste the difference. Lovely garden area. But you have to book. Would go again in fact I'm taking a friend there this Sunday.

Had many recommendations for Darcy's and we were not disappointed. Food was just to our liking (all 4 of us had different dishes including vegetarian) Excellent service from friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Will definitely be back !

Fantastic food and service Just so happened to find Darcy’s on Google as was looking for somewhere to eat a Sunday lunch near Bournemouth and was visiting for the bank holiday weekend with 2 young children Partner who is chef was dubious but was left totally satisfied and more! I had my birthday dinner there with several members of my family. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was excellent, the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. There was abut 14/15 of us in our group, we were all served together, which was great. Often with bigger numbers the service is staggered. Just got to add the sticky toffee pudding is to die for, so yummy. Will definitely be going back. Definite 5 Star rating for Darcy's Bar and Kitchen 🌟

Very friendly, informal and relaxed venue with strong local allegiance. We went specifically for the highly rated Sunday roast (choice of 1/2/3 courses) which was delicious, and were impressed by its popularity not only with diners but with people who had ordered takeaway roasts. Our only criticism would be with having a shop doorway, it can be draughty. There are also happy hour cocktails, Pie nights and a last Saturday of the month Cabaret.

Brilliant little hidden gem, we went for the first time for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Lovely decor, and the owners are lovely. Extra bonus is the lovely pup, Darcy, who the place is named after! Food is great too, no problem swapping out an item on the vegetarian breakfast, which was a good size and great price. Looking forward to seeing what it's like in the evening!

Lovely food. Small venue so book if possible. Darcy the dog wanders around and does bark a lot! Mainly to let us know someone has come in lol! Very friendly. Worth a visit.
