My husband and I went back to thus nuudle bar to have dinner last night - 2/7/2022 - Saturday. Thanks to the server with her great service. The portion size was super large. I can't finish it. But do enjoyed the dinner there. Nice, cold beet, good choice of dishes. I like the fact, you create your own noodle. I love BEST. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service and tasty food at fantastic value. Be prepared to bring an appetite; the portion sizes are quite large and photos don’t do it justice. Overall I would come back again and recommend to others.

Surprisingly good. Simple food well done. Probably would have preferred a table that wasn’t sticky but we were in desperate need of somewhere to eat with no notice at nearly 9pm. Staff were all really friendly. Food was well cooked and huge portions!

Great value for money here you get so much for your money. I did however get a hair in one of the starters. They replaced it but didn’t apologise & it was still on the bill. Love the idea of the make your own ramen/noodle bowls. Pulled pork was beautiful however I did prefer my partners. Katsu Chicken and satay sauce. There was that much that we had to bring it home. We were had enough to eat some that night and for lunch the next day. Nice decor inside. Staff just looked a bit bored

I've been to Nuudle Bar a few times and I've ordered from them several times honestly this is probably one of the best Chinese restaurants in Bournemouth. If I were to describe it, think of when you order a Chinese takeaway, except the ingredients are fresh, truly delicious and leaves a great impression. You can tell the staff here take pride in their work and it reflects in the presentation as well as the taste. I'd recommend the Chicken Katsu Chinese Curry with steamed rice. Absolutely delicious. Will be back for more!

Great place. Not tons of choices but this what they have is a top notch! We have had 2 bowls of noodles(probably the best we have had) and 2 starters chicken wings and dumplings. Everything was served aesthetically. And on top of everything the prices were very reasonable! I would definitely recommend it!
