Really tasty and fancy dinner. Splendid restaurant to celebrate something or for a night out! The pizza are good and the dessert are THE BEST. It's a bit expensive and they do not accept cash.

Absolutely fantastic. When we walked in the door the waitress asked if any of us had dietary requirements. Put my mind completely at rest when said yes coeliac. Food was amazing delicious and such care was taken with mine and was labeled gluten free. Will definitely go back

As a gluten free couple we tend to avoid the Italian chain restaurants. We visited this one with a group of friends and were happily surprised by how much of the menu is available gluten free. Their King Prawn starter is amazing, their salmon main and gluten free pizzas were great and the service was very good. Deserts were also good, however I'd love to see a gluten free Tiramisu sometime soon. Overall a great restaurant, and we can only hope the ones near us in London as just as good

Managed to get a last minute booking here, the staff are very friendly and there is a good selection of both food and drink of the menu. I found the service to be quick and the food was very tasty.

Very nice food. Had the veggie Vs veggie pizza and the bruschetta. Both were good. We also ordered dried pasta chips and were told that they come free with the drinks but we were not given them before or after the drinks. Staff were very attentive!

Staff was exceptional! The sharing board was absolutely lovely. Pizza and lasagne were ok, but nothing over the top. Tiramisu and limoncello were not really good and the coffee was absolutely rubbish! Way too much water in the americano, for a second I thought it's tea. Changing the cups might help as well. The lovely lady who took the order compensated the overall experience with her kindness though, she was so jolly, we really had a good time. Might be back, but definitely not ordering desserts.

Very fast service by friendly helpful staff. The chef's we fantastic. The manageress went the extra mile for us. Over all spot on place to eat, nice welcoming cozy atmosphere. It was the second time that I was in this restaurant and after the first time I would not be back because I did not like the service and the food served but I came back because my friend decided to make the birthday dinner in this restaurant and could not refuse. And I was really surprised by the service, we were attended by Danny, who was always available and concerned if we needed anything. Although the restaurant was full and I saw that I had the same attitude at all tables. The Service managed to clear the bad impression that I was two years ago. Regarding the food, I was already prepared only for starters as my first experience was not good and everything was good.

Went there tonight with friends, haven't been there for a long time and now first time after lockdown. The staff was efficient and friendly, following the internal rules in relation to covid. The place was busy for Thursday evening but they managed well. Food was tasty.

A really good atmosphere, your not shoulder to shoulder with other diners, small selection of beers, and a array of wines to choose from food was fantastic! Hot, very tasty, plentiful, couldn't eat another bite after dessert!. Waiting staff fluffed up on the bill but that was sorted out quickly, drinks were overpriced £8 for large glass of wine, and near £7 for a bottle of Peroni. Pleasant experience and will be coming here again, just not drinking as much her3 unless they bring prices on alcohol down. Food as follows Wild boar meatballs, Bruschetta, Spaghetti with buffalo mozzarella, Beef Brisket and Venison Tagliatelle, Lemon Curd Cheesecake and Chocolate melt.

I am obsessed with this place. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Their vegan menu update is great, so many amazing options! I love the rustica pizzas and the vegan chocolate dessert is to die!! 😍 Oh and don't even get me started on the chilli oil! I find it difficult not to use a third of the bottle in one sitting!!

my husband and i loved our experience here. he had the casareccia pollo piccante and i had the ravioli di capra (goat cheese, spinach, pesto and pine nuts) and it was all gorgeous. but when they say spicy, they mean it! shared a great bottle of montepulciano (lovely for the price) and a delicious clementine sticky-toffee pudding. great atmosphere and sweet service...and an impressive amount of gluten free and vegan/vegetarian options. awesome choice for italian in the bournemouth town center!

We were a table of 9 and can't believe how amazing our waiter was!! He could not do enough to help and assist us. He was also fantastic with the kids. Despite me booking the table for the wrong day, when my wife and I turned up to the restaurant with a couple of friends, we were quickly seated and served. The atmosphere is great, with an open kitchen at the back. They are very kid friendly, and the staff were especially good at engaging with my 3 year old daughter. But best of all for the wife and me, the vegan pizzas are superb. They make it even easier by providing a separate vegan menu, on which is a dessert that isn't just fruit salad (chocolate orange torte - worth the visit just for that). All in all, I think we'll be eating here again and again.

Went last night,28/7/2020, although we hadn't booked the man at the front of house was brilliant, asked us to come back in 30 minutes for which we did, he got us a table, nothing was to much trouble for him which was great considering he was a busy as hell, our waitress was brilliant, unfortunately didn't get her name, (short girl with buns in hair) . Food is always great here and never had to wait on the service. Great to go as a group and as a couple. The price isn't bad especially with all the deals the do, just make sure you bring a coupon or go online to their website before you pay full price. Edit: Had to take off 2 stars due to my most recent visit. Served three courses within an hour but when it came to paying we seemed to be forgotten about. Had to wait 45mins and asked for the bill 3 times. Also on the menu it says a tip will be added on which you can confirm or deny. Our server accepted it on the card machine before handing it over for me to pay....normally the customer gets that option. Not the server... I don't mind tipping but it is a choice for me not the server.

It was quick enough but there were not enough staff available to ask for extra drinks throughout the meal. It was a very busy night and staff that were there were working very hard and fast. More concerningly there were about 5 fruit flies around the area which is offputting and annoying when trying to eat. It looked tidy enough out in the dining areas but the flies are still a worry at this time of year.

Restaurant was jam packed full, but it was a Saturday evening. Tables are pushed very close together so there's no space to have a private conversation. Food was good, typical of this style of restaurant. All in all we enjoyed our meal there.

I would usually give this and other Zizzi restaurants a 4* rating but this time it wasn't great. Service was very slow as they seemed desperately understaffed and when we eventually got the pizza it had completely wrong toppings so we had another long wait to get it changed. However, when we did eventually get our correct meal the waitress was very helpful.

Whilst Zizi's is never going to get your taste buds tingling and your senses exploding like some other restaurants may achieve, the general experience for me was very good. I have eaten here many times before but it has been a good 5 months since my last visit. The menu has improved, as has the quality, decor and on this visit the staff. I personally felt that we got good value from a £25 each set menu that included 3 courses a glass of Prosecco and liquor too. I can eat reasonable sized portions and I was pretty full after my main, a pizza. Will definitely be returning again.

3 course set menu with wine...Starters were very good with excellent flavour. MAINS, some dishes are supplemented by £5, I had to see why! I was very surprised that my king prawn linguine being rather small for an extra £5. Other half had the classic spicy pizza, this was a good size but should come out pre-cut and have more toppings. Deserts, gooey chocolate pudding and the vegan option extremely nice but again the ice cream portion size needs to be bigger, twice the size would be perfect. Service, service was the best i've had so far in Bournemouth. All waitresses and manager all ways smiling and very attentive. Maybe a bit to noisy at time with the kitchen, cutlery and the other patrons. Overall I'm definitely coming back to this spot to try the full menu!

Went to the Bournemouth branch of Zizzi at UNIT 5 THE SQUARE RICHMOND HILL BH2 6HG on Saturday 1st September 2018 Very nice Restaurant chain who also have a good Vegan/plant based Menu. All Staff extremely polite, jovial, friendly, and very helpful, so nice atmosphere. Usually food is excellent, also in Westfield shopping Centre, in London, Bristol, ect, but on this occasion the Vegan Cheese was swamped onto the Vegan Margherita Pizza and the Vegan Spaggetti Pomodora was swimming in the excessive oil! Also both tasted of garlic, but doesn't usually! Also the quantity was half the amount as usual! On bringing this to the attention of our very nice and very helpful hungarian waitress, called Anna Lucia, she called the equally helpful Manager who asked if I'd like a free pudding or money back or bring more spaghetti. I opted for more spaghetti and hoped it would soak up the oil, it didn't and it made me feel sick! Anna then said it might be due to being extremely busy. However we've been before when it was busy but it was ok on those occasions. Therefore the chef must not usually work preparing the Vegan menu, or he might need to go to Specsavers! Lol!
