Friendly staff and good food. I was even given an extra bit of chicken on the house, which was a nice surprise and appreciated! Some of the QR stickers might need replacing, as my phone struggled to read them.

Went as a group of 8, 4 Adults and 4 kids. Were given waiting time of 45 minutes, however it took them 55 minutes to get us a table. Food was great as always, No chicken Liver though. Good experience will be back.

I have been eating from this Nando's since i was a child and i really enjoy it, they have good service and the food is halal which is a BONUS! For me and our fellow muslim friends. I suggest you come here and you can take a walk in the city park at night, it is very enjoyable

Excellent food quality! Nando's is a must try if you love chicken. Their BBQ style chicken is an instant classic, cooked perfectly. They large portion sizes as well so it can be a great place to take family and share a large meal. They also have a nice dining area with a good amount of seating but they are always busy so it's good to place a reservation in advance before coming for dinner. The signature that really sets this place apart is their famous Perri Perri sauce, its delicious, but beware it can be very spicy! They have varying levels of spice in their sauces but I found even the mild sauce to be hot! Overall a wonderful experience and I'd definitely recommend it

Good food but a mix up caused us to have to wait over a hour for our food. Very apologetic when error pointed out and offer of free desserts. As we'd ordered low calorie options, an offer we didn't take up. Also considerable difference in my interpretation of a quarter of avocado and theirs... Ie less than an1/8th..but good food. Wouldn't put me off going back but wouldn't order the 🥑

We were last ones in just before they closed. Staff were still very cheerful and helpful to put chicken on the grill even though they had nearly finished cleaning up for the day. They also waited quite patiently for us to finish even though it was well being closing time. All in all great customer service.

food was good ... had to wait 15mins on arrival as we was told the tills had crashed and needed restarting ... after 15mins had gone still nothing the manager decided to take orders on a piece of paper and said we could pay after we had eaten. Finally food was ordered and it arrived we started to dig in as we had been sat waiting over 25mins now for the manager to then come over half way through the meal to ask if we could pay for our meal then instead of after we had eaten. I understand you can't help electrical faults but surely some kind of common sense is needed at this restaraunt. I usually go to the birstall venue as I've never had any problem lime this. safe to say I'll be going back there in future.

Been coming here for years but today one particular manager had to cause a problem we had a little child with us and children cause mess there were a few slices of cucumbers on the floor and he came to the table our table specifically and said can you be careful of the cucumbers I don't want to skip over one and die and children make mess so it's kind of messed up this managers name is Mark

When we first got there, the place was full. They took our number and asked to call us in 30mins when a table opens up. We went across to wait because there were so many people in the line. In less than 30mins we got a call to come over and our place was ready. As usual, Nando's, for me, is always a beautiful experience. This time, we order the family platter and 2 extra sides of garlic bread and corn on the cob. The order came quickly, and we had a good time.

Being obsessed with Nando's, iv had a variety up and down the country however tonight was my first time visiting this specific location. This was one of the best meals iv had out of all the nandos iv ate at. The burger bun was super soft whereas usually it’s like biting into a brick. The customer service was very good - lovely gentleman got our food out to us within an efficient time frame which was excellent considering it was quite busy at the time so we anticipated a longer wait. As usual staff check in if food is okay and anything else is required and the lady who did so was really sweet and friendly! Definitely be visiting here more often and even when I’m not in the area, it’s worth travelling the 45 minutes for.

Busy Thursday evening, so take this with a pinch of salt. 6 of us seated near the front door, which was constantly open, blowing a gale, with people queuing waiting to be seated, merging with people waiting to pay for their meal. Not very organised. Not told where cutlery or condiments were stored (happened to be the other side of the restaurant) 10 mins to get drinks after ordering on app, then the second took another 20 mins after ordering. Nearly 45/50 mins before first food arrived. Normal quality food, staff all had stressed smiles on, insanely busy so nothing against them personally, just felt a little stressed eating there myself?

Visited tonight & service, all the staff the young girl in hijab who took my order, the Caucasian gentlemen who served our food & lovely Ismail who also served us were absolutely amazing. They were on the ball, polite, friendly and although it was so busy they were on top of it. Couldn't commend them enough x

I would give this Nando’s 10/10 stars if I could. We was greeted excellently and as we sat down we ordered through the QR code. A little mistake happened with the flavour of our chicken, but the staff were quick to rectify and standards didn’t drop. A mistake is normal, but to act on it how the team did was what makes the experience that much better. I would recommend this Nando’s to anyone, I’ve never felt more comfortable at a restaurant in my life. Thank you to the team! You were all excellent.

I always come in to collect on a Thursday. A few times now I seen the lady manager. She recognised me and came and sat with me whilst I waited for my food, felt like I was talking to a mate! She made it feel like home and she introduced herself she’s called Bally. Will always lookout for her on Thursdays, such a rare thing in food places but she was absolutely brilliant!
