H. M.Always have lovely service & food. However whenever I have been given free vouchers or discounts via online they are never accepted in the restaurant because if you choose a 2 or 3 course set meal then discounts can't be applied. It's pointless having a free drink voucher if you can't use it, should be available on all meals regardless of if choosing the set menu.

T. F.We were visiting as a family with young guests who had a great time eating delicious food while getting some of their 5-a-day in which can often be a battle.
When we arrived we were given a warm welcome and the service cycle was explained to us. We then met our server Lewis, he went above and beyond to find our little ones something to entertain them while we ordered our meal. Both Lewis and another young lady with dark hair served us our meals, they both were committed to great service and were very friendly throughout.
The atmosphere was awesome its lovely to go out and have a casual ambiance where you feel valued as a customer and can also feel how well the staff enjoy working with each other too, truly a family-friendly experience! Not to forget, all of us enjoyed our meals and the drinks we ordered - well done and thank you!!!
S. T.Due to travelling a lot, I've been to quite a few harvesters across the country and it's surprising how different they can be.
The Old Mill in Bridgend is consistently top notch. The staff are very friendly and there is actual effort out into the presentation of your food as opposed to the 'dump it all on the plate' approach that I've seen in other Harvesters.
Our server Lewis was excellent and I hope his manager commends him for his excellent customer service.

I especially wanted to mention that on our visit today our waiter Lewis, was absolutely fantastic. He was so polite and welcoming. He got our order correct & Nothing was too much trouble.

Our waiter was polite and friendly when showing us to the table, our drinks order came quickly and we had two children in our party, who were given colouring packs. when we ordered food, the service was fast and the meals delicious. Our plates were cleared quickly and desert was offered. Overall it was a great dinning experience

V. M.I booked our table online. The occasion was my sons 21st birthday. In the notes section I asked for a wheelchair accessible table. When we arrived there was no table available that wasn’t booked and wheelchair accessible because they didn’t read the notes. Another party was due in two hours so they said we could have their table but we must be gone in under two hours so they could prepare it for them! So what if we needed more than two hours? We’d be turned away because someone didn’t read the notes? That would have spoiled my son’s birthday meal!
when we got the menus we noticed that there were different prices for the same meals on some of ours menus! We pointed this out to our server who said she’d speak to the manager! We didn’t see those menus again and were handed new ones. Anyway once we ordered our food everything else went fine. The food was beautiful and the server was impeccable! I just as though the booking system should be tighter and more thorough as that little mistake could have spoiled a very special day!
