I was pleasantly suprised. It was my first visit after hearing negative comments. I found Pimentos extremely clean and tables were cleared and washed quickly. I visited during a busy lunchtime period and there were adequate staff ensuring short queuing times. The staff could not have been more helpful and polite either, they readily offered to move tables around to enable a larger group to sit together. There was a selection of seating upstairs and outside as well as in the main shop. There was a great selection of reasonably priced meals and snacks on the menu making it difficult to choose. From those I saw being served at other tables the food was plentiful and well presented. I shall definitely go out of my way to visit again soon.

This place is a hidden gem, a real under the radar kind of place. I called in with a friend for a light breakfast and the quality of food and service was above and beyond that which I expected from the outside. We sat on the mezzanine area and it was such a nice experience. Definitely going back.

Best Breakfast in Bridgend and surrounding area,.. Unfortunately since i posted this they have changed the sausages and so the overall quality has dropped. This changed 2 yrs ago, not been back since. I cook my own instead.
