Busy place food didnt look to good but loved seeing my lad in there

A few rude workers,however there is one worker in there that has always helped me,even when I was homeless , he still was kind and spoke to me with the same decency as everyone else. This McDonald's is quick for food though.

Local with an excellent location. Very fast customer service. Cleaning acceptable, including toilets. The burgers were well cooked and with a right amount of ingredients. Tiny friendly workers. The local's aesthetics is hip hop, really nice in Brighton. The distribution of the establishment is great.

This is one of the better restaurants they have. The food is usually of good quality, the staff are friendly, sometimes the food can take a little while to be made but this is usually because its made to order and I order the vegetarian meals. I enjoy the option of the table service and the restaurant is general in a clean state.

Speed and convenience wins at this time of night so I can't complaint with my midnight meal for one. Chips, good!! Burger, good!! Drink, refreshingly non alcoholic. We should set our expectation to low when entering through the golden arches and be pleased to receive the warm welcome along with a tray full of food. I had a cheeseburger, meal because it was cheaper than the burger and drink alone. The bbq sauce was top class. The atmosphere was spoiled somewhat by a teenage girl giving the finger to the janitor for clearing her space prematurely , but otherwise excellent . Recommended

I don't know why the iced caramel frappe is so good but it's just *chef's kiss*, definitely recommend!!! Also, Martina was really nice and gave me a drinks carrier and put it in a bag when I told her I was cycling so that the drinks wouldn't spill all over, so thanks so much for that -- drinks were safely cycled home! :)

i would say that the staff worker who believe the Woman's name is Kim has got good work ethics and Gumption in working in a fast food outlet restaurant also she is very friendly towards the customer which is good to see and and most of the workers there seem to follow a good moral compass i would say.

I have been there many times and they have never disappointed me so far, it's quite easy to reach there. Just behind the St Peter church to the London road.

When it comes to McDonald's you expect a McDonald's. Nicely situated across from Aldi you can gaze at what could have been. What might that be you may be wondering? A nice cheap, healthy cooked meal in the comfort of your own house. But no the rush of a highly sugary and saturated fast will suffice for now. All jokes aside would recommend, lovely stuff. X

I had the most exciting experience here at breakfast. A man and a pigeon seemed to me having a discussion in the far right corner by the windows under the balloons. They were promptly shooed by the lovely Asian employee wielding a plastic broom. No need for a phone or newspaper.

Pretty lucky to have such a high class McDonald's in my city. Ever since the new change I've only had mistakes from Uber deliveries by the form of forgetting my BBQ sauce! But the reception, speed and quality of this particular restaurant is great. Also the professionalism of the employee's in this particular is second to none, never have a problem and I always leave with a nice thank you and have a good day. Weirdly pleasant atmosphere inside the restaurant considering it's a pretty hyper active part of the city.

One I had a terrible fall on a bike from a comsiderable height and I was in AGONY and had to wait outside McDonald's for an ambulance, but I was so cold,I came in, & the staff were really considerate:one of them sawI was cold & gave me a jacket. It was a chaotic experience for me cuz I really was in agony no matter what I did: I think I had concussion, fractured my dye socket twice, broke my clavicle and possibly fractured my rib but don't know, &had other injuries so remember little besides this girl giving me that jacket, which was really kind. Unfortunately someone on the ambalance or in tbe hospital put it somewhere as me & my stuff were constantly being moved, and very soon it was gone, otherwise I would have used the opportunity to return it & say thankyou to the person who gave it to me. It was months before I was well wnough to just pop in there without a very good reason and by the time I did I couldn't be sure of which girl it was and felt a bit silly to ask, but if you were that person or those people who helped, thank you! If I have a horrible accident againI'll remembrr to stop by (itwas ovet a year ago now btw). Staff aside, of coure McDonald's sucks and we all know that. Sure it's tasty - we all like the taste of obesity, type 2 diabetes, fatty lirr & environmental distruction, minimum wage and un-unionised labour etc. And we all know it's both child treat & child cruelty at the same time.

Maybe would be better if the uber eats and deliveroo guys didn't take up loads of seats while they wait for their orders to come through, but that's an issue at most McDonald's these days.

Great, modern restaurant with a lively atmosphere filled within trendy music, soothing lighting, and spacious design. The place is very efficient and comfortable to eat in, and the staff is super helpful and friendly. The fries are succulent and made from British potatoes, and the burgers include good quality, tasty meat. Plus the food is actually quite cheap, especially when compared to other European countries. You can get away with a large menu for just over £5. This place has got everything going for it! I definitely recommend it for a quick meal with friends.

very polite service,restaurant was clean but what let's it down on a regular basis is you order your food,you get your napkins and sugar and stirrer then sit down to enjoy your hot food only to find it's not hot its luke warm to cold , people say I should take my burger back but at the time I'm hungry and don't want to go through the hassle of complaining ,as a whole it's great apart from that one issue but the food is cheap so I suppose there is a compromise but if your after hot fresh food then this is not it .but if your after a quick bite to eat and fast and cheap food then this is it .

I’ve eaten at this McDonald’s in Brighton a few times from before but the only thing that I want it to improve even more is by hiring more staff to deal with the business of the lunch period and sometimes it takes more than 10-20 mins to get my lunch ready even whilst eating in despite COVID. Hopefully it’ll be back to normal after COVID-19.

Hi Fiona from Ireland here..I live close by so I drop into Mac Donald's on the London Road most days . I find the coffee excellent and the WiFi is excellent but the reason I return is because of the welcome I receive from the staff who are so helpful and friendly. I'd particularly like to compliment Tony and Annette who always have a welcoming smile for me and are happen to lend a listening ear. The restaurant is calm and we'll run and the orders are delivered quickly with the option of table service..

I hadn't been to a McDonald's for nearly a decade. They have seriously upped their game. Self ordering screens with complimentary table service for if you're really lazy (we were not). I mean it's a McDonald's, but this is a decent one.

Sometimes what you would expect from a fast food restaurant, however often a long wait due to delivery drivers collecting their orders at peak times. Have previously had a 20 minute wait to collect a single drink for this same reason.

Quick service for such a busy store but unfortunately the standard of manufacturing on their Ketchup packets has fallen recently meaning whenever I try to open them the lid tears. It is simply not acceptable that the storage mechanism to the most popular condiment can have a manifacturing flaw. Also there isn’t enough mayo in the chicken legends... 🙄
