Just had a Spicy Nacho Burger, it was awesome… it was so juicy and the peppers where just perfect. Really enjoyed it chips and chicken pieces were great also, even managed to get a decent cup of tea. First time I’ve ever sat in at Miss Millie’s and like I said it was perfect.

Really solid chicken and some of the best fries I've had at a fast food establishment. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend one of the 3 piece chicken deals, very good value for money!

Regularly stop by weekly when taking my son to a play group, and order online for delivery. Really nice juicy chicken every time, good seasoning to the coating that's on a par with KFC. The fries mop the floor with other fast food chains too. Service can be a bit slow off the mark first thing but then we often get there less than 10mins after they open while batches of the chicken are being cooked but this is never really a problem; staff are happy to bring the food over and we just chill out at the table. Keep doing what you're doing.

Rly good chicken, proper decent like would recommend. Heard they send half the profits to oxfam and that the staff do voluntary work down the shelter too so that’s a decent. Good grub👍

Great food, great staff, better quality than Kfc. But you need a opening and closing time. It is never respected. Several time I come and see that it’s closed at 20:30. That’s disappointing

We haven't been here for a wile as the last few times the food really sucked but after about a year we decided to try you guys again and you didn't disappoint! We've ordered from you guys 5-6 times now and food has always been quick, nicely cooked and warm on arrival, lovely sizes as well You guys have definitely redeemed yourselves so far. Visited for a mid week easy meal that would last an extra day. Greeted by lovely, and patient lady; received great service and food was both tasty and of a good quantity for the price. Of the offerings in Yate, this has been one of the best for fast food, and I'll be visiting again.

Normally brilliant. Great staff nice food. Only today we all got old chicken. It was dry and u could tell it was cooked hours ago. Well my 2 year old is feeling sick and I am trying to keep my stomach contents. Probably just a one off. I have been feeling sick for hours. Just take it back if it's not fresh. Il still go back as it's the only issue I ever had. Hopefully we all feel better soon.

Update: After a quick response from Miss millies acknowledging and attempting to rectify our previous experience we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt tonight.. besides the food portions still being quite small (no fault of the workers) our meal was enjoyable. The experience seemed much better than the last.. it was different staff this time all of whom seemed polite when taking our order.. and all working efficiently. It was good to see the place being kept clean and tidy.. the manager also seemed polite and helpfull.. A much better experience than the first so basing it on tonight's experience I have decided to change my review from 2 stars to 4. Not impressed with yate miss millies.. Very unprofessional service tonight.. obviously no manager at the store with how rude the staff were being towards customers infront of everyone!!!.. There is also no phone number online to contact the store... I'm 8 months pregnant and had been sat waiting in the car for over 30 minutes for my partner to come back with what was supposed to be a quick meal when there were only 3 people in front of him.. I wouldnt usually complain but the staff tonight were not very on the ball! The woman who was in front of my partner demanded her money back after waiting for so long and the member of staff behind the counter slammed the ladies money down on the counter and told her to leave!! ... very rude and not nice infront of your other customers!! Whilst another person who was eating in store complained about the quality of the food... that's 3 unhappy customers in the space of half an hour.. Not good.. And what also takes the mick is two customers had an apology and were offered a free drink.. tho my partner had no free offer or appolagy! .. what's that all about... Staff need to be more respectful towards their paying customers! Especially when we are the ones having to wait for food that is not particularly up to standard compaired to other miss millies! We shouldnt have to listen to the staff bickering with the customers whilst waiting for our order. Not impressed with this store at all right now that for sure.

Locally we tend to call this branch of Millie's the lucky dip. This is due to the fact that if you place a large diverse order you are unlikely to get what you actually order - Chicken instead of Halloumi is a bit of a game changer for the two vegetarians in our party. On the positive side if you like fried chicken their's is super tasty and reasonably inexpensive. When things do wrong the staff do all you'd expect to correct the errors but in truth they shouldn't happen and while your waiting the other people's food is getting cold, hence 3 stars.

I kinda like the South West heritage over KFC plus I actually think the chicken tastes better. The Yate branch is friendly and efficient plus they seemed to give me some extra chicken pieces in the 'Wicked Variety' box I had. Nice!

Not impressed, tables were dirty, papers, straws etc on the floor. One customer in front of me cleaned his table himself before sit in. It was so embarrassing for me when I asked this person to clean our table as I thought he is a cleaner. Food came within five minutes of placing the order and it was not hot enough. Compare to others their portions is smaller but price is little higher. Wish them good luck but I am not going back soon.

I have never been to a miss millies before, being a vegetarian , however my children wanted to go, I was pleasantly surprised to see some vegetarian options. I chose the Halloumi burger which was delicious, the facilities were lovely and clean and the staff were very friendly. My children really enjoyed the chicken. I will definitely be coming again.

Went here today and the food was ok didnt taste as good as other miss millies but filled a hole. Ordered 3 of the pots of chicken with sauce but only got 2, didnt notice until I got home and would of cost more in fuel than what the pot cost. Had the fully loaded Chips, a little bit on the small size but were nice

Nowhere near as good as McDonald's, but decent enough if one should want a burger and chips. However, I'd stay clear of the turkey bacon burger, which is beyond greasy and a mess.

I ordered a family meal, when I got home (20 min) away there was half the chicken missing, I phoned to explain this and was told that they would bring the chicken to us, they did turn up and they brought the whole meal, which was hot and very tasty. I am a qualified gas engineers working away from home all the time and I do eat out very often This is my 3rd visit to this restaurant and I found the place clean, tidy and very friendly staff The fried chicken is crispy and juicy, chips are perfectly fried as you expected golden brown colour I can't find any serious problems like other comments I hope my five starts can give their staff little bit encouragement and demonstrate they can do it right and served right All the best to Miss Millie's
