Friendly place with a relaxing feel to it. Food was well cooked and a big portion. All vegan (don't be put off by the words chicken or bacon on the menu! Chickenless and baconless would have been better used).

Good dirty vegan diner in Bedminster. Always good to see vegan places south of the river. Eaten here a few times and the food always delivers - they do a mac n cheese and chicken nugget wrap that is unreal! They also sell vegan products in the shop, with a fridge full of bits. Love it!

Found this place to be fairly decent. Not a huge fan of the ambience but I get the the look they're going for. Nachos were too salty for our liking. The burger patty however was pretty good and convincing. Really looked like a ground beef patty. As with most vegan burgers the flavours don't normally come from the patty so much but the other fillings. On this occassion the burger was overpowered by jalapeños. That was the main taste but made sense considering this was the "Hell Burger" option. The Oreo shake was very nice and I am glad I did not opt for "Monster" option as that would not go well with a burger. This is junk food at the end of the day and it certainly felt that way after I finished eating. Normally I eat a clean and healthy vegan meal but we thought we'd try the place. So, if junk food is your thing then this is place for you and they don't hide it!

Came on a Friday night and had the steak and fries and a Mac and cheese as a side. Perhaps too much, but wanted a taste! Found the Mac and cheese a little disappointing in flavour. However the steak and fries made up for it. Great sauce and texture of soya patty steak. Had the caramel brownie to go and was delicious. I love the fact that they stock vegan products for customers to buy.

Milkshake was amazing!! Had the bourbon shake they had on special and it was delicious. Also had halloumi fries, hell dog, and a Philly burger Hell dog was very yummy, nice if you like spicy food. Halloumi fries were great, and the burger was nice! Bit of a mess to eat but tasty! They've got a little market inside where you can buy some vegan cheeses and meats to take home as well as their own merch that advocates vegan messages in a fun way 😁

Always greeted with a nice atmosphere with space to sit, good selection of drinks to choose from and that added bonus of choice of milks which is perfect if like me Oat is by far your preferred choice. The drinks were with us really fast and first taste just knew my Chai latte was a great choice, the drinks also helped the decision to order food. As I have visited multiple times I know to expect some of the best vegan fast food I've tried each time highlights for me are the mac n cheese burrito or the hell burger. They always hold a good selection of items always around to take home as well to add to the cupboards.

We just popped in for a coffee and cake on Sunday morning. My husband tried the vegan cheesecake which he said was excellent (even though he is a meat and dairy eater)I had a coconut latte and a brownie both very nice. Vx is very cosy with a good atmosphere will definitely be going back. There is lots of brilliant vegan choices.

One of our favourite places in Bristol - since moving here we've been here for brunch, lunch, and many many snacks and other vegan supplies, and we've loved it every time. Their mochas and olive & cream cheese swirls are delicious (and very reasonably priced).

I will start by saying I'm not a vegan but my friend is and she has introduced me to a whole new level of veganism by taking me here. I've had a Mac and cheese toastie, chocolate cake, monster shake (with a donut on top), tried the kebab...I've tried all sorts and a lot of the food tastes better than non-vegan food! I will say that vegan cheese is slightly weird but other than that I'm so impressed with the concept of this 'unhealthy' vegan cafe. They also sell vegan products which has inspired me to try a few. Staff are friendly as well and are happy to talk all things vegan which was great for me as it was all quite new to me. I really enjoy it in here and just wish I lived a lot closer!

Only issue I had with this place is that it's not very near the city centre - nonetheless a great experience. Amazing - their doner kebab is better than the original "meat" version. Go there all the time. Proof that you can be vegan but still eat the naughty stuff and at a really affordable price. Staff are so lovely and welcoming too, always have a really positive experience. Crossing my fingers that they may one day open a late night kebab/fast food van in the city center for a delicious post-night-out vegan kebab!

The Oreo milkshake is spectacular! Get it with the donut on top! Also ask about the Bourbon and pretzel one - it’s not currently on the menu, but they had it as a special on our last visit and it was great (of course, we had to try it!) Hotdogs are another favorite of ours!

I am a meat lover, but I wanted to try something new. I went with my support worker on Friday 21st April. And I had a big box nachos with a cappuccino (coconut milk). I absolutely loved it. Slightly more expensive than some of the other shops, but if you are in the area and need some stuff, always a good call. Lots of unique brands too, many German. Love Vx.... Beware. Loved it here! I'm not vegan but it always looked good so I've been meaning to visit for ages. I ordered a Philly burger and my girlfriend ordered a Burrito. The Burrito is huge and full of fillings which tasted amazing! The Philly burger looked a bit small when I first saw it and slightly underwhelming but when you bite into it you realise it's well worth the money and it comes with a side of nacho chips which is awesome! The price of the food is really very reasonable. Some say it's expensive but I'd actually say it's cheap. They also do excellent coffee which comes in biodegradable cups, I had a peanut butter coffee which tasted really nice. They do Milkshakes which are Monster Shakes, they are quite pricey but maybe they're worth the price since they're "Monster" size? I can't say because I didn't buy one. The staff are very welcoming and they aren't fake smiles either, they feel like good genuine people. I think this cafe is a great place to show people how there are some really good alternatives to eating meat. Also for those who need to know, there is free Wi-Fi here and they also sell vegan food to take home and cook yourself. So to sum up, whether you're vegan or not, I highly recommend this very friendly, cosy and delicious Cafe and this is the longest review I've ever written...so I must've really enjoyed it!
