H. W.Best Tom Yum soup in Colchester. Very tasty and not too spicy. Just ask for extra chili if too mild. We tried the Sunday buffet which was very well made and tasty, cooked to order rather than the standard warmed buffet. A good selection but don't order too much.

C. S.Not many 5 star reviews start with "they delivered my dinner an hour too early" - but ChinaTown made a mistake and sent our order out too soon. When I called to sort it out the phone was answered quickly and a friendly person apologised and promised they would re-deliver at the right time.
And spot on time, the door bell rang and a piping hot bag of delicious food was handed to me. Chilli prawns were excellent, chow mein was tasty, batter was crispy - everything was spot on.
Thank you - many people can get things wrong in life, but few can turn the experience around to be 5 stars. I'll be ordering again!

C. L.We have eaten at The Banquet and China Chef and the experience here and more importantly the food, is definately now no.1 in Colchester. The food is all excellent quality. The price is reasonable too. It is family run and certainly has an intimacy about it.
