I got a meal here recently and it's what you expect for fast food, fast and a decent meal. The waiting time was a bit long (8 minutes for food, chips and a drink) but considering there were people in front of me, it's hardly expected they can push out so many orders in 3 minutes or less. Dining area was clean, no spillages on tables or around the bins, if I had to nitpick the toilet could of been a bit cleaner, but no one eats in a toilet so I hardly call it a problem if a bit of toilet roll is on the bathroom floor. Food was hot, my till worker was polite and looked happy which is rare in fast food 😂 Solid place for a meal when out in town 👍

Daughter loves the food in this place & treated her after watching a film. She ordered what she wanted & was served in no time. Food was hot & she enjoyed it. Server's behind the counter were busy but polite & also gave my daughter choices.

Food is always good here, not much seating available. You need to go upstairs to sit down. But it's adequate for a quick meal. Only real problem for me was the drink refill is down stairs so you have go up and down all the time.

Taco Bell Colchester is clean and I was served very quickly. Food was well made, looked good and tasted great. The fries are seasoned, not very spicy but yummy, they are a little bit oven chip in texture. Seating is minimal, two tables downstairs and maybe ten more upstairs. Food is a bit expensive for how much you get.

Brought my two girls to try a bit of American fast food. Menu was limited - missing items, place was overcrowded and not very clean. Didn’t feel comfortable eating there. Better to go have slow British food.

One staff member confusingly asked us questions about our order but then she said she didn't know how to take the order 😂 but then another person came over and she was very friendly and took our order and gave us options and explained the meals to us. The food was really tasty but the tacos were less quality than the other food, But overall it was pretty dank.

My favourite guilty pleasure. The tacos are very tasty. They are a good size. The meal deals are worth every penny. My only problem is I get too full as I could sit all day stuffing face! Also the crispy cinnamon twists are beautiful! Especially dipped in nacho cheese.

A small building so not enough seats downstairs for families with prams or disabilities which can not use stairs and no lift. Staff are amazing and friendly. Good is lovely, great service and lovely food

First time goer I was helped by friendly staff adhering to all Covid 19 rules the restaurant was clean and tables set apart. Food was great I had the crispy chicken wrap with fries and drink. Cleaning is good and each table cleaned after customer use.

If you're from the states and you miss taco bell this is the equivalent of getting the frozen meal version of it. Missing the diablo sauce, or just out of it, no Baja blast, actually every soda there was a sugar free thing.ive had worse since being in the UK. You don't need to go to colchester for it. Just wait until you go back to the states.

I am a frugal person who resents spending a lot of money on fast food that I can make easily at home. I am also not a fan of the food you get at most fast food restaurants, like McDonalds and Burger King; greasy, low quality slop that costs more than it looks like it should once you unwrap it. With these things in mind, Taco Bell is a haven of delicious, quality food of astounding value. Even more so if you download their app. I usually eat here whenever I make the trip into town and once they start delivering (Deliveroo doesn't seem to come as far as me), I imagine I will order it even more regularly.

Wow, I love the food here! I came to celebrate my birthday here and ordered some cheesy fries. I forgot to ask without sourcream but thats my fault. Although, if they didn't put anything on them and instead asked "do you want any sauces? We have guacamole, sour cream, etc." It might've helped. But thats okay. Tasty regardless :)

The first time Taco Bell came to town I went in and was major disappointed with the experience and the food. On a whim I went in the other day and bought the quesadilla box to give it another go. The quesadilla itself was actually not to bad, the spicy fries too - however the beef taco was a major let down and has the consitency of sand. The only other thing that I found a bit dissapointing is the music was extremely loud when I was there, making it feel more like Yates than a fast food restaurant.

upscale and well known US chain which has a typical ecletic atmosphere and offers an explicit variety of mexi-merican food including tacos, nachos, burritos and churros. They also offer a 20% discount when you fill in their survey via their website using your receipt. There is a mad range of vegetarian products including refried beans and a chocodilla. One of my most adored 'fast-food' chains going.
