Food was 5 stars! We fell into it 😄 Their buffalo wings are everything. Their service is really good and Amin was so helpful and cheerful. The place itself is not so nice but who cares when food is at its best!

The food was very good especially my burger and fries. Also tried the chicken tenders but they have a lot of interesting combos of sauces and cheeses I have never seen before and I was pleasantly surprised! Had the Frankie Says burger well done, the curry fries and the Mac chx tenders. Another side note the chipotle ketchup sauce was an incredible topping to all of the items. The curry fries weren’t drowned in the sauce either and the portions were LARGE sometimes you get cheated with the burger joints but not here. Had an interesting cocktail menu but no room whatsoever so saving it for next time! 5/5. Little hole in wall keep Your eye out for it they have great seating too nice indoor or a small patio outside on a nice night it was very enjoyable.

Presentation was spot on, food was good quality too! Personally there were too many flavours on the ‘one big chicken’ burger such as: ketchup, mayo, brown sauce and cheese. Because of all the sauce the hash browns were soggy too. This is just personal preference but I probably wouldn’t get again. The only thing that let our experience down were the miserable staff. They all seemed extremely unhappy and struggled to even smile. Maybe they were having a bad shift but we were very pleasant and polite to them and it wasn’t reciprocated.

This place is incredible!!!!!!!! Make sure you go...and go hungry! The staff are so super friendly, the intros at the door set the tone and we knew that this was going to be a really great meal!! The man explained everything to us and we were super excited for our burgers....I'm not sure if he was the owner but really passionate bloke who was so nice The menu is mega, we love a burger and this did not disappoint... there is every type and the specials are really yummy and interesting The meal deal is really good value £12.95 for a massive burger and dirty topped fries. The waiter was super friendly, attentive and fun! He suggested a burger for my husband which was the Donnie J Trump, and helped with my fries which were the Bedelli. Honestly we really loved the food and everything which came out to others looked great The end game rum is blooming delightful! It comes in a really cool jar and the beer was also nice

Popped in during day trip to Coventry with family. Tasty food with generous portion sizes. I had a beef currywurst hotdog with cheesy fries which was delicious! Small seating area inside but the staff we're great at accommodating 3 adults, a pushchair, baby and toddler 😊

Really wanted to love this, there are quite a few items on the menu but no option to add to your burger. The McCain's fries in cheese sauce were nice but without the sauce they had no taste. Personally I found my burger dry and slightly chewy. It's a nice place with novelty names for their food and a good atmosphere. I wouldn't begrudge going here again but it's definitely not my first option especially with it being so pricey.

My favourite place for me and my partner to eat. Have been going every couple of weeks since the start of this year and having something different from the menu, which has all been delicious. Had the pictured chicken burger today which I was sadly told is only limited edition! It was my favourite main burger I have had from there! The service is amazing and the staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. They have a loyalty app which gives you a free meal every 7th visit and additional free coupons which they give out each visit. I highly recommend the pictured chicken burger for as long as it is available. The Kung Fu fries are a delicious side option and the Kyiv tots are also great! The shakes are delicious also, highly recommend the Banoffee or the Snickers in a Twist! My favourite place to eat in Coventry in years. I just wish I had known about it when they very first opened last year and not just earlier this year!

First visit this afternoon for lunch. Staff were friendly and efficient. The menu took a little time to understand at first but we got there in the end. I had the katsu chicken sandwich and dirty fries. Both were good. My friend had a burger which he described as ok but overpriced. Portions were quite large, neither of us managed to finish what we’d ordered! Desserts looked good but we couldn’t manage any! It had a decent selection of beer. Above average but a tad overpriced. I think both Meatshack & OPM in Birmingham do this better.

Tried this place today, the aesthetics was nice, a good spot for lunch / dinner. The chicken burger was really yummy and very filling. We got the dreadlock rasta burger which was so messy, but so yummy. The chips and bfc wings were very average, and borderline bland. Overall 5/10 probably won't visit again but one to try.

This is the Coventry offering of a small, but perfectly formed, chain of burger joints. Excellent medium rare burgers, top-notch fries. And a drink for under a tenner. Outstanding. And the extraordinary Basil Spence Coventry Cathedral is 5 minutes away. What's not to like!

Eaten at the branch in Hove many times, this was the first time ordering from the Coventry branch. The quality was equally as good and I would potentially list 7Bone as my favourite burger chain in the UK. I ordered the triple B bacon burger which was excellent, the bacon was substantial and crispy and the burger cooked just right. The tater tots and poutine was also great. It is quite expensive but I do think worth it.

Okay, so this place has to be experienced in person rather than via Deliveroo or click and collect, they just don't do it justice. These people believe in what they do, and that's creating great burgers. Seriously, juicy luscious lumps of meat with perfect accompaniments wrapped in bready goodness. That's what I'm talking about! And the sides?! Order the frickles. That's not an opinion, it's an instruction. Order them! You're welcome.

Food is really awesome. Some of the tastiest burgers I've ever had. Really recommend for snyone Vegan as their vegan burgers are divine. Issue was being gluten intolerant and vegan, I wasn't able to eat anything that fit both, so I chose to face my gluten issues and enjoy tasty vegan food. Anyone with more than just an intolerance would struggle to eat vegan. The building itself isn't cleaned well. We sat by a window that was covered in cobwebs and I saw several spiders just chilling next to me. Overall I do recommend it, the staff were also very lovely. It's not the greatest venue but the food travels okay (apart from the fries) so I'd recommend getting it delivered.

Went in to dine on my own for a late lunch post Commonwealth Games rugby session on the Sunday. Great fast and friendly service. Lovely food arrived quickly to compliment the very thick chocolate milkshake. Mmm. Will definitely be back again.

Very quickly seated and introduced to the menu and meal deal. However, it took more than 10 minutes to get our orders taken when at the time there were only 2 other tables seated at the time. Service felt to me a bit cold at this point for such an establishment; for example twice I said thank you very much with a smile when cutlery and drinks were brought over but was not reciprocated. It got better as the meal went at least but still not the friendliest in my honest opinion. As per photos, we got the BFC wings to start (just to note I think they stand for Bones Fried Chicken rather than Buffalo wings if like me you were expecting a hot, tangy sauce with it) and they tasted quite good. Mains wise, we got the Robert Johnston with the Portswood Poutine for a side and a frankie says rilassare v2 with the chicken fried halloumi fries as a side. The sides came with the opposite main but it wasn't a biggie as we were sharing anyway. Both burgers were ordered pink, however one came pink and the other well done so a tad inconsistent. An interesting to note was that the buns were fairly plain and soft. That aside, the fillings and patties were seasoned well and tasty. The chicken fried halloumi fries I would definitely recommend.There wasn't any check up on how things were going from a service point of view so we didn't really raise anything as we're quite easy going anyway. I did ask the server (he might have been the manager but I wasn't sure) whether they do or don't toast their buns to which he did assure me they get toasted and then steamed. However both buns for both burger did not have any toast marks on them. An overall underwhelming experience and would have gotten a slightly higher rating if not for the service but it hasn't got me excited at this stage for a return to try other items on the menu. PS. It wasn't a problem for my party but as a note of warning, the toilets and hand washing facilities are on the first floor (I'm not sure if there is elevator access but I didn't see one) so worth bearing in mind if accessibility is something your party needs to factor in.

Went with a friend to try out Coventry's newest burger restaurant 7bone Burger. Its situated in the old Pizza express building next to the Council building. Before I get to the food I'd like to say that the service was excellent, we were served by Jack and then later by Konrad. As for the food it was really tasty, definitely go for the one of the meal deals as its good value. I had some dirty fries and the portion size was generous. The burgers were cooked very well and were very tasty. If I had one bit of feedback it would be the the Peter Green burger seemed a bit small but it tasted great 😋. In summary it moves to the top spot in Coventry for burgers but admittedly there's not much competition.

The management made my day being a fellow vegan,she understood that before I decided to eat their I needed to find out what exactly the patty's consisted of.she went that extra mile and photographed the ingredients. Thats why with confidence,I had two,couldn't fault thrmt. .if I had to be critical ,didn't thing that much about the barbecue sauce... Extra bonus to have ,pick up one of their leaflet that he has a freebie offer if you spend at least £10.00,and you'll get a side order worth £4.50.. Loved the sign in the toilet....

Wow, great burger place. Staff were excellent and really friendly. Fantastic food. I had the pbbj, great flavour, miso peanut butter and chilli jam really made it, and it soon disappeared quick 🤤. Tater tots were crunchy and fluffy inside. Price was good and they have some good deals on throughout the day. Will definitely come back to try more of the menu, the 'donnie j trump' looked really good so probably my next one.

We came to 7Bone for the first time and we were very excited. We heard a lot about you. Your burgers are delicious, your fries compliment the meal. Very happy with that. Sadly, we found the service very fragmented. It started off fine. But when after our drink and food orders were taken, everything seemed slow and the servers looked a little confused. We waited a long time for our drinks. Our burgers arrived and we had to wave someone down to ask for our beverages. There was a table opposite us who had to shout "excuse me" 3 times to get a servers attention. It's a real shame because it has the potential of a 5 star, which we wanted to give. But for the overall experience, it's a 3 I'm afraid.

Had a Peter Green burger, fries and a Korean Chicken Tenders. The staff were friendly, helpful and very attentive. The portion of fries was big but not quiet crispy enough and the burgers were small and a bit too disappointing especially for a burger joint. The buns were average, the patty was bland and average and the chili topping was was bland sloppy and the mince seemed a BB it undercooked in its taste. The tenders were good but was a bit disappointed by the sauce, it was described as hot but was spicy at best and definitely not hot. I really don't see what all the fuss is about. There are way too many other burger places around to bother with this place.

Flipping heck !!! You want a dirty burger....you'll get a dirty burger and all trimmings with it. The menu range is huge to choose from. I promise you'll be gawping and salvating just looking at the menu and wondering what to choose. Forget the knives and forks people, the only way to eat is stuff your face into the food and be prepared to be constantly wiping your face and seriously licking your fingers from all the meat juices and sauces. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend 7 Bones for a good time out with friends who love food on their minds. Absolutely stuffed silly now.

Staff were very friendly and really helpful, food was the exact level of greasy burger i was looking for and, they had a nice DDH IPA within the beer selection. We had 2 burgers, 2 large sides, 2 alcoholic drinks and it came to a reasonable £35 - nice! My only problem is that the tables are VERY close together and so not a very intimate meal as you cannot help but hear everyone's conversation around you. This being said, it's a small restaurant so they cannot really help that. Good food, good beer, good service, reasonably priced - Check it out!

The food here is amazing but there's spices in EVERYTHING. Not all of the food is hot-spicy, but if you're sensitive to that sort of thing you might have trouble. I bet you can ask them to tailor it for you, but I haven't been back yet. Nevertheless it's delicious. Beware that there's no seating if you're waiting for takeaway, except outside in the rain. If you have mobility issues I recommend waiting in the car until it's ready. There's street parking nearby if you have a blue badge.

Incredible experience. The PBBJ burgers in smash and 6oz straight up were insane!!!!! (Insanely good!) I was jealous of the perfectly cooked burger patty my other half ordered 😂 The poutine fries were so unbelievably good and the gravy was next level (they clearly make good use of meat scraps and bones to make incredible gravy broth). Purchased the One Big Chicken, good portion size, as advertised, however fries were luke warm, Tempura Chicken Wings were dry. However the Chicken Fried Halloumi Fries were piping hot and delicious, along with the Cheese Fries, that to say the Cheese Sauce was some of the best I've had. Packaging is creative and intuitive.

Really a 2.5 out of 5. Good service and a vegan menu is offered straight away which is a nice touch. Took around 30 minutes to get our food, considering it was pretty quiet I think this wait time is a bit too long. We had two vegan burgers, one of which was very good (the Vince Vaughn) but the P no BJ was very disappointing and dry - a lot more of the chilli jam and peanut butter needed to give it some flavour and moisture. The vegan "chicken" tenders were fine although the breading was very dusty, giving them a strange mouth-feel. A crispy breading would be much, much better, maybe they were overcooked? £5.50 for three small strips with a drizzle of sauce is not good value for money. The dirty fries were excellent, however. Price wise, £35 for two burgers, a portion of fries, two portions of tenders and two drinks - it's fine but there's plenty of better places to get a burger for a better price. (Some non-vegans may assume that we had a disappointing experience because of our vegan choices but we tried a different 7 Bone before we went vegan and had a similar "meh" experience).

Long review incoming! Outstanding, nothing less. I have been to more burger restaurants than I can count, in many cities in Britain. I had a long-standing favourite in BHAM, but this just nips them on quality, choice and price. The menu is busy, but accommodates so much. Three of us visited, and all had different burgers and fries. They manage to expertly cook very different things well - this consistency is hard to find. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, and attentive. There is a clear management culture that filters through to the front end team, where they all clearly care that you're well-looked after. The food is extremely good - they have options of pink, well-done or smashed for your beef burger, which really helps to get what you want. The loaded fries portions are generous, and we had three different versions (curry sauce, chilli cheese and poutine) and they were all roughly the best we'd had. They sponsor (or brew) their own IPA which is a lovely drop with your meal - it is a bit expensive, but worth a go if you like your beer. Other points - personally I'd avoid their chicken strips, they're quite expensive for not a lot of satisfaction. The wings were VERY good. Around 12 quid for a sizeable burger and loaded fries is much better value than five guys, for sure - and you get a restaurant experience, not a fast food place. I can't express how much we enjoyed our visit, and I would (and have!) recommended this to anyone who's been missing a decent burger joint in Coventry. They even have a loyalty scheme, which I'm going to rinse and probably gain far too much weight. 10/10, can't wait to visit again. Edit: I meant to say this cos I read other reviews before posting, people complaining about no takeaways, they've been very transparent about this - they want to ensure their kitchen is up to speed working a full restaurant sitting before opening up to takeaway. This isn't unusual, stop being so entitled.

We visited them last night and they have absolutely amazing food, good music, interesting concept, etc. The only issue is to make sure you're double checking what you've ordered or the waiter/waitress is repeating back the order to the customers at the end. This is because I ordered 'franks a weinner' (hotdog) but I believe the waitress made a mistake and put 'franky says rillasare' (burger). I made peace with it because it was only the first day and the food that ended up coming to the table was absolutely delicious

My husband and I are massive 7 Bone fans and so were really happy when a new branch opened closer to home. Quality and standard top notch as always, had a good chat with the manager too. I've visited 4 or 5 different 7 Bones now and it has never disappointed. Highly recommended!

We popped in after a session at the Wave waterpark and really enjoyed our meal. Sadly they had no gluten free buns available today which was disappointing as we chose this place due to it catering for gluten free but our server was extremely apologetic. His friendliness and great service meant that we all had a good meal. The kids were well looked after and we were all pleased with our choices. I loved the quaintness of the venue, the quirky decor and the cleanliness of the bathrooms. The brown leather seats were really comfy. Would definitely return!
