L.Very delicious fish n chips and friendly owner. I popped by on a Friday afternoon and the owner got me started on a nice conversation. The fish and chips were made fresh on the spot. He gave me some chips, drink and kebab to taste because it was my first time here. The batter on the fish was perfect. Crispy on the outside. I'm sure after 30min, it would not turn soggy. Chips were thick and well cooked and salted. Super value for money and great portions. Will be back for more!

I tried a few chippies and this is (so far) the best in Cov, plus very local business. Mr. M shared some secrets about his delicious fish and recommended his curry sauce which was excellent.
Portions are a bit too big, large chips were too big for two adults (with fish).

r. m.First time at this chippy tonight as only noticed it on my way home from a school run earlier today. So all night I thought I have to try it. Met owner Who I must say was extremely polite and very welcoming. He cooked me fresh haddock and even offered me a choice other fish. Had a good chat about life whilst food was cooking I got home and dived into my haddock and chips and I have to say, it was the best fish and chips I have eaten in a very long time. T.Large portion and a very friendly and welcoming Mister M. He is so friendly and willing to take care of guests. I came today as the national fish and chips day and the haddock was brilliant - crispy and crunchy outside and the fish itself was so fresh. Highly recommend!
Q.The owner is a fabulous guy, I walked down there in a rainy day from Central train station, taking my chances based on other reviews. The time spent in its shop and discussions were great, the fish - possibly the biggest portion I had in the country south the border, chips superb. The story continued, I kindly asked him to pack them well, as I was going to Birmingham Airport to take a flight for Glasgow.. The very slow airport workers drove me crazy, getting the last in that plane.
However, I offered myself a treat at 7000 m, having some really good fish and chips between some very severe and sour faces around me, thoroughly enjoyed it!

Always a pleasure to visit here, and the amount of orders coming through from Just Eat while we were there were coming through thick and fast. I telephoned my order before arriving, as the fish is always fried fresh.

I was in Coventry for the day and had quite an entorage with me that needed feeding..
I pop into Mister M and lo and behold a massive portion of fish and chips appears!
These were seriously traditional chips alongside the fish and the mushy peas!
Kosta was the lovely fella that served me - what a guy!
I was stuffed afterwards so a job very well done.
