I went to macDonald it has changed somuch not that I go there slot they got machines to take orders pick what you want and pay only mine order did not come out receipt and what I ordered ltold one of the staff that my order receipt did not come can you remember what you ordered chicken burger milk shake and chips it was so tasty sisoalone

Long wait for my breakfast despite the restaurant (is that the right term for a McDonald's😀) being nearly empty. The person who brought the breakfast over to my table only spoke in response to my greeting and was all set to dump the food on my table and run. I won't be rushing back to this branch...

A nice McDonald's to visit nice and clean and hygienic friendly welcome and helpful staff easy ways of ordering on touchscreen you can order a head or pay cash at the counter or pay cash through the till all your usual options toilets available here free Wi-Fi free charging points for your devices which is also very useful I appreciate that and I'm sure I speak for everyone when I said we appreciate that amount of electrical plugs and charging points for having them with Donald thank you very much McDonald's.

It was a Sunday and there was quite a line for the till. The display showing the ordering updating their status didnt seem to be on. A few of the members of staff we putting away deliver, whilst one person was serving and the other crew were performing, what it seemed like a deep clean. It was quite a mess really. Someone had left something on the fryer too long and there was a screen of smoke coming into the whole restaurant. The manager in charge stepped in and the service improved. However, my order was wrong but I had already waited 20 minutes for my order and getting my issue resolved at the time, would have meant that I would have had to wait longer. Its usually better standard than this. Probably needed just a couple more people on hand to help the service flow better.

In terms of food, this McDonald's is no different from any other, and actually gets orders right most of the time. Because of the area though, it doesnt feel comfortable. It's in a very busy area and the homeless tend to stumble in high very often. If you just want food to take away, fine, but I would avoid eating in

It was ok. Outside there is alot of people including homeless people. Inside at lunch and dinner it is extremely busy then queuing and waiting for your food could be up to 30 minutes if you have a large order. Alot of the time your order is messed up and they could get you the wrong wrap or drink.

The last couple of times I've been here, the food has been warm, not hot. If they wanna give me food that's warm, they may as well serve me straight away seeing as it's been sat waiting there, getting cold. Breakfast is always hot though, but in the afternoon, it's not hot

I think the new screen ordering system is so much easier and efficient, a few taps..pay..ticket number..food..eat..job done :) can get a bit crowded but that's a given with all McDonald's (people love it) also the new high chairs for children are so much better quality and fit under the table easily for my son to eat with us. Never had a problem with customer service either .

You get what you pay for. If you have cheap taste like me, you'll love it. Also they have self service things, so you don't have to talk to people. Wash your hands thoroughly afterwards though. Other people use them and other people are gross.

The pay and wait option takes so long to get your meal. Quicker to que at least it's still warm. Fries and Big Mac were only warm. Couldn't find anywhere downstairs so had to struggle up two flights of stairs. Need a lift for disabled or designated disabled only tables. Staff have to carry meals upstairs making a safety hazard.

I usually avoid this place, as tables weren't being cleaned and service was pretty rubbish in the past, food was cold etc. So today I decided to pay a visit and was very pleasantly surprised. As I have my foot in a cast or surgical boot, I had a table waiting for me, food was delivered to the table and I must say excellent service from start to finish. Definitely will go back again 😊

Not the best McDonald's to be honest. Some tables are never cleaned and the bins a cleaned and emptied in front of people eating. Bits of food everywhere and they come to sweep while you eat. I feel it's quite disorganised but I understand it may have just been busy but I've seen this more than once.

Just your average McDonald's, food here is just like any other. It's an alright place to come to after a night out to grab some food before the way home, if kebab is not your thing. On an average day the place can be very busy, but with the self-service order system, it speeds ordering up a little bit.

As with all McDonald's cheap fast food. Seating is available on ground level and upper level. Toilets and baby changing facilities are also on the upper level and disabled toilet on the ground level. As with the some McDonald's in big towns and cities they do attract some customers who are boisterous. Staff are very friendly and professional and are quick to help if needed. the worst McDonald's in derby. Yes its in the town centre so it's useful but it's also stupidly busy at peaks times with, most of time, no where to sit. It is clean and tidy when we go but it could do with more seating.

The down stairs area is utter chaos due to the positioning of the self service machines and the queing area. Also my friend and I ordered near identical meals yesterday thought the self service and completed out orders seconds apart. Mine came out in a few minutes, his took about 15 minutes.

It's like a lot of McDs, cheap fast food but served in the busiest places in Derby. So unless you like waiting a bit during busy hours it is gonna be there usual quality food of greasy and quickly put together fast food. If you enjoy their food or kids want to go there, it'll do the job. I personally like eating on the top floor looking at people walking past below but other than that it is at least better then finding a place to eat at in Intu during Lunch and Dinner hours

It's what you would expect from any McDonald's restaurant. The place is kept clean and tidy. It gets busy occasionally but there is a quiet corner here and there. It's located on the Morrisons retail park there are other services close by if you want.

Great fast food place. Serves the tradition cheeseburger, chips, chicken nuggets with extras such as salads, doughnuts, ice cream, wraps. There is a wide selection of drinks. This McDonald's has a self service machine where you can order your meal to eat in or take out, however the machine only accepts cards with chip and pin or contactless. You are unable to use your student/NUS promotion on the machine, however you can still get the promotion by going to the traditional till. There is a disabled toliet downstairs and male and female toliet upstairs. This McDonald's is disabled friendly. As the entrance door is automatic and you can order your food to come to your table if your disable. The only disadvantage with this McDonald's for disabled people is that there is not much seating downstairs at peak time and there is no lift to access upstairs seating. This McDonald's is usually kept clean and tidy. The staff are also lovely and friendly.

Tip for people, go straight upstairs where you can order from one of the terminals and get it all brought up to you, also the tables on the right hand side have plug sockets for chargers plus USB ports, friendly staff to boot.

It doesn't matter its convenient and tastes so good its like experiencing heaven before dying. Not sure about these paper straws though, the recycling process begins as soon as it hits the liquid and dissolves in the drink and in your mouth. Nice one Ronald. I heard hamburgler was released from hmp sudbury last year and I think he stole the old plastic straws and he's now profiting from the underground market disquised as a mamba head on St Peters Street selling them £1 a go. No flies on that lad. If only Boris Johnson and Co would spend more effort addressing these important issues than brexit. Keep up the good work McDonald's.
