It’s Nando’s so you know what you can expect about the food. I want to comment about their service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Made our trip pleasant . Thanks 👍. There is parking nearby within easy walking distance.

Fantastic service, Sylvie was wonderful I was paying Cash which is seemingly a crime in this day and age. But not at Nandos. Nor do you need to be overwhelmed by the app. You can order at the counter. A nice selection of beer. I don't ponce around with wine... The menu is healthy, colourful and most importantly full of flavour. Alex was an excellent waiter and the place is a relaxed dining area. The prices are certainly affordable and I really would recommend nandos. I was v cynical of any place selling 'over priced supermarket chicken'. I'd just like to reassure anyone who thinks that is the case. It isn't. Nice view of the market place. Yes very much worth a visit. My little Samir enjoyed it hugely as you can see by the pictures!

A few weeks ago I was passing Nando's, which was just opening for the day, with my daughter in her pushchair, and due to medical issues, I desperately needed the loo. I asked the lady near the door if I could use the disabled loo, and without hesitation she welcomed me in. I appreciated this more than she will ever know. No questions were asked or proof of my medical issue needed. This meant so much to me and I am so thankful for this customer service despite not using the restaurant that day! Thank you!!!!

This was my first time visiting this Nandos because I go to derby university and I'm in my first year as well. I thought I'd give it a try because I love Nandos especially the ones in London. The staff knew what I wanted straight away when I was ordering the food and they had a good knowledge about the food. I wasn't disappointed I would definitely order from here again when I'm in Intu Derby.

I loved the African feel to this place... the paintings, pottery and background music..I love it! The service was also very good, the kind waiters were always coming to check that we are alright, I know that's a tough job but they make it easy. Staff are very polite. The chicken wings were really nice and well cooked. The QR code scanning which helps you make orders online is a good invention because for indecisive persons like me, it gave me enough time to scan the menu without anyone one policing me😀😀 Super 100.

Only slight frustration over asking for a bottomless drink and with current restrictions it is table service which they clearly aren't in the swing of yet as it was quite difficult getting their attention for a refill and nobody ever came to ask. Staff were friendly and polite though so all is good.

I visited this nandos with my partner and two friends, upon arrival the staff were incredibly quick to notice us and show us to a table, incredibly nice and helped us through the process of ordering our food. Place serves great tasting food, with pretty good service. The marketplace Nandos is usually not very busy, and wait times are never usually too long as well as the food is always spot on for what you pay for it. Nothing to grumble about, but nothing spectacular.

Wonderful management team who go above and beyond to make sure every visit is excellent. Food is always great and restaurant is clean and tidy. The covid management is good with appropriate spacing and cleanliness and plenty of hand sanitiser and wipes for people to access. Love this restaurant, and of all of the Nando sites I have visited this is my favourite!!

This Nando's is your average baseline Nando's. The decor and atmosphere in here are quite good but I wish they'd change the background music every now and again as I swear i've heard the music a dozen times over. The staff are friendly and polite, never had a bad experience with any of the staff. Food here is usually good but on some occasions my food has been luke warm as though standing around waiting to be served for a little too long. I've also had the spices mixes up on multiple occasions, not sure why mango and lime would be a fire breathing contest sometimes. I also find the portion size to be a little bit mean for the amount being paid. I assume this to try to get you to buy a dessert. Overall a mixed bag here. Nice enough but there are better places to spend your money.

Walkabout is a lovely place to go for lunch. The staff are nice and friendly and the decor is nice in there. They also have a lovely outdoor seating area for the smokers and people to soak up the sun in the summer (when we actually have one!). Im sorry I can't give my review on the night atmosphere as I don't drink alcohol or go there at night but it's a nice venue all around.

Very good, visited 9pm had to wait for a table but it was with it, possibly the best Nando's with waiting time down to five mins at the most. Restaurant area was spotless. Staff well trained and definitely with it as far as the menu and drinks go. Food was well Prepared and cooked throughly. It was a pleasure and I will return, would recommend. Was very busy when we went. The person on the door took my number and said they would call when a table was free. I never received a call. If you love spicy food and chicken you should visit Nandos. The food is simply delicious, staff are friendly and the more you eat the more free chicken you get. The store is located at the heart of the city, ideal for a brief stopover during a busy day or a night out.

Always a treat coming here, fab service and hot food served with a smile, the staff are very friendly and offer good info about the menu and restaurant, I recommend have the quater chicken with fries and rice - all for about £6.50 ish, you can have a refill-able drink (soft) for just under £2. So for a tenner you have a lovely meal in a nice clean restaurant. They aim to have your food on your table within 15 minutes and the chicken is all cooked fresh on the grill behind the bar. I always like it when you can see into the kitchen as it shows that it is clean. I'm sure nandos won't let you down what ever the occasion! And do be sure to try the chocky cheese cake! Its out of this world served with clotted cream! Yum!

They serve the food pretty quickly and the chickens have always been done nicely. Never really have to queue to get tables either and the service has always been good! I definitely prefer this one over the Nando's in Westfield Derby!

Fancy something hearty and only got a 30 minute window? Nando's is a decent option. It's not just chicken, they do a couple of vegetarian options too if that's your thing. Bottomless soft drink is a nice option too, but you've got to drink fast if you're going to get your money's worth.

Probably the last time I'll visit a Nando's. Don't get me wrong, the food is nice, but I feel like the portion sizes no longer justify the cost. I always go for the Butterfly chicken, and I can't help but feel like it has about halved in size since I first discovered Nando's many years ago, and for £14 including a drink, I can't help but feel slightly ripped off. I could probably cook exactly the same meal of chicken breast, chips and garlic bread at home for about £1.50. Goodbye Nando's :(

I can't fault the location of this branch of Nando's (one of two in Derby). It's in the marketplace and conveniently close to a few bars and the very pleasant Cathedral Quarter. The restaurant itself is also nice - warm and clean with plenty of light. Sounds basic but it's a lot more pleasant than KFC (though you still have to order at th counter). The staff are mostly friendly and efficient, but on the two occasions I've visited they've made a few irritating little mistakes. The first time one of the waitresses was inexplicably rude; the second time my drinks order wasn't included at all.

Possibly the healthiest fast food I ever eat at. (Original) Molto buono, il pollo in tutte le salse qui è un fatto vero, ordinete il pollo e vi portate al tavolo tutte le salse, dall meno alla più piccante e poi via, ma c'è anche di più. Forse il fast foood più sano in cui abbia mai mangiato. Very good, chicken in all sauces it's a matter fact in here, you order chicken and bring to your table all sauces from mildest to hottest and go, but there is more to it. Possibly the healthiest fast food I ever eat at.
