My food arrived way before the time specified, and was still really hot (good signs from the get go!)
The delivery driver was very professional and kind, delivered with smile and really presented himself well.
If you want to eat out, look no further - I’ll definitely be ordering again

After several recommendations I decided to try Slix. Upon entry, I was met with modern and classy decor and several smiling faces from behind the counter.
I was seated comfortably and I immediately noted the cleanliness was of a high standard.
My order was taken by the staff member who took his time to discuss different choices with me and was very welcoming.
Whilst waiting for the food we were given complimentary bottles of water which I found to be a very polite gesture of service, one that was a further credit to the interpersonal skills of the staff. They were all very polite, respectful and warming.
The burger I chose was the 2 x 4 OZ with messy fries, pictures attached.
It was elegantly served with an additional pot of sauce which completed the look! The burger was an ebullition of meat!
The fries were messy, as the name suggests, and very tasty, one of the recommended side dishes!
Not only was the food enjoyable, but the hospitality was inviting for me to return again soon.
I have been informed the churros are delicious, so I imagine I will be back there again very soon to soothe my sweet tooth =)

S. A.Fantastic food, burgers were the best I have had in Derby. Great friendly bubbly workers makes a big difference to an eating experience. I tried some of the dessert and again very well presented.
It's about 500 yards from the train station, so a convenient location.

P. S.What a find, we ordered 3 different burgers, 2 large pizzas, 3 milkshakes, the hot food was still very warm, very well presented, and milkshakes were ice cold. Highly recommended, they all say, once you find something good, always share the spoils.

W.As the slogan says heaven between two buns and I must say twice I've ordered from here and both times its been spot on food not piping hot but the perfect temperature its got all the right flavours nothing overpowers anything milkshake are not too thick but again perfect well done lads #bestburgersinderby

S. u.amazing food all we tried 3 of their burgers so far and they were great all very different but still being a good burger the sides were also great and the fact they had such a big choice or amazing desserts was just icing on the cake it is more expensive than most places but for the quality of food you're getting there's no way you can go wrong I would highly recommend and il be ordering again
