I absolutely LOVE wagamama! So gutted none of the meat is halaal otherwise there'd be pleeeeenty more customers there. Even so, the vegetarian and vegan dishes are beautiful! The ramen is sooooo good and the fruit smoothies you get with the meal compliment eachother so well. I always look forward to going there. They do change the menus quite a bit so make sure you check before you go. You HAVE to try it if you've never been

The food was great. It was my first time going and I wasn't sure how the menu worked. Our hostess Tana was amazing. Although it was very busy she took the time out to help us order and gave us a description of the food we were ordering. The quality and portion size are brilliant. However it was Tana that made it extra special.

I would highly recommend due to great customer service, wonderful food and great ability to accommodate people. My partner and I came in not long after the busy rush dinner time late in the evening and we were given full service by the team from the moment we were seated to the service when ordering food. I have experienced outstanding customer service with a team who are very approachable, eager to assist and just lovely people. Thank you from my partner and I - we had such a hard day and you all made it a that bit better.

Visited 04/04/2022, Party of 7 — the staff were so amazing (which I find in every Wagamama to be fair). I have an allergy, and as always they’re incredibly helpful and reassuring and “on it” for folks with allergy’s ordering. The food is always amazing in Waga’s but I think this was the BEST Bang Bang Cauliflower I’ve had, and I get that in every restaurant I go to… Thank you so much all front of house and kitchen staff.

Enjoyed our meal at the INTU branch, was very impressed by the service we received on Sunday 22 May. The waiters were helpful in recommending the best items off the menu but especially the guy with a long brown beard (sorry didnt get a name) as he offered another portion of starters after we told him we didn’t quite enjoy something we ordered. So I originally left a 5* review on here due to great customer service, wonderful food and great ability to accommodate people however, I feel the need to give a special shout out to Charlotte for the outstanding service this evening. My partner and I came in not long after eating at a sushi place which made us both feel VERY unwell. We needed a reliable place to sit and eat a proper meal. We were given full service by Charlotte who was hands down amazing, not only did she give outstanding customer service and a great ability to accommodate but she was also someone who was very approachable, eager to assist and just a lovely person. She came to check up on myself and my partner a couple of minutes we received our meals and noticed my partner wasn't there. She saw the slightly worried look on my face and immediately expressed genuine concern. She checked on our table twice in the matter of a few minutes before going into the toilet to check on my partner who came out looking terrible. We had not long eaten at a sushi place within the Intu food court which made us both feel very poorly due to very poor hygiene. (I left them a 1* review). Wagamamas has proven again and again as a team that this is a great place to eat and also a place where people do genuinely care about the wellness of others and have an excellent ability to accommodate.

A well-preserved Asian restaurant with dishes as tasty as the looks of the restaurant. Reasonably priced and plenty in the plate. You also get a free green tea.

Probably my favourite "chain" restaurant, has an independent feel to it. Beef brisket ramen is delicious as is the chilli chicken ramen, Katsu chicken curry and Korean BBQ steamed buns. Of special mention is the Bang Bang cauliflower, a mix of soft and crunchy, sweet, sticky and firery hot. Food is brought out fresh therefore not all at the same time, however it's normally only a few minutes wait. Chopsticks are laid out on the table, however knifes and forks are in the condiment basket if you need them. Always super clean and tidy with helpful, polite and genuinely nice staff.

Amazing as usual! Long queue but moved really quick so we were in in just over 10 minutes. Our order was out in minutes literally. We always have a number of starters to share and a few mains so all are happy! Friendly servers always look happy. Great time always

We had to sit outside because there was no room for me to sit with my wheelchair but it was okay, servers were always coming and going. The smoothies were delicious and worth a shot. The food unfortunately came out at different times, I was waiting about 10mins whilst watching my husband eat his. I expressed my unhappy thoughts to the waiter and he explained why but I thought their timings should be better. All servers were happy and lovely to talk to. The food was delicious, and nice to try something different.

First experience back after the lockdowns and once again never disappoints. The Gyoza’s and Ramen were full of flavour and the customer service was excellent, me and my friend had a staff member serve us who was new to the role, and she even asked if we had any allergies before ordering, something that no restaurant has asked us before, so to say the staff member was new she handled her job really well, would definitely recommend visiting here again.

I love Wagamama's. I've been going for years to the Nottingham branch and now started at this one post lockdown. I'll start with the staff. Always friendly and professional. However, the server we had yesterday was fantastic. Her name was Jess and she was a delight to be served by. She couldn't do enough for us, apologised profusely when the food was too long and the "garden" was a mess (it wasnt) and chatted like we'd known each other for years. A total credit to Wagamama's and I now wish I'd left a bigger tip as she thoroughly deserved it. Anyway: the food was excellent as ever, and we discovered that you can have the Japanese pickles on their own. Needless to say we indulged and loved every morsel - and will be adding it to our list of sides we have every time. Thoroughly recommended as ever.

Fantastic food packed with flavour. Dishes are made fresh at the counter. A great place to try a new cuisine with different tastes and textures in every dish. Seating areas are large and spacious wooden tables/benches. Chopsticks can be tricky to use, luckily there are forks set at the tables too.

Lovely and large place to eat modern Japanese dishes. It all depends on what time you arrive, it might be really busy so be ready to sit near others. The food is absolutely spot on and because it’s made to order it all comes out at different times. I always have the same thing- chicken gyoza dumplings and a chicken katsu curry. You have all the same drinks on offer and some interesting tea, give the Jasmine tea a go, it starts as a closed flower and opens up whilst brewing, developing into a very tasty and beautiful cup of tea! Very nice. The prices are comparable to any other chain. No need to reserve.

Great food if you are not gluten free AND veggie. I was limited to one side and one main which isn't good enough. A simple change to using gluten free soy sauce may open up a few more dishes. The staff did provide a bowl of plain rice as a side for £2 but that's not going to allow a return visit as I'll be stuck with the very same again.

Favourite big chain restaurant. Lots of tasty healthy food and quick service. Good selection such that most tastes can be catered for, but it is mostly rice, noodles and ramen. If you want to keep the cost down, get a ramen as the broth is pretty tasty and will save you wanting a second drink!

Had a meal here today. Clean, ambient and friendly staff. Crispy chilly squid with its sweet sauce was great, with a hit of spice. The dumplings was bit bland for our taste needing more flavour. The Beef Ramen was great and flavourful compared to the wagamama Ramen, but both were hearty big portions served with half of boiled egg, veges, prawns, mussels. For those on a budget, sides are over priced for the quantity. Would we go there again, might be not as they are good but not outstanding. Flavours one can create at home☺

Food and service are good. There is a lot of choice and pretty much everything I've tried is delicious. The menu has been recently updated and it looks like the portion size has been reduced especially on starters. I think the main course portion is more than adequate but the starters are rather stingy for the price. I love the chilli squid but for £6 I'm surprised how little we were served (compared to how much they used to serve). The desserts are also ok, but rather expensive. I would stick with mains as they are good value for money. Lots of people don't like the fact food is served as it's ready but it doesn't really bother me. Bench seating is also the majority of what's available so again if that isn't your thing you might have to wait a while for a table.

Great customer service, I had a problem when I first went and after complaining when I got home they returned a call within 10 minutes. They explained the steps they would take to resolve all my issues and the manager came to my house in person and refunded my money. They also gave me £40 to try them again, I went last night and everything had been sorted out and I had a superb meal. Will be coming back again - thank you!
