We visited following great reviews on here. Despite high expectations it did not disappoint. Service was efficient and friendly, comprehensive menu of "standards" and specials, possibly could have offered more interest, but all absolutely delicious -my stuffed paratha was a highlight. Midweek visit, not long after lightening of COVID-19 restrictions it was quiet, which I hope is not a true reflection on how busy this place needs to be. It's great.

Up from the south for work and popped in here for a change of scenery...omg, the staff were amazing, they're all over it, then the menu and the price, I thought £8.50 for a sharing starter can't be right but it was. The naan bread was the best I've ever had. Thanks for a lovely meal

Had a very great meal here for a birthday. Great poppadom starters really crisp and tasty with amazing sauces. The rest of the group had the all you can eat buffet which looked great, I went for off the menu, really big portion and again a very tasty curry. Very very full by the end. Staff couldn't do enough for us, a great time was had.

Always great service when we visit here. All the staff were very attentive, welcoming, chatty and well in this current climate with covid, was masked up and all of course were clean. Can recommend bhuna,rogan josh, tikka masal and believe it or not cod! Amazing dishes. We also had the sizzler sharer starter which again amazing! Thanks for a lovely evening 😊

This place we just tried as we live in Thorne. Definately worth the drive through for a lovely lamb vindaloo and the guys knocked us something up similar to what my girlfriend asked for. Peshwari naan was the best ive had. The guys are sound as well. Great food. Cheers lads.

this is a shame, the food was amazing some of the best I have ever had. but that is all, and why it at least got a three. there service was shocking. after being seated in tbe waiting area for a table of three I had booked two weeks previous, three larger parties were seated after us and lead away to their table. once we were finally seated there were several people sat down after us and completed their starter before ours had arrived. next our main was brought 40 mins after the starter was cleared only to be served about one third of what had been ordered. the guys had not even asked if we had everything on delivery I had to call someone over to point out we were missing a lot of food. they then took everything from our table to return in five mins with all fresh food. these are just the highlights to the evening there were a lot of other small issues. like setup of table a state of cutlery etc. the thing to take away from this is it wasnt busy, and having run restaurants for some time myself I know what is involved in this. it wasnt busy; and tbe floor staff were not well trained or not bothered, but the food was amazing. in my mind another visit will show me what's what, but if your a first timer note these things before you go. you may not get treated well or you may, the place is nice enough but could be a lot better with a small amount of work, the food is very good. the jury is still out on this one

The service was exceptional. Maybe too good as we must have been asked a dozen times if we enjoyed our meal! Place had quite plain decor which suited me just fine. Obviously a popular place with locals as quite by 8pm on a Friday including a couple of big celebrations. Food was ok , we started with the vegetarian starter fir 2 which would have fed 3 easily. My lamb tikka balti tasted fine but the meat was rather tough whilst the meat in my wifes lamb bhuna was much more tender. We had mushroom rice which contained large slices of mushroom although they lacked flavour somewhat. The cheese and onion naan was spot on. The price for 2 courses each us popadoms with pickles tray and one beer was £32. All told I would recommend this place.

Me and my friends frequent many Indian and Asian restaurants on a regular basis in Bradford and Leeds. We were recommended to visit the Mumbai and it was truly remarkable. The service, right from the minute you walk through the door is excellent. The food is absolutely first class and as good as, if not better than anywhere I have eaten in Bradford or Leeds. It is also very good value for money. Do yourself a favour and give this place a try and i can assure you that you will not be disappointed......

Took my husband for a meal as he had heard good reviews off his work collegues. We had a 3 course meal and there was pleanty to choose from. My husband and I are at complete opposite ends of the heat spectrum. However they had food that complimented both of our taste buds. Must admitt absolutely adored the rice pudding for dessert. Very rich with the cardamon. Only negative is the resturant is not very large. Get a large table and most of the room has gone. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Disappointed with our latest visit. Been coming here for years & always been pleased with food and service Unfortunately the previous manager has left & things have changed for the worse Staff were wearing there outdoor clothing, only 2 wore uniform, food was eatable, curries weren't as tasty, keema naan bread was made with paste not meat, sauces were tasteless. We will be looking for a new restaurant, such a shame
