Busy restaurant, about 15min wait after ordering for food. Burger was nice enough but think it’s a bit overhyped to be honest. Can get similar taste for less elsewhere. Staff were pleasant and service was fine.

Urban Fresh was such a good find on our last trip to Doncaster. A take on the Five Guys formula, Urban Fresh delivers a metric tonne of flavoursome fries and a we constructed burger with a variety of toppings to pick from. Quick service and great taste underline the experience. We would go again if we lived closer. A must try.

A disgustingly messy and delicious burger The pictures don’t do this place justice. The menu is pretty simple and that’s a good thing. We are talking a proper messy burger with cooked to order meat, fresh and plentiful toppings, loads of cheese and anything else you want to throw in. Add a huge bag of fries on the side and your night is complete. On top of that the staff are great. Even on my first visit I was given a warm welcome and guided through the options. The entire team look to be having fun and you are made to feel like a valued customer. What can I say. If you want a messy, disgusting but exceptionally good burger, there is only one place to go. Make sure you get plenty of napkins

If you're ever in Doncaster and don't want the same old fast food burgers then you must try Urban. It's a 5 guys concept, super fresh made to order burgers huge portions of chips and refillable drinks all for half the price of 5 guys. So it's a win win win!

It's like Five Guys but cheaper, and the meat is a little leaner. Gluten Free buns available. It's modeled exactly after Five Guys in every respect, except that they offer grilled chicken burgers and no hotdogs, and they offer garlic sauce. Beef Burger - pretty good. Very similar to Five Guys but it seems a bit less greasy and salty. I'm not sure it tastes better, but it does feel like you're eating less salt. Grilled Chicken Burger - good, but I'd hoped for better. Strongly reminds me of the old Chicken Whopper that Burger King used to do a long time ago. I like it, but I wish the marinade had more flavour to it. Its just kinda underwhelming. If you want a chicken burger go to Nandos instead. Chips - good, but not as good as Five Guys. Could be crisper. Milkshake - excellent. Its not a dedicated dessert place, so it's nothing special. But they're easily the equal of Five Guys. Staff - numerous and attentive. Price - its like... 20% cheaper than Five Guys, or something in that range. Very good value for the quality.

The best burger place EVER I cannot even begin to describe how good the food is here. If you are in Doncaster maybe watching your club play or visiting the wildlife park this place is a must visit!

Ordered a chicken burger and although this was cooked fresh it wasn't cooked through completely. This coupled with the orange coloured greasy substance didn't make it the best experience, and I ended up binning more than half the burger.

Really enjoyed this restaurant, a nice change to large fast food chains such as McDonalds or Burger King. It is similar to subway, with complete choice for your burgers toppings. The quality of the food was fantastic and the portions generous. However even though you get plenty, it is on the pricey side.

A better version of Five Guys. I’ll say what we’re all thinking, Urban is clearly influenced by the aforementioned burger chain. In my honest opinion though, Urban is the superior option. I first visited whilst on a business trip, and have been back several times since. The quality of the beef used is clearly very good, and tastes great. The fries are some of the best I’ve ever had, and are not too greasy. They are especially good with a bit of mayonnaise. Overall, highly recommended. If you’re in the area and haven’t tried Urban before, you won’t regret it.

Amazing food - been twice and had amazing food each time. The burgers are freshly made in front of you and taste fresh and not too greasy. The fries with paprika - there are enough for 2 people in a large ( the burgers are filling as it is) and a medium is a large anywhere else. The fries are crisp, thick and tasty! Great place to eat and all reasonably priced . Also a good word has to be put in for their shakes - thick and flavourful

Called here for the first time today. Comfortable, clean environment and fast efficient staff. The burgers and filling, (salad, pickle etc), were spot on but the bun was totally inadequate to hold all this deliciousness together!. It didn't help that they wrapped a hot burger in foil and basically steamed the bread bun so that it was flat and mushy leaving me with a burger that basically fell apart in my hands and was very messy. Not the best idea, I thought. Next time I'll specifically ask for them to NOT wrap it so the bun remains strong enough to hold the filling, ( if this is acceptable?). Otherwise great tasting burger!

My first time eating at Urban Burger, took my grandson as a treat. Excellent experience, The assistant who served me was outstanding, it was very clear this was my first visit but he was very patient and extremely helpful, nothing too much trouble, he even popped by to ask how our food was and if we were ok. Visited as an Urban virgin after watching 'Rate my Takeaway' on YouTube. The food was as great as suggested - wonderful burgers with perfect mix of meat cuts,, astounding fries. What surprised was the quality of service, so helpful and bending over backwards - which I see occasionally, but only expect from places like The Ivy, not on Doncaster and certainly not for the price. Not your average burger joint. 2 burgers on a decent bun, good flavoured toppings. Mushrooms, fried onion and tasty mustard are apart of the Urban way toppings which lifted the burger to another levels. The chips were great. Crispy. The best fast food burger in Doncaster, hands down. The cheese sauce for with the fries is delicious. They always cook to order and even number the sandwiches on your receipt and place number stickers on the outside of the tinfoil they come wrapped in.

If you want a proper burger then this is the place my friends! It's more expensive than your McDonald's and even Burger King but well worth it. I had the Bacon Cheese, £5.95. What I like is you get to choose what toppings you want, Onions, Gurkins, Chillies, Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo, Lettuces, you name it! At first it surprised me, but it's kind of like Subway but with burgers. Large chips, £2.95. Massive, some of the shorter guys in our group got the regular and to be honest I'd get the regular next time. It was a serious amount of food. Definitely coming back here.

Superb burgers, great topping and fantastic fries all for just a little bit more than McDonalds over the road. Great addition to this part of Doncaster. The freestyle Coke machine is a big plus with the kids too who enjoy making their own mad mixes.

I have to leave a review due to the excellent service me and my wife recieved tonight. The manager Jacub is a credit to the business! My wife has been shielding for almost 5 months due to covid and tonight was the first time we ventured out for food together, we had a slight misunderstanding with the track and trace reader and Jacub offered help straight away. Throughout our visit he continuously checked in on us to make sure we were happy and more importantly felt Safe. It made a very nervous visit a very enjoyable and comfortable one. Jess also gave her time to come and check in on us and make sure we were happy and even took our waste away for us! If any company is a shining example on how to make your customers feel valued and safe, and how to operate efficiently and with great care to customer satisfaction during difficult and quickly changing times then Jacub and his team have got it bang on. Thankyou!!

I would definitely recommend this as a fantastic place to get a freshly prepared burger meal. My son gave it, not just a thumbs up, but an all 5 up. So it must have been good, whatever that is 🤭. I assumed he was high five-ing the best burger he'd eaten. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I've eaten here twice now and 100% will be coming back. My advice if there are a couole of you getting chips, get a large and share. The atmosphere is relaxed and spacious. Its really nice...give it a go. Treat it as a meal out.
