First time here for years and not dissapointed. Served by a pleasant polite young lass. Food portions spot on, fish was great, chip butty was spot on with a nice fresh bread bun. Bag of batter was a treat too. Keep up the good work.

I moved away from Sacriston in November. After several attempts to find a local fish and chip shop I've given up, and travelled a round trip of 50 minutes tonight, back to the finest fish n chips in the North East. The fish is superb, likened to fillet steak, flavoursome and meaty, the chips taste of potatoes, not the cooking oil/fat used to fry them golden brown. Fishy Friday reigns supreme...

Just been for fish and chips we got 3 fish 2 chips a smokey and a curry sauce all food lovely but no curry sauce so that was me disappointed and we paid for it.
