KFC TONIGHT, was on mission to impress. Not just servered hot but fresh, chip were hot and tasted nice. While new design inside the restaurant. However only criticism I could make was the air con made the place to cold when eating inside

Doesn't matter what time of the day you go through the drive through of this place you can guarantee your going to be told to go wait in one of the 3 most awkwardly placed grill bays I have ever seen in my life, have had one occasion where my partner and I were waiting for almost an hour just to be told that there had been a shift change and nobody had been doing our order and on top of this we'd had ice creams for the children which were completely melted. I will say that they gave us our order for free which was about £40+ worth

Sitting here now over 30 mins waiting in the pick up order Bay for a boneless banquet for one is a joke so how long more am I going to have to wait I might even be nearer 45 mins now! Don't use drive through just walk in trust Update just been told its been knocked off board and there starting my order again so we should just just say its took one hour and I will never use this drive through again!! Update they said sorry and refunded me all at least customer service worked out in end!!!

My food was just luke warm, the hubby had to take his back. The good thing is they replaced his order and he managed to get what he wanted. Who knew they swapped out a chicken fillet for a side of beans? He certainly didn't and the young lad who served us didn't mention it at all nor was it visible on their menu. He even asked them... Who would pay £2 for a side of beans over a piece of chicken. Anyway issue resolved.. Just check your orders!

Seriously under staffed, almost every table had not been cleaned. Surprisingly our food arrived quickly and was delicious. We'll done to the team for all their hard work, but management seriously need to look at staffing levels.

Either your orders wrong or the chicken is always way to salty. Shame as it used to be good when it first opened. Maybe if 3 members of your staff behind the counter actually worked instead of standing talking while your waiting to be served and stop it with over salting everything. Not everyone likes Pepsi

2nd Attempt Eating here, Food Cold both times, Chicken burnt outside but Raw in middle the first time, 2nd time was cooked but was given 2 wings as part of the Colonel meal. Gas must have been a problem as Drinks were been poured from a bottle, not from a dispenser. I generally don't have a problem with KFC, but this Restaurant obviously has problems.

Actually managed to get my order right this time...Last time in a DIFFERENT KFC they forgot my large Gravy & the time before in a DIFFERENT KFC they HAD NO GRAVY!!!...So a 5* for this one with quick service & only 1 girl on the Till!...Well Done...I had the £2.99 Meal which had Small popcorn & a BBQ Wrap which I'd not had before & it was VERY Tasty!....I'd have another one next time! X

Got to say this KFC is one of the best if not the best in Northeast, fast polite service, food was piping hot, delicious and all as ordered, on top of this i was also given a bag containing hand wipes, and tissues, something i have not had for a long time from the other KFC'S in the area without asking for a long time😁

Love Kfc. Food served relatively quick. As take away alone it's 5* but the restaurant part let's it down slightly, needs cleaning a bit more regular as quite a few table tops were dirty and empty packets on the floor. I'm not a snob or nit picking, don't like negative reviews. I'm just being honest.

Placed order using app. Arrived at drive through and confirmed order number. Asked to wait at car park as order would be ready in 3 minutes. Order arrived 20 minutes later. Would prefer to be told the truth about how long the order would be.

Donna is the best. Exellent customer service on till and table and exellent communication skills and abilty to adapt to quick cleaning regulations. Very well mannerd and is a very happy woman made my day talking to her it was the best kfc service I have ever had because of donna hope she goes far in the company and she would make an amazing manager from Chris and Tiffany.

I do love a good kfc. It would be five stars but I had a bad experience last time I visited. (A staff member said he'd bring my cappuccino over to my table when it was ready, which he forgot about it. When I went and asked they gave me it and it was flat cold. So I asked for another and he forgot again. Had to wait a loooong time for a cappuccino 🙁.)

Convenient location, but I think they must have an issue with training because without fail everytime we go there something is missing off the order (last time it was our popcorn chicken), or the bucket is full of the worst, scrappiest pieces of chicken with no meat. We've been given old corn, cold fries etc too. Just really poor quality control so be specific and check your order!

Usual thing for a kfc, it's a kfc :). Staff were very polite but their coffee machine has been broken since they reopened thanks to either management or head office screw up. That's been about 3 months. Same with air conditioning. I feel sorry for the employees with summer approaching.

Just another KFC. Plenty of parking and tucked nicely into the retail park. Drive thru in this KFC is usually quite quick. And it does delivery through deliveroo, Uber and just eat. Always go for some chicken when I'm in Durham.

The food was nice but the cashier Bumhi was useless. Didn't Add The Points in my App. And she was blaming customer for her mistake. She was rude and unprofessional. She even didn't know that they can add the points from receipt of payment. Cheap labour , less training, that's what happens ...

Typical fast food outlet quicker to get your food than McDonald's which has gone massively down hill since the new set up. Food is always hot only downside with KFC is the Coffee Which is AWFUL

Amazing food, I loved the rice boxes and burgers. Communication was sometimes hard as there was a slight language barrier with the staff, but overall one of the best restaurants in the North East for fast food.
