There were new additions to the menu which was great. Service was good as always. However the salmon didn't feel or taste fresh. So was the chicken, really hard and lacking taste. Luckily the condiments were a big rescue to go along with the rest of the food.

Great example of this particular chain. Nice welcome and fast friendly service. Treated my toddler nicely and we had a good time. Crayons and activity page for the wee man was most welcome and he loved trying to use the kids chopsticks. Food at Wagamama is always consistent between franchises in my experience and this was no different. Food came hot and fresh out of the kitchen. Nice little quiet retreat from the mad hustle of the shopping complex.

There was a long wait for a table which seemed unexpected due to the many free tables (presumably they were struggling for staff). When we were seated, the orders came quickly and the staff were efficient and helpful. The usual high quality Wagamamas food was served to us as well. A good experience.

Arrived with our 7 month old and this was no worries with a high chair quickly produced and although she couldn't actually use them, a child's pack brought to the table with crayons etc...A nice touch! The food was excellent, and was served quickly. Our server was polite and helpful and we will be back if we are ever in need of lunch while shopping again

Had a veg meal on 20.08.2022at Wagamama fort Kinnaird. The meal was awesome and the Bear was at its best. Kristi was a fabulous person to take the orders and within minutes she would be back. I would love to come back again. You guys deserve five star ratings. Cheers!

Food was good, manager's attitude terrible. He was abrupt to the point of being rude. Not everyone wants to pay for their meal via their mobile. We weren't given the option as clearly the manager was too lazy to get the card reader. Fortunately one of the other staff members actually knew how to treat customers and couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant. However, until the manager moves on to a more suitable role (i.e. not in customer service) I won't be back.

My daughters choice for a special treat, whatever makes her happy, I couldnt understand the majority of the menu or the prices, me personally I won't be back, £3.00 for a small coke, £11.70 for a dish that frankly was no better than a £3.50 ready meal, teriyaki skewers at £7.20 were very tasty but very small, pack of 4 in Aldi's around £1.99 pretty much the same. In today's financial climate, I don't know how people can afford to eat out at these kind of places, maybe I just don't get out much but I like value for my money as I work hard & don't get paid that well, only plus was staff were nice & pleasant.

Third time eating here in the last few months and I swear it gets better every time. Staff are excellent , nothing too much trouble and the environment is very relaxed and friendly. The food continues to impress each time - I had the spicy miso mackerel and it was absolutely delicious. All our meals were promptly served and of top quality. Kids always love it too as there's plenty to chose from. Can't recommend highly enough well done team Wagamama at Fort Kinnaird.

We went last night, in an impulse after a long day shopping, they accomadated us at a table we wanted, the young gentleman welcoming us was really nice! First time at Wagamama and we loved it, ordered a bit too much and were completely full. Nice selection of drinks and good menu. The staff even gave us an extra plate of prawn as they made 2 by mistake. Carlo was then the waiter taking care of us, he was nice and chatty. Highly appreciated the food but loved the service, will definitely go back when we are on a shopping trip to Fort Kinnaird.

Went for a late lunch with my husband and nearly-3-year-old today. Carlo was our host and earned every star and more for this rating. He was enthusiastic, super-friendly, clearly had a total love for kids - played and chatted away with our little one all throughout our visit. He has great knowledge of the menu and just all-round made our visit that much nicer. The food was absolutely delicious too; clearly fresh food, prepared in the open in an obviously clean kitchen by well-trained and expert chefs. I had the Chicken Teriyaki Donburi and Salted Edemame with a Peach Iced Tea. I didn't want to stop eating despite my jeans' protest! Already can't wait for ohr next visit!

The food was great!!! And I would recommend to anyone! The staff were great! But when needed to use the toilet, that was a different story, I will appreciate if there was a ladies only toilet available, unfortunately there is no one!encountered urine on the floor, visiting the toilet after eating it is a nono. That was off putting!! Please consider to offer a ladies toilet facility, that would make a 5 star!! Many of my lady friends agreed with me!!

Food is always delicious but what made our today's visit absolutely brilliant was the service we received. Ola and Carlos could not be more accomodating and helpful. Ola helped us enormously with order for our 16-months-old daughter who is a very picky eater and Carlos kept chasing our order when part of it was late cause the chef made a mistake and could not be more apologising for it. We love wagamamas and our experience of service and staff great at the fort. We have tried a lot of the starters and they are great. Only reason I give 4 stars is I don't think it's very good value for money. I had a donburi dish which was really expensive for the amount of meat and veg they gave- most of it was rice - so very disappointed with that. Will stick to the curries, ramen and noodle dishes if I go back!

I have several food allergys so was amazed by how the ordering system works! On entering u are asked if anyone has allergys before being seated. Once seated i was given a tablet to use and enter all ur food allergys which in turn showed me which dishes were safe for me to eat!! Food is delicious and resturant beautifully decorated

The best Wagamama we have dined at, hands down. Took the family for a celebratory meal, the staff was wonderful, friendly, and Carlo the resto manager was knowledgeable and helped us with a query at the end of our meal. Fair enough, we went for dinner on a Monday evening, so the restaurant was not super busy and we did not really have to wait for our dishes; however the food is so good that it is worth waiting for it if it's a Saturday evening 😉 It was great to be able to enjoy a meal out after so long, we will definitely be back.

I would just like to thank the lovely staff of Wagamama at Fort Kinnaird for a superb meal. Having a prawn allergy, care and attention was given to cooking my meal to avoid contamination with prawns and I thoroughly enjoyed my vegetarian dish of jackfruit marinated in turmeric and ginger, with rice dressed with coconut and lemongrass with accompaniment of pickled slaw and radish. I would definitely recommend.

Wagamama offered a good choice of both vegetarian and non vegetarian food. The grilled chicken ramen never fails to taste lovely and this time was no exception. Particular note must be paid to the vegan ribs which were surprisingly realistic in terms of flavour and thoroughly enjoyed by the whole table. Service was friendly and helpful, would definitely come again.

I've ordered foods from Wagamama many many times but was just for my husband and me only, my kids always want either pizzas burgers or mac&cheese. Surprisingly I've ordered vegetarian meals for my kids from Wagamama in the last two days. They LOVE it, my kids now considering more vegetarian meals than ever. Even a bit tastier than adults meals. Had a great lunch here yesterday. All servers were wearing masks, sanitiser was at the front door, and screens were in between the tables. Details were taken within minutes for the virtual queue and told it would take 25 minutes for a table for two but a table came up unexpectedly so we were led straight in. Food was good and servers were all happy, friendly and attentive. Bonus was that we were given cheesecake tasters while waiting in the queue (portioned in sealed pots and given wooden forks)!

Food was very enjoyable, only negative would be I had to sit for 10 minutes watching my mum and wee one eating before I eventually got my food. No matter, hopefully, just a one-off.
