Reviews of Cook and Indi's World Buffet
M. I.
Reasonably priced per head, kids under 4 are free, good parking space for 3 hours at rear, way too many choices to choose from, drinks are slightly over priced but I guess they got to make some money too. So, overall this place worth a visit and great value for money.
K. C.
Definitely worth a visit. So much to choose from. Food was delicious and hot. They supply disposable gloves for you to put on while you help yourself to the food which we thought was a great idea. Staff were very friendly.
N. N.
variety and taste of the food definitely more superior than Cosmo however cocktails are vile there is no way you can enjoy any of them the flavours are just awful. They do look cool on the picture though lol. If you want to enjoy your drink just get yourself a refill.
it's quite expensive £18.99pp on wekends. and charging £9 for 18mo is rip off you are definitely not getting your money worth honestly how much can a toddler eat??? They should have prices based on the age of the child. Before we went we assumed up to 2years old kids eat free obviously we were wrong so just mind it if you are taking toddler with you.
G. B.
Fantastic choice and very tasty food. Quick service in ordering drinks and clearing finished plates. Great place to go for food
S. D.
Best place for lunch and family outing exquiste Indian cuisine. Even they take outdoor catering too. Prices were also reasonable. One can enjoy their corporate parties too here.
A. Y.
The staff members shows awesome attention to the customers. The manager came to celebrate birthday with us which feels carefulness. Highly appreciated and full 5 stars to the service especially the white shirt girl.
Thanks

Food was delicious and amazing and was good value for money
A. G.
The food looks very attractive and there is a huge variety of food in buffet starting with Chinese, Italian, Indian, Can, Arabic etc... But the quality and taste is missing. The food doesn't give you aroma of freshness.
Some one who is hungry by eyes will definitely love this place.
I would say same about deserts. Variety of cakes, Indian sweets, ice-cream, custard and jellies are available along with a beautiful chocolate fountain that looks very attractive but the taste is something that is missing.
They mix a glass full of water and lemon slices to whiskey by default if you don't specify them that you want it on its own so be specific while ordering your drinks.

We went at 6pm on a Saturday night without a booking and got seated straight away. The food was amazing and the prices were great. Their were waitresses walking by every couple of minutes ready to remove plates and take any drink orders.
So many food options from Indian to Chinese to thai to traditional English and American food. Pizza tasted amazing and currys were like eating from an Indian or Chinese only restaurant.
Could not recommend enough!
High chairs available for people with children and very friendly staff.
L. S.
Most of the food was nice, but I checked before going it said they done arrabbiata pasta which they had non & when I asked I was told no . The Chinese fried rice had all mixed veg through it . U dnt get fried rice out the Chinese like that & I also asked for just plain rice for ma son who wouldn't eat that and a was told that's the only fried rice they do ! Thy had a good choice of dessert & a good choice of food but for me they things let it down!
C. G. N.
One of the cheapest Indian restaurant in Glasgow. Only £11 all-you-can-eat. The buffet has Indian food mixed with Italian, and Chinese good styles. Good for families and big groups! 100% recommended
N. P.
Good selection of food, however some food was a little raw/ undercooked. More care needs to be taken to mixing of utensils around non-veg and veggie food.
Staff should be more attentive, it’s not fun walking around the restaurant to look for a member of staff to get some help.
Price was okay for the food. Drinks are expensive for what they are.
A. K.
The quality of the food was supprisigly tasty. Good seating structure. However it did lack other global dishes around the world.
H. M.
Place looks alot better now it's be fixed up/redecorated
Staff especially the bar staff were lovely and helpful
The buying drinks separately via an app then paying your food bill separately you really noticed the £5 Price increase
Little to expense for a standard all you can eat it's hit or miss
D.
Only a few parts of the world are actually represented here (Italian, Chinese and Indian) but the selection from within those areas is good and the food is well priced and of a surprisingly good quality for a buffet. Most of the staff were friendly and, though it evidently gets quite busy at times, I would happily go back again.
C. A.
I haven't been to a buffet in years but while visiting the city I wanted keto friendly options. World Buffet had plenty on offer, including an entire section of dry kebab meats and tandoori. The place was empty when we arrived and we were pretty much left to do as we pleased. Having the entire selection to ourselves was actually lots of fun and I especially liked the wall of Glasgow art.
M. M.
Fantastic variety and excellent value for money, meat very tender, very authentic-desi.
Plus after 4pm the variety is even more like doner kebabs and more..
Highly recommend.
C. D.
Pretty busy and a little Lound,, Food was great and renewed often, all mums got a small gift on monthers day, nice touch.

Same building - new business - HOT WORLD BUFFET. (btw the telephone number listed here isn't correct)
The array of choice is simply overwhelming. Not to mention tasty. You will run a real risk of visiting M&S for special elasticated trousers to accommodate 'the spread'.
Service is first class with all staff, from floor to cooking, being polite, friendly, engaging, and above all ese helpful.
A definite must.
Cant wait to return.
C. R.
Food was amazing the cutlery and plates were not cleaned properly but apart from that it was great
E. M.
Daughter had booked in for a family treat/celebration, we had never been before. Thankfully for Sat-nav it's easy access off and on to the M8, which is close by. Plenty car parking spaces at rear of restaurant, front door access by ramp. Plenty of tables, tho was not busy when we arrived. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Wide selection of food which was self service. You could go back and forth as often as you required. Selection of dishes that I tried were nice, no complaints about the quality or taste. We will be back again and try some of the other delicacies. Price wise, it's a set price per person with drinks extra. We were there in the afternoon between 2 and 4 at a cost of £9 a person (I think).
V. r.
Ambience and reception is good. Child friendly. Have multiple options to eat but Food taste is not that great.
g.
Great to be back after reopening. Slightly more expensive than before but can't complain as lovely choice of food. I like my food piping hot but it's only warm if have to grump about anything. What do you expect folks as it's a buffet and people tend to forget that though. Overall beautiful 👍🏻
M. S.
Initially the staff was very friendly, considering the time which was 9pm on a Sunday. Virtually 0 waiting time to be seated and the waiter showed us to our table and explained all the food "zones" very thoroughly. The soft drinks were unlimited and were quite varied.
The food isle is much like a maze 😂, there are lots of different things from many different cultures to try, although I doubt you'll get to try even half of them as there are so many. The hot food closest to the food entrance is very good however I felt that some of the dishes towards the far end were a bit less premium as they lacked the quality of the other food.
Now the dessert wasn't the best compared to some other buffet restaurants I've been to. There were quite a lot of desserts to chose from but I thought they looked messy and unappetizing. Keep in mind that this is my personal opinion and your experience may vary.
The toilets I thought could be a bit cleaner, they aren't small by any means and there was no queue.
D.
Great food I ate 6 plates of food 6 different dishes from around the world definitely worth visiting
L. G.
Been here a few times and love it. Great Kebab and grill section. Really nice buffet overall. Friendly staff and decent value
S. S.
Food is on another planet. Pricey at £18 a head but my god the food is good
C. T.
Had a lovely meal here food was hot and fresh, would go back again
L. S.
One of my fave places to eat out. My fave thing is unlimited refills on soft drinks 😍
S. M.
Me and my wife visited here today for lunch she has been a few times and said it was great but I have never been before and I must say she wasn't wrong, all the staff were very polite, kind and friendly and it is a very welcoming place, food was lovely and fresh probably one of the best buffets I've been to, will definitely be back and would highly recommend. Would give more stars if I could.
y. H.
My son and I went last night for the first time and omg amazing the staff are so nice food plenty of choice and delicious 😋😋 surroundings beautiful would highly recommend and will definitely be back. X
a. a.
Good variety of foods. Food was to mild for my liking.
O. S.

This has to be one of the best restaurants I have ever been to.The quality of the customer service was incredible, this is definitely a must try restaurant, also the staff are extremely friendly and help whenever they can,The food could not have been better. The environment was very clean and I once again would recommend to everyone.🤗
S. P.
Great choice of food and friendly staff 🙂
S. N.
Went crazy with the variety of food this place offers.. so much too choose from... Shakil was awesome guy at the main door who takes care of u the moment u enter. Happen to meet the Gentleman Mr. Shaz, the man who owns the place, friendly and absolutely wonderful person. Must visit...
E. T.
A great birthday party for my 9 year old twins. We booked in advance and over the phone they were friendly and helpful. Staff on the night were brilliant even with my baby who is being weaned and decorated the floor. There is a wide range of food - pizza , Indian , Chinese - and desserts so even the fussiest child found something they liked. Place clean and food fresh. Would definitely recommend.
E. G.
Food was great and plenty of it. We ordered starter and main course and were given complimentary bread salad and dips which were brilliant. Unfortunately unable to finish the main course but the waitress did offer a doggy bag but we declined. The waitress was very attentive and friendly 😁😁
K. K.
Great food will be back again.

Would highly recommend this world buffet not only for a family outing, or as I had a large group gathering. The food was fantastic the variety caters to everyone and was so so good I will definitely be returning to sample more of the delicious food they prepare especially at the live grill to say it was very good is an understatement. The staff are all fantastic and very hospitable nothing is too much trouble and the service is always with a smile they make you feel so welcome from the moment you enter the restaurant until it’s time to leave. The only problem I have with this review is it only has 5 stars because they deserve 10 stars and more. Well done to Cook & Indi’s and thank you for making our family gathering a very special one x
N.
It was amazing staff were so attentive and friendly we were told to wear face masks and given gloves when at the buffet, friendly staff offered all options and gave us generous portions. As it was my son's birthday we were given his meal free,a mocktail and cake also the staff sung happy birthday would definitely visit again
M. A.
Perfect place great atmosphere....food nicely and well cooked....recomended
D. M.
Quite fresh and tasty. Very busy and polite staff. Will go back in a group next time it only costs £19.99 (evening meal) including 3 'alcoholic' drinks and cocktails are £5 each. Great atmosphere.
A. S.
OK food, cheap prices. Bit of choice for vegan although not much selection from desert. Felt the manager/supervisor on at the spoke to staff poorly and I felt a bit ignored as all his questions were directed at my boyfriend when it came to paying our bill which we were splitting. Not sure if this was ignorance or sexist behaviour but it annoyed both of us. I also work in hospitality and would never only speak to one member of a party. A little more consideration would go a long way. Not likely to go back.
D. S.
Highly efficient and friendly staff. So many quality foods to choose from you're really spoiled for choice.
P. T.
Service spot on , food used to far superior on previose occasions ,good atmosphere
J. C.
We decided to give this place a try after passing it a few times. We are so glad we did! The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was miles beyond what I've experienced at other buffets. I tried South Indian Chilli and Garlic curry for the first time as well as a South Java curry, both were extremely tasty and the chicken in it was of the best quality. The only way that it could be better is if there was a refillable soft drink option.
C. W.
Tasty food and Great value for money. Excellent Customer Service and Moreover Halal food served and variety of food in their buffet, from South Indian dishes,Pakistani dishes,Chinese dishes and Italian dishes. Children could have their own food choices, from Chicken Nuggets, French fries, Ice Cream, Marshmallows and Chocolate fountain. Must try🖒. My Children had great fun eating.
J. F.
Really big place well worth the money small car park that I could see nice staff
T. C.
Arrive for the first time here since it was Harry ramsdens lol. The parking rules aren't exactly clear for people we seen a few pay for parking when it's free. There maybe signs around however your assuming they read English and those signs aren't beside the actual parking meter either! Gets inside the restaurant is beautiful and clean. We where directed to a seat straight away although it wasn't actually busy to be fair it was nearly empty? The food is a great selection and this is one of the tastier world buffets we have went to. Completely let down by the deserts. I want cake I don't want some cake with goodness knows what on it. It tastes like the cheap cakes we used to get as children back in the 80s. Cakes are vile not cream completely synthetic cream and no idea what flavours they should be either. Dinner was great, service was good and probably return one day
S. m.
😊😊😊 people were so warm and friendly. Food was great. We enjoyed them all...
I. M.
Typical buffet style restaurant with an emphasis on Indian Cuisine. A good selection of food at the time of our visit. A large car park is situated at the rear of the restaurant. Wheelchair access is good but could be improved with dedicated car parking spaces and lowered kerbs. At the time of our visit the kitchen was being renovated which did detract from the pleasure of our visit. It also reduced the variety of the food on offer.
H. R.
Good food at reasonable prices.
J. Q.
Some of the best curries I have tasted especially good for a buffet restraunt the lamb Bhuna especially. Quite a lot of variety with the food and don’t miss the live grill section at the back of the food serving area the lamb chops are decent. Only thing that is disappointing is that they have took away the ice cream machine. Always tables and quick service when I arrive.
F. S.
Just visited and had an amazing experience. Track in trace in place, full safety procedures in place which did not disrupt and excellent experience. Staff were very helpful and would totally recommend a visit. Food was first class.
V. M.
Usually one of my favourite places but tonight it let me, my daughter and themselves down. Busy so you expect them to turn food around quickly not so much boiled rice was also hard. . Service not the best and tables not being cleared quickly. Do live this place and hope it's a one off.
D. W.
Buffets are always good to be able to try different foods, and this place gives you that chance for the key countries as well; Indian, Chinese, Italian and salad. As a mature group of 4 adults, everyone was happy. We went twice near closing time and still found most dishes available. True, plates weren't always cleared, but hey, put them on an empty table. Who cares, the food is lovely!!
E. B.
Staff very friendly. Good choice of foods. Delicious too! Parking just there, good location. Place is clean and tidy, nothing too special but its definitely a place we will come back to. Good value for the price.
G. S.
Amazing selection of world dishes and is great for discovering new flavours. I'd never had lamb bhuna before and it is delicious. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit when in Glasgow again.
A. M.
Great variety of food. Quality is good for a buffet. Staff often seem bit tired of everything and drinks are not always the fastest but if you are nice to them then they always seem to perk up. Probably just the nature of the business. The kitchens are constantly putting out food and it's rare to ever see empty trays. It features Indian, Chinese, Italian (pizza and couple of pastas), BBQ, Street (couple of items of Mexican food), Sushi (a couple of rolls - I wouldn't bother with these, they are not usually great) and some "western" (fish & chips, nuggets, smile potatoes). They also have a fairly decent dessert selection including cakes, profiteroles, ice cream and a chocolate fountain.
E. M.
All different kinds of food to cater for everyone
D. W.
A Buffet @ £11.99 it is difficult not to eat too much.
Pakora and Samosa were top class.
Boiled rice just as it should be.
We were in the restaurant fairly late and the impression was that the staff were clearing up, so the food that was available was fresh, very fresh and very tasty.
Finished with Ice cream that cleaned the palate nicely.
If I am in the area will try again, but will not make a special journey of 30 miles.
G.
I was with Educate the kids Charity and we are with the singing children of Africa. They are so nice and the owner is a really good guy. The food is brilliant and quite cheap. It's worth going to.
C. S.
I think the service here was the worst I've experienced for a buffet. I didn't actually think it could be that bad. How ever the food was very nice... friends had the lamb chops mainly which they enjoyed every bite and I had a bit of everything. 3 stars because the food was good other then that if you want to go for bad service go here.
S. M.
There are a lot of food choices and most of them taste OK. The Indian sweets offered like Jalebi, Ladoo etc. were very poor . Most other foods taste OK, but the quality of food is not good - seems like they use the cheapest available ingredients. They also do not display allergic ingredients like egg, nuts etc on their food. Regarding service, the plates were cleared quickly. Overall, it is OK, but they need to improve the quality of the food.
B. S.
To be honest, we only went because of the £9.99 pp offer. Positives - Great selection of food. Seated very easily (for 2). Most of the dishes were very enjoyable, with exception of a few. Found a space easily in the car park and staff were friendly. Negatives - some of the dishes very poorly made. For example the veg pakora was overcooked, as were the lamb chops and chicken pakora, the paneer spinach was straight from a tin. The garlic naan was very poor. Although not a huge complaint, it is very inconvenient to keep on having to ask the waiter for glasses of water, as they don't provide jugs of water, like most restaurants would. Despite this, the waiter was courteous and our dishes were always cleared by the time we returned to the table. Probably will not return any time soon.
H. S.
Good variety off tasty foods and great service too
E. H.
Great selection of food options from all over the world. All to a high standard and quality. Been a few times and has always remained consistently to my expectations.
Depending on when you arrive it may be fairly busy so best to call ahead and reserve a table to avoid disappointment.
D. W.
Buffets are always good to be able to try different foods, and this place gives you that chance for the key countries as well; Indian, Chinese, Italian and salad. As a mature group of 4 adults, everyone was happy. We went twice near closing …
A. M.
They cook some dishes with the kind of oil that makes food seem fulfilling so you don't eat much on buffets. That's a tactic used by some other places offering buffet to prevent folks from eating a lot.
S. Y.
Nice place. Tasty themed cuisine. Not expensive and full. Just a Swedish table. I would recommend. Really worth
S. S.
I love this restaurant is very high quality
A. A.
Just great!!!
T. T.
Very good food
J. S.
I was out with a mate for some lunch and we decided to visit Cooks and Indi's over at the Quay, as it was a few months we were there last. Plenty of food, great atmosphere and parking although sharing with Travel lodge. When we where there some schools were off and the kids were munching away as it is family friendly I would recommend it no bother at all ...
p. g.
Took our daughter and her friends to celebrate her birthday. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. They bought her cake out and sang happy birthday....she loved it. Food was great too....excellant selection
K. I.
Brilliant food and fast service!
T. R.
Good selection of food, i prefer indian and really enjoyed the lamb bhoona. Starters were ok but usually better. My kids are mainly pizza and pasta and enjoyed them. Worth the money for a family meal, not the place to go for a romantic meal.
C. C.
Had a birthday meal here with my daughter ( her choice) first time here and can say i wasnt dissapointed. Staff are very helpful, couldnt fault them or the food. Only issue we had was the table across from us had kids under 5 and were letting them run about between the tables
A. M.
Food was just ok, nothing special about it.staff appeared a bit disconnected not very talkative or making much attempt to make your visit a good experience. Crazy situation where you pay for your drink at a desk then have to go to a bar elsewhere to collect it !!! Can't fault the cleanleness of the place though.
v. p.
A place where you can find blend of food on same place. Right from various variety of non veg food with a little variety in veg food. Food quality is ok and they charge £15 per person for dinner on Sat/Sun night which is quite a busy night hence acceptable. Have a own ice cream machine along with lots of sweet dishes with fudges and pasteris.
Dinner start at 5 PM and they take reservation in advance as well on call by doing some advance payment if it's a long list or a large no of guest to book.
Would suggest to try at least once.
S. O. D.
Have passed this place for ages and me and the boyfriend thought we'd stop in.
The staff were lovely very friendly! The food was lovely, good selection too! Can't fault the price either, really enjoyed it and we'll be back :)
Only gets a four because the food area is a lil dark and dreary and the toilets weren't great.
A. M.
They cook some dishes with the kind of oil that makes food seem fulfilling so you don't eat much on buffets. That's a tactic used by some other places offering buffet to prevent folks from eating a lot.
M. a. A.
I went there with my family and we had a great time honestly. The food was more than dilusious you can find many kind of food and waiters were just very polite and helpful. If you want to have a great dinner just go there and you'll be glad that you have this amazing experience.
R. S.
This place is a must to visit in Glasgow. The selection of perfectly cooked dishes is excellent. This buffet menu has a very wide variety of different cuisine. Indian curries, Pakistani dishes, Chinese buffet, Pizza & chips for the children and a great salad bar. This restaurant even has a large chocolate fountain for children and adults and sweets for the kids & fresh fruit. They have a very nice whippy ice cream machine and too many great sweets to choose from all at a very reasonable price.
5 Stars given with no reservations for all of their food.
My only reservation is the price of a glass of Coca Cola will set you back at least £2 or £2.50 each.
Tip better to just drink tap water from a large jug, it is better for you and your bill will end up a lot less especially if you have several children.
I would drfinately recommend Cook and Indi's World Buffet to anyone.
M. H.
We went to glasgow quay buffet last weekend. Food was lovely. Specially chicken wings, lamb ribs were delicious. Bryani was so tasty. Chef Bala & krishna are best cook. They made us welcome with our special needs son. Best place for food. Manager Rakesh was v friendly with us.
R. a.
We went to glasgow quay buffet last weekend. Food was very yummy specially chicken wings lamb ribs Bryani was exceptional. The chef Krishan & Bala was so friendly and made so delicious dishes. MOST IMPORTANT BIT was that I have Severely Autistic son the staff was so nice to him. First time I felt so relax sitting at a restaurant with my special need son. ❤❤
S. A.
Great place but honestly it can be a lot better and I wish for it to be much much better because it's a fantastic idea behind it with food from all over the world. The food needs to taste much better, so either the chef's need to buckle up, or get new chefs in!
J. R.
It was looking a bit tired could do with a spruce up lunch time menu wasn't to great compared with other restaurants that I've been to. Parking was not very clear if it's free or available. Bishopbriggs is also needing a freshen up but their menu is better as is the one in Motherwell.
L. P.
Great selection on offer with plenty of seating available. Food was good and seeing the live chefs was nice too though if you are going I’d suggest paying Dutch as the bill can easily creep up on you.
T. B.
Nice food an good selection..
very relaxed place to eat..
staff are pleasant and very helpfull..
And it's affordable....
Thomas
I. C.
Despite being a "world" buffet, it's basically an Indian buffet with a few extras thrown in. The sushi seems forced and like an afterthought, and there needs to be more in the Italian section. The maIns section is solid and satisfying. The desserts section seem like they are aimed at 6 yr olds. It feels like they are trying to do too much and other than the Indian food section, none of it particularly well.
S. M.
If traveling to Glasgow this is the best place to eat, choices can be made from Italian, Indian, Chinese, mexican and American all you can eat from a well set out buffet, staff are friendly and helpful. Cost is very good for all you can eat. Booking is essential as it's very busy.
d. m.
Our table was wobbly, quite a few tables around us were wobbly and had drink mats under them to stable them, waiter got drinks order wrong, and layout is weird area where they clean plates etc is in opposite side of restaurant from the food so every so often you have the loud clatter of a trolley of plates coming and going. Food was ok chucken pakora was more batter than chicken. Chasni was quite watery.
W. L.
When they said buffet, they did not hold back! Good selection of food and also appetising. A few hygienic concerns like the ice cream scoop and some of the utensils were sticky.
N. G. (.
place ia easy to find. food is ok. buffet style with different cuisines. indian, chinese and english. some of the food was bland. ok value for money at 14.99 per head. the service was good as it was really busy for a sat night. the food could have been better. only thing that was above par was the deserts. over all not a bad experience but could be better. it seems.as they chose quantity over quality.
M. S.
Delicious and Large Variety of food. Indian, Asian, Italy and much more.. it's a buffet and the price was 9 pound. Warm welcome and Excellent service.. Drinks available.
A. A.
Went there for my daughter's birthday party. Food was tasty with a wide selection of dishes. The staff were friendly. A positive experience that I would like to repeat.
H. S.
It has good variety of food, Selection isnot only indian and it has Chinese and fast food such as pizza, Reasonable pricw with good quality food, Free car park and good selection of sweet for desert. If you have many guests and dont know what they like its good to take them there.
S.
Weekend celebration in Glassgow went for a birthday meal .. meal was lovely staff wher lovely and they even provided a free complimentary surprise cake for my husband birthday ... wud definetly Be bak .. keep up the lovely services only negative comment I wud say the drinks are a little over priced or maybe serve a large jug? .. otherwise brilliant 👍🏼😊
A. A.
For those limited to halal options it's as good as you can get in Glasgow for a buffet offering a multitude of cuisines...indian/ Pakistani, Chinese, Italian...the food quality is fine ...its not amazing hence the rating ...and not bad either...there is plenty to choose from. Certainly no where near the standard of Jimmy's Spices restaurants iv visited in the West Midlands. The soft drinks are rubbish cheap brand cola, fizzy orange variety etc so I just order water. Sometimes there is the odd waiter hovering around to which can be annoying if they can see you still eating.
L. R.
Gastronomic selection of food, of which you can eat as much as you like! One of our group is vegan and the chef whipped up a vegan curry especially for him. Make sure you are HUNGRY when you go
Z. L.
Really great food. So much choice. Indian and Chinese. Loved it here. We all left 2 stone heavier than when we arrived.
Excellent
A. E.
I love eating here, the selection of food is amazing, everything is lovely, the staff are very helpful, you're never left with an empty plate or glass. We were in on Friday night and we're served by veronika who was amazing, definitely recommended.
J. B.
There is a great variety of food but the food was not particularly warm and choice of desserts was poor. However food was tasty and cooked properly. I felt it was overpriced.
L. W.
Crowdy place offering good choice of mixed cousins. It offers bit more continental dishes as other buffet restaurants we've been. As for Saturday's evening very limited choice of fruits, beside nice place with professional service and good dining.
J. B.
Food usually on point but night time is best to visit for fresher food afternoon especially through the week can be poor in terms of food turn around but I understand it is a buffet.
If I was rating just on evenings 5 star every time.
D. S.
Good food and quite a variety of nationalities represented. All you can eat buffet so huge temptation to stuff yourself - so I did. Very fair price for food but they catch you on the drinks!
M. D.
Great food great price
C. A.
Food and service fantastic! Staff all very nice. Love the decor and the surroundings. First visit to this one will be back. Thank u! X
s. d.
Great selection of foods from Indian Chinese and Italian. Thought the Kebab could of been a bit warmer as cold when I got nack to my table to eat it. Other tan that everything was delicious.
E. G.
Great selection of food, friendly helpful staff.
Main downside is if you go before the dinnertime rush all the food has been sitting a while.
T. R.
Absolutely great and yummy food family dinner really enjoyable
A. H.
Friendly staff plenty of options to choice from and very tasty food
J. P.
Very very good place for dinner, multiple options and tasty food at given price. We had office party for around 50 people. All were happy, kids enjoyed dinner and ice-cream. Much better compare to other cook and indi's world buffet.
J. M.
First been to this one but won't be the last. Was outstanding. From the lamb ribs to the Pizza and sweets. Staff were excellent couldn't do anymore for us. Will definitely be back soon
K. L.
Very good place to eat. Very wide selection of dishes and all very tasty. A place I would recommend for a visit.
Excellent choice for when you can't decide what you want to eat. Everyhing from pizza, pasta to curries and chinese dishes. Not to mention ice cream, chocolate fountain or fruit salad for desserts.
D. C.
Great service food good but not much choice at lunchtime. Still great value for money
B. H.

r. z.
i got charged £13.99 for a dinner on the Thursday where on their website it said only £12.99 on Thursday, the grill is to dry and too much salt and spice on lam other then that is good
P.
Amazing food, went on New Year's Day and it wasn't really expensive. £15 each with 2 free drinks each. Wide selection of food and the staff are very nice!
S. l.

Took my wife here for a birthday treat, unfortunately I was not feeling well, still enjoyed my visit as the food was varied and plentiful, service was good and staff were very attentive, plates etc cleared away very quickly, the restaurant was very busy but staff took it in their stride, will visit again when I am feeling better.
E. R.
Great choice, spacious not to crammed food is freshly prepared and in a separate area from the seating area. Love the Chocolate fountain at the dessert station
S. H.
I want to say a big thanks to all the staff for the amazing hospitality!! My family and friends enjoyed their evening for my 25th surprise birthday party. Great food and company thank you again :)
S. S.
Great selection of food and the wait (during busy lunch time) wasn't too bad either, about 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend if you want to try a bit of everything
J. B.
Food was good but the cost of the buffet was £19.99 which included 4 small drinks wether you took them or not, the price of the buffet is not as advertised on the board outside. Beware the inflated costs.
A. G.
Food was as not as gd as usual but still nice maybe its because the time we went as it was quite and food could have been left out longer than it should have I.e nan breads
F. M.
This place is amazing the staff including rashid is amazing we went here for a 30th meal and couldnt have felt more comfortable it was brilliant the food was beautiful and there was a very good selection get what you want and as much as u want even the kids loved it and they even have an outside area were u can sit and go if you want a cigarette nothing was to much for the staf they even brought out the cake and the staff sang happy birthday to the birthday girl it was a great night had by all 14 of us plus you can eat as much or as little as you like and it was very reasonable priced for what u can get amazing and totally recommended we will definitely be back thanks again to all the staff

D. M.
Usually love this but on this occasion, was a little underwhelming. May have been an off day. Still a great selection of foods kn offer for eating as much as you like.
g. f.
It was OK nothing special massive amounts of space no customers , food was ok except I found a long hair in my curry which I pointed out to the staff . They apologized and didn't charge me for my meal or drinks which was kind needless to say I couldn't eat after that because my stomach was all over the place .
W. G.
Excellent buffet choice with plenty flavours and delicious hot food. Very busy but never once did the food disappoint
A. H.
First time here, pretty decent selection the lamb chops and Dahl were my faves and a very nice pint of kingfisher too defo be back

K. M.
Really enjoyable. So much choice. Visited for a kid's birthday and the staff brought out our cake singing happy birthday. Really nice night. B thanks
M. R.
There's a wide selection of food available: Indian, Italian, Chinese, BBQ meat etc. They also have a good selection of dessert. In terms of quality of food, it's pretty much what you'd expect from a buffet - relatively average.
L. A.
Its a buffet place. The food is perfectly adequate and not expensive. Its good for large groups and small. Nothing really wrong with it, its great for a budget place and the staff are mainly fine too just busy.
K. M.
Food very nice but been a few times now and every time options available are getting more limited e.g only had too currys on no south Indian. When was before.
D. B.

Im a regular at Cook n indi's World Buffet restaurants and i always leave the place satisfied.
Very good large selection of different cuisines from around the world.
I would gladly recommend it to anybody who enjoys big selections and Buffets ;)
A.
Good fresh ice-cream with cones available friendly staff over priced for lunch but still good would go in a big group of people as it would be more fun for all seating is great I always get a seat next to the food hall bit. Over all great service would go again and again and again veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy goooooooooooooddd
g. p.
A very nice restaurant, very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The usual high standards of food (yes, I'm a fan of a good buffet) I particularly like the large number of different meals on offer.
J. W.
New owners and far much better food and selection.
K. F.
Good selection of dishes available. Friendly staff. Lots of social distancing. Clean and welcoming.

Good food..Not dry and bland like most other world buffet restaurant's..Will go again.. most of all a good wee gathering with my loved ones.
S. Y.
Nice place. Tasty themed cuisine. Not expensive and full. Just a Swedish table. I would recommend. Really worth
M. J.
I'm a very picky person when it come to the world buffy the food was great but this was my first time coming here food staff were all great but l prefer the world buffy in Darnely because l did feel like the food court was like a maze would a go there again yes but when it's cooler weather
p. B.
Not the best selection of food. Everything seemed to be covered in chillies or hot spices desert selection wasn't the best either cakes looked dry and hard.
Wouldn't go to again
M. G.
Had a lovely buffet..food was amazing and staff were attentive to all our needs although the restaraunt was busy we had a a great time, great food with relaxing atmosphere
Fantasticly child friendly.
K. R.
Quite like this place. I feel the good is better compared to other world buffets .. plus it was cheaper. Parking is also easy and free. Getting there might be a problem though if you go earlier in the day especially rush hour due to its locayoon
S. U.
Beautiful food, lots of variety, it's a lot cheaper between 12-4pm Monday to Friday ie £6.99 all you can eat during those times and days. Free parking available too
I. G.
Good selection of food as it should have. Staff friendly and efficient.
D. M.
Food was lovely, lots of different foods to choose from and staff are lovely and very helpful would definitely go back again.
B. (.
The place is very well presented it's by far one of the cheapest places to eat if you like a good sized meal , as it's a buffet and you can eat till your 💓 hearts content
S. S.
The restaurant is very nice and very busy the food is fine had the the lamb curry that was full of fat some of the deserts are not as describe it was good value at £6.99 but its up in price so now the price is creeping up I will think twice in future but the place is very clean.
W. P.
It was ok .. free parking ..food was ok noodles were cold ,mussels were a bit shrivelled up but all in all it was ok ... £4.40 for 2 cans of soft drink a bit stiff
m.
It has a good buffet just in diner time.
S. A.
Very good. Place. Good for family. Parties and birthdays. Grill is turned on in the evenings and the price is increased also from the lunch time specials.
A. A.
It had great food great staff (only who took away the dishes) but at the start they forgot about the drinks which had to wait half an hour and after that a member of staff came and apologised and gave us free drinks
C. S.
Decent food but lack of covid rules
M. H.
First time there. Lovely welcoming staff. Enjoyed the food.... hope to come back soon !
M. M.
Hardly any wait for a table. Food was good. Reason for the 3 stars was all the plates seemed to be dirty, quite off putting.
S. W.
Loved going here but miss going now not allowed to go with the special immune diet on for my cancer so many things im not allowed now that i cant take a chance with here,so hopefully when im cured i can give it a wee visit again.

With pakistani taste buds I missed that real curry flavour.
Italian was good. Chinese was okay. Nihari paye and haleem were really good😍
D. M.
Would have given 5 stars but the most important part of my visit was to try the chocolate fountain must say very disappointed. On a plus note food is out of this world.

P. C.
Good food as always and lots of choice. Could do with getting done up a bit just looks outdated and the toilets badly need a refurbishment
D. T.
Go here quite regularly. Always the same dishes, now and again might change 1 or 2 dishes. I think they should change dishes often so regular customers don't get bored off old dishes.
S. I.
The food is good but they charge kids on their height not age as my kids taller in small age but I paid more for them.
C. Y.
Visited on 27 July. Staff were rude from management down. Food was decent but I was visiting for the noodle bar which was non existent. 🤔
J. H.

Staff could be better on cleaning handles of serving spoons and wiping up spills. The foot is not always hot either so I avoid the muscles and prawns.
