Friendly staff. Food was excellent. Freshly made and very tasty. Bought regular cajun fires but it was a large serving would get small next time. Burger was delicious 😋

Five guys is a favourite of mine I love the fact you can choose exactly what's on your burger so the choices and combinations make it plentiful! I have the little cheeseburger with little Cajun fries if I wasn't calorie counting I'd probably go for the normal cheeseburger and normal Cajun fries not sure if any one person can finish a large Cajun fries on their own! The fries are always overloaded which is brilliant. Always fast service, food is cooked when you order so nice and fresh, the soft drinks use the coca cola machine with multiple flavours or if you want you can mix them up! It is more expensive than all other fast food places but the freshness and superior quality justify this! Definitely worth a visit

Having stopped for a wee bite after soft play with my son, I just need to say the biggest thank you to Bill the Manager, wow what a guy! Having eaten in some of the best restaurants across the globe, I have never experienced service like I did today at 5 guys Silverburn from Bill. He was so welcoming and attentive, not only to me but all customers who came in. He deserves a promotion!

Decent enough scran Bit costly, though. 8 quid for a hotdog the size of a hamster. Despite it being an absolutely fantastic dog, definitely not big enough to satisfy a chungus such as myself. But large portions of chips and free refills on your drinks are certainly not a feature to look past. Good food, but portion size and cost of main was a bit steep for my liking.

Food is lovely, However for what's essentially a fast food place it's a bit expensive. The portion sizes are large though- I got a regular fries and there were LOADS in the bag too. For what you pay I was glad to see there was a lot there. I wasn't able to finish it. Unfortunately no pictures as the burgers come wrapped in foil, the chips are served in a cup and it all comes in a paper bag. The option of a plate/box would have been nice for the meal as we were sitting in the place.

These are very very good burgers! You pay for the burger, cheeseburger or hotdog and then can add from about a dozen toppings and condiments. The small burger was a more than adequate lunch for me, even without adding the fries. It is quite expensive compared to other fast-food burger outlets but again, they make very good burgers. The menu is limited. The place is clean and tidy. The staff were friendly.

Needed dinner on a Thursday evening. Restaurants booked up. Good burger, identifiable as meat, unlike some. Plenty of filling options too. (Cooked onions being one.) I was told that the small fries is enough for one person. Totally true. 4 stars as it's expensive. £9.90 for a burger and fries. (You'd get a pint included with a burger and fries in a pub deal for less, but less fillings.) I had tap water to drink as I don't pay for soft drinks made from syrups. Make sure you rinse the dispenser first or you get tainted tap water.

There was a problem with my fries. They were replaced and refunded by Alan, who also offered to make me another burger if mine was cold while I waited and he gave me a milkshake to try. Absolutely outstanding customer service. Burger was brilliant too, nothing like in most fast food outlets. Good quality and made individually to order. An excellent experience all round, especially Alan's customer service. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back.

The best burger chain in the world. You can have Five Guys anywhere and you can't be disappointed. They're not cheap. But they're worth it. Plus they're always generous with their chips which run rings around BK or McDonald's. Staff were very helpful. Free refills are great for trying out different flavours of drinks from the machine.

Excellent American fast food. Pricies are American too so expect them to be on the higher end. But the burgers are awesome. Great selection of shakes and Coca-Cola free style machines with free refills. Fries are also amazing. Check out the veggie sandwich for a vegetarian option. Allergy advice: fries are cooked in peanut oil.

Five Guys may be another fast food to some, but it's a truly different experience from other fast food burger chains. The beef on the burgers taste so much more real, like a homemade burger your dad would give you at a barbeque, and there are a good selection of toppings too, to make a truly great burger! Five Guys do also serve Hot dogs, which are just as tasty and nothing like others I have tasted. The fries really make it too. These fries are special, fried in peanut oil, and you can really taste it too! Not to mention the different spices you can top them with. Finally, they also have lovely milkshakes, and If you're as crazy as I am, you can add bacon which, believe it or not, is fantastic. Overall, Five Guys is certainly worth your time!

I have a dilemma with Five Guys. I love the burgers and fries, but it's way too expensive for what it is. I love how you can customise your burger with whatever toppings you want, and the Coke machine is amazing with all the different options. It's just I find it hard to pay over £15 for what is essentially a fast food burger, ships and a drink. I suppose that doesn't stop me visiting though!
