I. H.Very hit and miss
Been here twice over a period of time
First time was great
Food was awful. Felt the guys in the kitchen couldn’t be bothered.
A. A. (.Tried the new wings bucket and it was amazing! Great quality chicken cooked to perfection making skin so crisp and flakey but on the inside full of juice the queue was fairly quick and there were plenty of seats to chose from especially considering it has recently been done up definetly the best kfc in the city center!!!
S. B.Not their cleanest branch but a good wholesome eaterie. The staff are friendly enough and there is plenty of room inside to sit down. Not the most convenient way to order food but acceptable. One can never really go wrong with the food, but a little cleanliness and pride in the workplace would go such a long way in this branch.
S. D.Not bad, they are fast enough, but the last few visits they have been lacking in certain items e.g. salt on one occasion, spoons on another. Unlike other branches, this one has always gotten my order correct first time.
R. C.Service was a bit slow...guess due to the many orders. Food was ok and the environment is okayish. Not too bad.

s. w.The waiting time for fast food at this venue in a busy city is rather off putting since that is when there is no queue. Seems as if there is a lack of staff behind the till. The chicken itself tasted dry reheated and unlike other KFC locations I have been to that hit the correct mark every time. The 3 stars for this KFC os for the lady that worked thw seating area floor. Working hard and genuinely polite who takes that few seconds to say hello, goodbye or help yoh out if needed.

A. S.Excellent customer service. Our server could not have been nicer and is fantastic at his job Food was extremely below par. Cold chips, runny gravy, chewy chicken and missing 1 mini fillet. The server saved this from being a 1 star review to be totally honest.
S. D.One of the handiest fast food joints in town. Just round the corner from Sauchiehall St and only a couple of minutes from Buchanan bus station - it's usually surprisingly quiet compared with most places in this neck of the woods, and you can usually get a seat and a good KFC (which are often quite variable in quality)
It's not the Ritz, but you want hot food on a damp Thursday and you've only got twenty minutes to spare? Bingo.

J. M.This is the only decent KFC in Glasgow City Centre. The ones in St. Enoch and four corners are absolutely terrible, but this one reminds me of how KFC used to be - juicy chicken with crispy batter. Surprisingly well cleaned restaurant as well. Had my first bit of fried chicken here as a child, so may be a bit biased, but if you've tried the other KFCs and were displeased, try here!

A. K.3 stars instead of 1 because its حلال. The KFC itself is pathetic with incomplete menu, in comparison to other KFC (Pollokshaws Rd) and a lot of the time they don't accept card payments.
