m. m.This had been the Mandarin and is under new management. I made an phone order last night to a charming young man called Johnny. He was so patient, polite and humorous, eager to accommodate my order which was mash up from an old Mandarin menu.
The food was perfectly fine. But to me, Johnny was the star of the show!!
Closed Tuesdays. They do delivery for £1.20

The service is fantastic thanks to Johnny who is just a great asset to the restaurant!
He is always pleasant, polite , efficient and very knowledgeable about his menu!
Nothing is a bother for him he is always advising on new dishes or what to have if you feel like a change !
He remembers what you have had before and he adapts to the different palate tastes of your guests ie more chili less chili ! Or as I like my food with less sauce for example!
He gets it done !
The Crispy Duck is incredible ! The Turbo rice could feed a small army , the portion size is great !
The cook is terrific top class all ingredients fresh !
The staff at the restaurant are just the best
Even the delivery drivers are fast and I have never had a cold home delivery yet.
I strongly recommend the new corner Chinese takeaway 👌

Now taking all cards all the time management have resolved issues and cards now welcome after 10pm star back on .
