A. J.After a long journey from Braemar it was a delight to find this little deli, tucked away towards the end of the Main Street. Desperately in need of coffee and toilet stop it was great to find this gem of delights. Service was quick and helpful, coffee really food and our light lunch was delicious. A good range of rolls, bacon butty, cakes plus the selection from the deli.
Highly recommend a stop here.

N. B.Lovely Deli with lots of choice. Whether it's cheese, breads, crackers, jams, wine... And that's just a few of the things you can get there. Coffee is great and cheese scones well forth going for alone if nothing else. Oh and their unique scotch eggs are delicious. Try the vegetarian one.
P. L.First time visit and immediately Impressed by the quality of food and all provisions inside this small shop/cafe. The owner, Mark(?), is extremely accommodating and he makes a blindingly good cup of coffee. So much so I took away one of his packets of Spotty Dog blend coffee. There are a few tables inside where one can sit back, relax and enjoy the coffee. I'll be back!
M. V.Really great lattes. I'd easily drink two cups, and I'm not usually much of a coffee drinker. They also sell loaves of multiseed bread which are so delicious we drive all the way there now to buy our bread.
l. d.Myself and my family stopped for lunch in the spotty dog. Food lovely, really nice coffee too and a wide variety of organic foods with gluten free items available too. Highly recommend.
M. F.Excellent little cafe and deli. There's only a few tables inside in amongst the shop but we've been twice and got a seat and a highchair for our daughter. Nice selection of cakes, teas and coffees etc, also sandwiches and hot rolls. We particularly liked the chocolate and Guinness cake (a Nigella recipe I think). Very well stocked shop for the size of the place also, particularly good cheese selection. Christmas 2017 they offered a christmas hamper service with a very reasonable charge for the box and wrapping after you select the contents.
