Great place with good ambience. Ordered spicy fried chicken burger - the chicken was too salty. Should improve the taste of burgers and maintain consistency. Fries were excellent. The customer executive was really polite and well mannered. Plenty of ice cream varieties to try.

🍔 burger tastes pretty good . chicken burger and chilli cheese poppers (the meal deal 12-3pm) which are actually food for 2. the potion is really good and they give a looooot of fries as well so yeah bring someone with you when you come here otherwise take small potion food. a few minutes walk from UofG ✨

Got their Cartel Burger and cajun fries. The meat was very high quality and cooked perfectly. Fries were also seasoned very well. Overall really nice place with good service and friendly staff :)

Very good burgers with probably one of the best chocolate shakes I've tried around Glasgow. If you don't like overly sweet shakes you will love the shakes they make. Burgers were nice and flavourful and the Cajun chips were very nice too. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Had a classic burger with a very thick and juicy meat. Value for money! Fried chickens were tasty and crispy but I hope it would be less salty. Plus, the atmosphere is classy for a burger and fried chicken restaurant as jazz music was played. I think the manager is a stylish gentlemen.

Oh I live it here! The classic burger is a must! Juice tasty halal patty melt in your mouth. Generous portions of chicken and chips. Service was also good. Will definitely comeback.

Impeccable service , they let me try the signature sauce to see if i would like it. Chicken burger is delicious possibly the best ive had. Great value for money. Chips were good but were unseasoned making them kinda boring. Lots of free seating and clean tables. Defo worth the walk from the university.

I've never eaten in this restaurant but I was walking along Byres Road tonight and witnessed the staff/owners/management of this restaurant offering a hot meal to vulnerable person. Byres Road is blighted by people begging and loitering but I witnessed compassion and charity tonight. I will be in to have a burger soon and thank you for being willing to help others in these hard times.

Went with family, nice and clean, priced as expected for the area, fast friendly service. My mother and my daughter had different chicken burgers which I tried moist and very tasty, my other daughter had chili loaded fries, fries are awesome chili was bland and I had chicken strips they were tough, dry and over cooked. Overall good experience will give the place another try and give the burgers a try next time.

First time in today..staff where so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us! cool decor and spotless inside. Food was so fresh and delicious..staff gave my granddaughter a smaller burger, which she loved! My 2 grandchildren had a free ice cream afterwards..couldn’t fault the place, it was a great experience for all the family..price was great for such a high quality of food..will be back soon!

My husband, teenage son and I had lunch here today as we saw it was Halal. Oh my word I had the best beefburger of my life, don't normally eat burgers.My son had thee best chicken burger and fries and my husband had the half piri piri chicken with salad which he said was stunning. Everything was freshly made and service was fantastic. Cant wait to go back.

Got a takeaway tonight. Have been meaning to try it for ages. Cartel burger and classic burger, chilli loaded fries and chilli cheese bites. Didn’t expect to get a small fries portion with the burger which was a nice surprise. Also picked up some ice cream. Burgers were delicious, juicy and huge pattys. Chilli cheese fries were also a great sized portion, tasty and just the right kind of spicy. Chilli cheese bites were perfect. Service was friendly and welcoming. Liked the takeaway packaging with napkins, cutlery and condiments included in the wee pack, Nice touch and feels like attention to detail👍 Will definitely be back to try other menu items! (Translated) We passed by and the server gave us a good smile! You might think that's a good sign... However! Food is another story. Falafel burger extremely dry, looks like poo. Spicy chicken burger not spicy, chicken also very dry. The sweet potato fries looked like they had potential, but there was a little hair in them that was getting on. The garlic mayonnaise was suspiciously like pva glue, but very garlicky. (Original) Nous sommes passés et le serveur nous a donné un bon sourire ! On pourrait penser que c’est un bon signe... Cependant ! La nourriture est une autre histoire. Burger Falafel extrêmement sec, ressemble à du caca. Burger de poulet épicé non épicé, poulet aussi très sec. Les frites de patates douces avaient l’air d’avoir du potentiel, mais il y avait un petit poil en elles qui était en train de se mettre. La mayonnaise à l’ail ressemblait étrangement à de la colle pva, mais très ailée.
