At 7.30pm tonight we ordered giant master burger meals. it was worth every penny spent. They were busy but the two guys on shift were great and efficient. All of it was the best we've had for a long time. Thanks will come again.

Really REALLY good burger and I would heavily suggest on getting the mac and cheese bites. I didnt ask if they had any vegan or vegetarian options and the 1 staff member stared at me and said "I dont even know" hahahah atleast they were honest

Ordered a Chicken BLT meal £8 paid. When it came no chips. I ask Coleen were are the chips she replied "you did not ask for a meal" I replied that I did ask for a Chicken BLT meal with no tomato and a coke. Her reply was I am telling you you did not ask for a meal. I could not believe that a member of staff would reply to a customer like that. I told her that i think she was being rude and just left. Has i was leaving she she had to have the last word. This was I told you, you did not order a meal.and i am not rude. Food was ok but service is another thing.

Thought this was still Burger Star but it’s obviously changed hands now. Popped in after work and the member of staff was on his own but greeted me in a very believable way. Only waited a few minutes to order and throughout the whole Burger Master experience I was treated to great customer service, positive outlook and no fake cheese apart from that on my burger (which I actually like the plastic cheese slices) when my food came it was hot, delicious and the fact I could pick a sauce which was a Burger Star tradition, it was amazing. 100 times nicer than the big two up the road so I will 100% definitely go again.

A nice, clean place and friendly staff but their claim: "Gloucester's finest hamburgers" is massively exaggerated. The burgers are not bad, but not great either. Pretty much just a standard, fast food / McDonald's style meals - not a proper, gourmet burgers. Pros: - nice, friendly staff - clean, nice place - parking nearby Cons: - average burgers - slow meal preparation - overpriced

Now called Burger Master, the food and service were as good as ever. Due to covid restrictions staff now apply the relish for you but couldn't have been any more helpful.

Best by far, end of. 👍 For the price point, this place is great. With the eve of the "Gourmet burger joint" this place is a refreshing change, fresh, simple, tasty burgers served with a large selection of condiments. The extras can be a little pricey compared to the overall cost, but if kept simple, a bargain.

I haven't been to this place for probably over 20 years but was back in Gloucester and thought i'd pop in. It has changed name to Burger Master (from Burger Star) but the burgers are still absolutely still the best i have ever tasted, and i've tasted a few over the years lol. No dripping grease dropping out and a lovely meaty taste, add the bacon on top to take this to another level. The customer service was great which can be a pleasant change from alot of places. I will be visiting again whenever i get the chance.

One of the better 'fast food' establishments in Gloucester, a little pricy especially compared to McDonald's but I think you get a nicer burger. Waiting times are as you'd expect for food cooked to order - as opposed to McDs stack 'em up under heat lamps approach. The garlic mayo is recommended! Staff always seem to be well presented and the place has been clean when I have visited.

This is my favourite burger takeaway. The burgers are always 10/10. Disappointed with the french fries on this visit, bit undercooked, but won't stop me coming again. Just will check next time. The burgers are always good.

Visited Burger Master on 30/10/2020 and had a good chat with Stuart, whilst my food was being prepared. Stuart was very attentive and made sure that everything I ordered was correct. After discussing with Stuart how my girlfriend wasn’t made up when she first tried the garlic mayonnaise. He reassured that the recipe is at its best and when we got home, I asked my girlfriend how it was and her response was “unreal!” Which is always a good sign! The food was prepared by Biff, and tasted excellent as always! Adding the Mac & Cheese bites was also a great suggestion, would recommend for anyone to try! On this visit, everything was absolutely perfect. The order, the attentive and friendly staff and the amazing tasting food. Can’t wait to return. Thanks guys

Every time I have visited here I have come away with burger & chips that have never been beaten by any competitors! Staff are great, spotless takeaway and above all a hot, delicious meal. Always very filling.

Westgate Street Gloucester. You order your food and wait for it to be cooked, how novel. Warning! This means your chips will be hot, your burger will be hot and juicy, the bap won't be soggy and the salad hasn't had time to evolve into new lifeforms. Oh, and it might cost a quid or two extra. Or...there's a McD's 150 metres away. I know where I would get my lunch from.

I grew up in gloucester and burger star has always made my favorite burgers, and I loove their thick milkshakes, I live in America now and have tried many different burgers but none come close to the complete mouthwatering sensation of a mega star with pineapple ;) I can't wait to bring husband to visit England and have him try it!
