Last resort food, last time went in here was awful but thought try again and have to say good service and food this time, this is just off the Metz way /Eastern Avenue in Gloucester easy to get to and park, Was nice and hot and nice cappuccinos

Arrived at the drive-through as the restaurant was transitioning to drive-through only for the night, so nobody in the restaurant: There were only 6 cars ahead and it took nearly 30 minutes to get our food. On getting home found the chips were a bit cold and not all entirely cooked in the first place. The chicken was good however, even if the wings looked as if the bird was barely hatched.

I've had nicer KFC in Bristol Cribbs The chicken was fattier than usual and the coating didn't taste as nice as it usually does. My children complained that the boneless banquet didn't have as much food in it as usual.

It's KFC. The food was served quickly and the restaurant was relatively tidy. Had a bit of a hard time communicating with the gentleman taking the orders due to the combination of his mask and accent but he was patient and our order was taken correctly.

Ordered on the app at a busy time (16:00) got there and checked in. Had around a 5 minute wait on food which was fine. Food itself on this occasion was just incredibly oily is all, like if you chucked the batter in the oil before it was hot or didn't strain it on the way out. Thankfully it's not the norm but was left a bit dissatisfied to be honest. Can't say too much though as I did eat it as I was hungry.

Good service. The only thing I noticed was the cleaner wiping the tables down wasn't using clean blue paper roll with each table. Each surface needs a clean sheet otherwise its just spreading all the germs around. Food was fast and nice.

My friend and I had a bucket full of breadcrumb coated chicken portions with 4 bags of French Fries, which was more than enough to feed four persons. The chicken done in breadcrumbs was absolutely delicious, so tender and succulent. The French fries were a nice coloured golden brown and well cooked. The staff were pleasant and polite and well presented in clean clothing. The restaurant itself was spotlessly clean, as also were the tables and chairs. It was very spacious and there was no problem finding a table and chairs to sit at. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal which was of such excellent value. We shall be returning there again for another super meal. We recommend KFC to others who enjoy a good meal of Chicken and Chips....and if you do not wish to sit in, then they have a 'Drive Through ' where you can order and pick up your meal at that point, and take it away with you. ( Review by "Jack in the Box " ).

Me and 3 friends went plus my partner. Between us we didn't get a pot of gravy or a pop corn chicken which really is not cheap these days like 5 pounds for the big one and a portion of fries so we all had to share what we had. The customer service was terrible in store as he kept ignoring us. The only good thing was the food that we did receive in the end...not impressed I must say.

Glad KFC have launched a vegan burger. However dissappointed it doesn't come as a box meal. I asked for the chicken to be replaced with a vegan patty in the tower burger which they did once but on asking for it again the staff refused saying it wasn't 'possible' even though they did it just last week. Conclusion: Please make the vegan patty available with all your burger meals as some people just want to reduce their meat intake rather than go full vegan. On the plus side the herbs and spices on the new patty are just the same as the chicken seasoning and it tastes great.

Offers don't stay on for very long this is to suck customers in. When you are there you will just about always buy something else at the usual high prices for chicken. But kfc is nice and enjoyable. Keep offers on longer as offers will bring more people in. Ie 9 piece bucket for £5.99 every Tuesday instead of a couple of times a year!
