Ordered chicken fillet burger with large fries, quick delivery, however disappointed with the burger which was plain. Expecting salad, but just chicken. Large portion of fries mostly scraps. Sadly not as good as recommendations.

Been going here for the best part of 20 years and it's a shame to see how it's gone. The past year I get a Chicken kebab in my order and for some reason the chicken is never in the pitta bread,so by the time you get home the pitta bread is pretty much useless from the chicken juices. I have asked on numerous occasions to put the chicken inside the pitta bread and they've only done that once. Seems stupid to ask for the food to be put inside the bread but that's what it's come to. Unfortunately I won't be going again.

Would be 5 * if it wasn't for the phone service . Every time we've made called in , it's one word blunt answers from a girl , seems so unhappy and miserable . Absolutely appalling phone skills want to put the phone down soon as she answers . only thing that lets it down. Food is brilliant always hot , driver is brilliant .

Bad review's not right iv been twice this week. Superb as always. I live hessle road non round here as good. New update Sept 2023. This place has diffrent people cooking. Food not as good quality as used to be. And prices are higher.. Iv been going here at leaste 15 years used to be amazing food.. all seems dry now and cheap ingredients. Their takings must be down. Please if you read this. Improve. Or customers will not return.
