V. S.After long time ( lockdown ), this place again open for clients inside.
This evening time not so much people inside.
More popular still take away funkcion.
Prices same like before, that's a great.
Just one minuses: you can't to choice seat please.
This time I have been seat in bad place. People always moving front my back.
I can't enjoy food.

D. Z.Exactly what you would expect from a KFC everytime iv visited its never too busy and you can always find a seat to eat. Iv not visited during the pandemic so I can't comment on there procedures and policy's in place at the moment.

J. G.Slow service had no coffee? Got tea... had to go back for milk... ordered beans and got gravy... had to ASK got lemon wipes after eating finger licking chicken?? Toilets not cleaned at all... my 6 year old son could not use the loo because the toilet seat was dirty... toilet paper strewn all over the floor! No soap to wash hands.
All in all a NOT ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE.
It says a lot when your 6 yr old and 8 yr old say.."we are not coming here again"

T. O. T.Same old same old when you come to a KFC but difference being the staff and facilities. I stick to chips and puddings and drinks as my taste buds don't like all the pepper / herbs in the coating..( I come here cos the family do ) toilets are same as usual..no loo paper when it's busy but they try keep them clean . They just need to check in them sometimes as there are some messy people around. Staff always seem to have a smile for you . Good experiences usually when we come here.

D.I can only comment on the drive in service and quality of the bucket of chicken I ordered, if I'm looking for a quick meal while in an area I dont really know of decent eating establishments I tend to choose a KFC. During a visit to hull I was in nose to tail traffic held up at every traffic light in pouring rain and fog made worse as it was a dark evening. In the distance on Beverley road I noticed the bright lights of KFC, I thought better sat there than in a traffic jam. I veered off to the left with the sound of car horns behind me. Found it .. pulled in and ordered 8 pieces of thigh chicken no sides no chips (cant stand fast food chips) a voice came from the machine sorry cant do 8 thighs .. nope I thought I'm the customer and I'm paying I want 8 thighs... ok came the unknown voice be ready in approx 12 minutes, I drove round to the collection point and waited the voice actually belonged to a human and not just a computer generated voice. I was served by a most obliging young member of staff he couldn't manage 8 thighs but 5 plus 2 breasts and a drumstick was ok. At least the bucket was full of fresh cooked produce as close to what I ordered and not full of wings cut on to part of a breast. The name of the cashier on the receipt was Luke. Well done if you were the person who served me. At this point may I add I have been butchering for 50 years and have cut and cooked more than one or two chickens in my time, it always pays to serve the customer what they want and produce a quality product . You scored 5 stars on both service and presentation and quality of product. I drove off eating my chicken inbetween more delays at every traffic light..😋

b. l.Went in today and it was fantastic. Burnt my fingers on the chicken and were served with a smile :) Would deffo recommend! After reading up multiple reviews of the place being dirty, I closely inspected the area around the table. Couldn't find any dust or muck and someone was cleaning everything! Very clean, great food and great service!
J. R.We often visit especially after swimming. The bins need to be emptied more and tables kept clean. Staff we have always found to be very helpful and food served quickly.

My Experience over time
It was an okay experience. The Customer service during a busy period was not better. I gues it may be down to the mix of tiredness and human factor.
All the same, no one can deny how much Kfc helps to kerp the nation moving
J. W.Probably an average sized KFC. Waiting times are about average as well (a couple of minutes). Obviously it's KFC so whilst being slightly pricey the food they serve there is still as great as ever.
There is free WiFi there although this is to be expected now anyway.
As it is next to two different stores there is plenty of parking available and if needed there is a drive through.

j. c.Was amazeballs when Kiah Kassim worked their. She was the best and you all suck. Get Kiah Kassim back we love her so much. Ur food is disgusting but with Kiah's sexy touch it made it amazeballs.
K. H.I love kfc especially the zinger but some seem to have better food than others, to me this one's food was a bit sweaty and somehow the hot wings looked like they were off a budgie they were so small but apart from that it was clean and the staff wern't as depressed and robotic as mcdonalds.

R. I.The bargain lunch boxes large fries and 2 chicken fillets for a quick on the go snack. The KFC down Beverley rd Hull has a good parking area, the staff provide a good service and a large seating area to eat in.
