Absolutely delicious. I've driven past this gem many times but never thought to visit. I decided to check it out this evening as my usual chippy was closed. I'm completely blown away by just how good their fish and chips are. My only regret is I didn't try it out sooner.

Even though the food was great the customer service was poor on this occasion Place order for medium tail end of cod and they tried to palm me off with middle cod when I pointed out there mistake they tried to tell me after 20 minutes of waiting that they didn’t have any medium tail end and that I could have a large tail end but expected me to pay the extra as it would take another 20 minutes for the cook to cut down a large to a medium The cook had more than enough time to get the order correct first time but had the audacity to try and say I was in the wrong and tried to charge extra

Tried this takeaway once again after a few years of boycott. All the reviews suggested to me that quality of the food had improved. No, the quality of the food is very bad - cheap ingredients. However, everything was cooked very well and nicely presented. Zero nutritional value, plus there is an increased chance I will die in my sleep tonight. I guess you get what you pay for.

Vegatarian/vegan friendly chips! Yummy, not too greasy. My family enjoyed the fish too. Friendly staff. Serving was a bit slow - but I think that's because the fish was being cooked fresh, which is fine by me!
