Yeah it's OK,,, clean , tidy,, cool... The staff are friendly enough. I have to be honest , the quality , size of the chicken and chip portions were small, smaller than our local take out chicken shop. The taste wasn't anything special, no different to a local fried chicken . I really couldn't tell the difference, and if anything, KFC was probably lower quality than the local generic place. However, it tasted OK, I enjoyed the meal. Parking was OK, no real issues.

Although the place could be cleaner and needed new hand sanitiser, the crew member/staff serving at the front was very friendly and polite. Food came fast, and was warm and tasty. No better or worse than any other restaurants nearby, but the hard working staff make it.

The food was good, but the cleanliness was terrible. I just popped in for lunch and, although the place was virtually empty with just a few groups of diners, it seemed very unclean. The hand sanitiser at the entrance was empty and I noticed that the food disposal bin was open. I collected my food and started looking for a place to sit: every table had remnants of food or food containers on them. I was about to sit down when I noticed ketchup on the seat so I moved to the next table which, again looked as though it hadn't been cleaned very well. I did notice that three staff members were stood around talking (one was joining a load of straws together). I know that they are probably on minimum wage but you would have thought that they would ensure that the seating area was clean for lunch. I will go back, however, I would only use the drive through in future.

Got delivery using the Uber Eats App, however I'm a little disappointed. Don't get me wrong, the chicken itself was delicious and the batter was perfectly crunchy, its just my hot wings and Zinger Burger weren't spicy at all. Like I know everyone has different levels of spice tolerance but this was just mediocre and im not ordering it again.

It is what it is! The food we ordered was hot which was really nice. I would recommend asking for more serviettes though as you don't get given many through the drive through. But that's not really a criticism of our overall experience. God bless the bucket of chicken!

I like the staff here. I like the food here. I like the drive through. I like the parking. However the inside leaves a little to be desired. It is stark and I don't find it welcoming. Often the tables need a wipe over, but that's understandable at busy times. If you let someone know they will always come and clean it for you. The toilets are okay.

We came in and it was a bit busier than we've experienced before. Staff was very helpful when something wasn't quiet right. Food was very fresh. Lovely chicken!

It's KFC, the food is hardly healthy but it's so nice and as long as it's an occasional treat what is there to worry about. These days, drive through is the interaction of choice, it's efficient and it works. Staff are polite and helpful. In the words of the Terminator "we'll be back" to destroy another portion of juicy, succulent, deep fried chicken very soon.

Everytime I come here I leave happy I was served extremely courteously by Danny he served every single person with the same manner. He has a very positive outlook something other kfc outlets should be looking for. My food was served quickly and it was piping hot chips were perfect I don't think I could of asked for better service the staff here seem very happy and from what I could see work well as a team congrats to the manager as arnie says I'll Be back

The food is nice as it's a KFC but the service is slow and they pack/serve it sloppily. By that I mean when I ordered a boneless banquet the popcorn chicken nugget box was squished and so was the chicken strip box. However the atmosphere is nice and the toilets and tables are clean. Maybe go to another KFC but if this is the closest then by all means eat here.

Have to comment honestly, i had to join the queue of cars for a second time as i was not given the drinks i ordered. Apart from that the chips looks like the oil they were fried in needed changing. Speak as i find, so the need for slight improvement on customer service would not go a miss.

Standard modern KFC, busy but not rammed and kept very clean. Lost star because they improved their fries to be the best of the main chains but also reduced the portion ridiculously. The original chicken coating isn't always spot on at this one.

Very slow service despite being relatively quiet on New year's day. Wanted a quick bite to eat having travelled back after NYE this KFC was en route. Service was very slow as despite there being a customer ahead of us who was ordering a fairly large order other staff where just standing around waiting to make up orders rather than serve on the till. When we eventually got served, typically the staff who had previously been standing around jumped on the till! We don't do fast food well in the UK but KFC definitely don't!

Straws, napkins, moist wipes, salt all empty except straws which had 9. Yet again awful standards. Table sticky and full of food waste and wrappings on and under. Had to ask for wipe down. Chap truculantly wiped mine but left all the other filthy tables. Young lady Amanda saw situation, apologised, swept up both our and other tables. KFC needs staff like her to train others to better standards.

Love the food but if you expect to eat on clean tables, walk on clean floors an be able to find a empty bin don't visit the store at martlesham heath it's a total health hazards.staff have a slap dash attitude an a I don't want to be here look about the way they work. They may have a 5 star rating but if a health inspector walked in unannounced they would close the place instantly, I wish I'd taken photos of the place coz you really wouldn't believe the state of it, it wasn't due to lack of staffing as I counted seven staff members .

What more can you say other than if you like chicken, then pay them a visit lol. Not a bad fast food restaurant, easily accessible, good variety of meals and tidy inside. There is quite often a que for this place during certain times of the day and it can be a hassle to get to during rush hour traffic. Also they could do with emptying their bins in the carpark a bit more often, as they are normally quite full too
