What's not love about a macdonalds. Just called in for a drink through the drive through. Service was good. Drinks were correct. I have to check as sometimes I get a coke when I have ordered zero coke.

Great little restaurant, not the easiest to navigate the drive through and the bollards have certainly taken a battering. The food tonight was great, the chicken selects were incredibly hot so very fresh. The fries weren't salted which was disappointing and dropped a star because of it. Was able to swap a dip at the window because we misordered which was nice. Order was completely correct and I'm sure we got more dips than we were supposed to so nice little extra. Overall a good drive through experience.

Stopped in for a late dinner on the way home after a day out in Dereham. Ordered on the self-serve for table service and the food was promptly brought over in less than 10 minutes. Everything super fresh and hot, really pleased with the quality of everything.

We recently visited on a particularly busy day. The young lady we attended with had learning difficulties and autism and finds it difficult in bust places. She surprised us by wanting to sit inside but chose to sit in a staff seating area which was pretty quiet. One of your managers, who was there at the time, once realising our lady had additional needs allowed us to sit there and also went and got two seats for her supporting staff. Very often these situations can be easy to misunderstanding and at times people can be down right rude. I am extremely happy with the service in this branch! Will be back!

I've had some bad experiences recently at other locations that had almost put me off mcdonald's after 35 years of addiction to quarter pounders. I used the drive through and it was a real revelation. The person taking the order was clear, polite and very professional. Food was hot and fresh, as it should be. I know you shouldn't expect a fine dining experience at mcdonald's, but the service and food prep here is a shing example of how it should be done at all branches.

Great apart from the baby seagull that stared at us with its soulless, hungry eyes while we sat and ate out breakfast... trying to please the seagull gods by feeding it an M&M made no difference as the sugar coated offering was rejected. we had no choice but to offer up some local live stock... only then did the merciful seagull let us live.. but it never once blinked and watched us until we left its domain... sausage and egg mc-muffin gave me gas but we all lived....to fight another day

Food good, we used click and collect using the McDonalds app. Food took about 10 minutes to come. My husband asked the delivery girl for a sweetener for his coffee (he's diabetic, so he doesn't use sugar in his drinks) she begrudgingly said she would go and get some, and came back a few minutes later. She didn't seem very happy in her job!

Quite a popular store as is nearly always busy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Store is normally clean, with good amount of seating both inside and out. Good amount of parking.

There is relatively slow service at this McDonald’s due to the amount of services they offer, as they have a drive thru, table service and takeaway they also cater to delivering, this means that all areas aren’t as quick as they could be as they seem to try to be cater to too many different services.

Nothing exciting to report. I love the lane rivalry where you split into two to order and then immediately have to reform into one lane at a standstill. People get very upset if you manage to order before them and get in front.

Really do not like layout of new restaurant. I have only been in once since they have changed it. I only use drive thru. My daughter loves it but I am not keen. I don't feel the food is of the same quality it was a few years back. However, the staff are very polite and friendly, and for that reason I have given it three stars.

Visited at 2pm on a Sunday in January. It was very busy and people were waiting for tables. There were plenty of staff and they coped well although they did forget the fries with our order. Only down side was the restraint was dirty. There was food all over the floor and we had to clean our own table. There should be more front of house staff when it is busy to cope with this. As people sit down it would be nice for the staff to come and offer to wipe the table down.

Great location with easy access to the restaurant, on site parking with enough spaces to deal with the demand wanting to access. Will be returning in the future to see of anything improves or when the menu changes.

It's McDonald's...i don't think the quality of the food ever changes in my opinion, but I will say the quality and level in the cup can vary greatly and when you just need that cuppa to satisfy and it's a half measure that tastes horrible it puts you off going back. It's generally a very busy place so keeping on top of the housekeeping will be a constant if you are to provide a good image

I am a regular at the drive thru' of this branch and have only ever one slight problem - they had run out of chocolate syrup used to make their thick milkshakes, one of my favourites. Except for that one glitch, I've always had exemplary service and the quality of the food up to the high standard, that I've enjoyed worldwide (I visited my 256th franchise - on 4 different continents - plus ate on the opening days at the first franchise in the UK at Woolwich (1974) and the first Tygervalley branch in Cape Town (1995). Always great value for money, no matte whete you are. My favourites? Their apple pies and chocolate milkshakes - my idea of a heavenly good value meal as a follow up to a big mac & fries!

Fairly standard McDonalds, burgers rushed, generally average quality. The problem is that they're starting to charge £5, 6 and £7 for simple fast food... it should be 3 or 4 as you can go to a restaurant and get a better quality meal and drink for £6 - £8.
