The food an drinks are great. Oh and don't get me started on the brownies and cakes that the Irish lady makes!! They're amazing ...... So so good.

Yes it gets busy over lunchtime which is why its best to order early rather than clog up the system. Michelle and her team work really hard to provide excellent customer service
I cant understand the moans and groans about this place, surely quality is more important than price - if you want a plastic sandwich go to the supermarket as you only get what you pay for.
Looking forward to my next visit and the delicious homemade soup 😊.
G. J.Butlers is a great place, in fact it’s nothing short of wonderful. Food is all fresh, top end quality and for Leeds UNBELIEVABLY good value. (Try the BFC you can thank me later. 😉)
The staff are all friendly approachable and welcoming. I had a period of parental leave in 2022 with my son & we went most days for a brew. Plenty of high chairs, great changing areas & even hold spare wipes and nappies (let’s be honest on sporadic kip this can be a godsend!!) Staff are really attentive around warming milk chopping up food etc. I am now back at work & this is a great place to sit with laptop and do emails and calls. Even met colleagues here (the aforementioned reasonable pricing structure of lunch blows southerners minds!). The team also supports local independent businesses, with an array of goods/gifts offered for sale on site. In short I hold Butlers, the staff, & the food in the highest regard. Quality homemade fare is always on offer, soups that are unparalleled.
A. R.The food is wonderful yet reasonably priced. The large airy restaurant is spacious but avoids feeling like a cafeteria. For me everything is superb and the cherry on the cake is the staff who are friendly, efficient and attentive. It is a real jewel in the Kirkstall Forge crown.

The service provided by Butlers was outstanding. Nice clear one way system. Masks are required to enter and order food, though they will bring that to you table. There is a separate area to wait if you are taking away. Great facilities. And great breakfasts. They couldn't do enough to keep us happy. We will happily return for our next 3D meeting.

K. P.Very nice modern cafe with plenty of comfy seating. Had a really good coffee while waiting for my train, and the food looked good too. Hope the rest of Kirkstall Forge continues to be developed in a similar fashion!

Built by a Swiss billionaire property tycoon and who's planning fee's were paid for by you; £10 million direct from our council tax. The same company is eventually going to develope the rest of the site with cheaply built over priced housing, which seems to be popping up all over one time green spaces in Leeds
But it's ok for food n drink and has friendly staff
