“Memorable dining experience” We had a wonderful lunch enjoyed delicious food , customer service was brilliant. The surroundings the dècor were breathtaking . I loved the colourful baskets which were displayed throughout the restaurant. We had fun wearing the Fez (hat) and took pictures . This is definitely my highlight of 2022 so far.!

Lovely welcome by staff. Visited for lunch. Had a halloumi and aubergine wrap. Great flavor. Another person had the lamb kofta wrap and they said it was very tasty and filling. From the outside it did look like it was closed so we almost didn't go in but very glad we did.

got the honey and Harrisa chicken it was so bland ? No flavour ? I’m a non smoker and my friend was a smoker- still nothing , chicken and potatoes were dry and potatoes were hard . Very disappointing , no flavour !! presentation looks nice but for this dish you need to work on the flavour and taste / texture, although the ambience is great , the waiters are nice ! It’s Just that dish , I will come again! But next time Ile get the vermicelli rice dish because i remember that Bieng pleasant . P.S the orange I don’t think was fresh , was shop bought , for something that seems authentic it needs tweaking ! Honest feedback :) thankyou though !

This is a great place to eat for something different, it has a very nice menu and I've never had a bad meal here. I've always had good service and it's set in an interesting surroundings with plenty of colour from the items for sale and bright coloured decor. I'd definitely visit again!

The food was okay. Costly for what it is truly priced - little portions of meat, over liberal with rice. Little starters and sweets. It was a piece tasteless and exhausting. The food came rapidly enough however the table assistance was slow, we were there for over 2 hours! They add the service charge on, so you would need to demand it's removed and that you disagree with it. The eatery has goo ambience.

Thought I would try this place. Food nice but either extremely expensive or we were overcharged (but as we split the bill and paid separately we didn't realise until afterwards). We ordered the Meal Feast for 2 people, 2 diet cokes and one small red wine and we were charged a few pence short of £74.. Interesting place and friendly staff but not the sort of place I would choose to go to spend that sort of money.

The cooking at this restaurant is superb. There is a good menu of snacks- I ate the halloumi with tomatoes and olives and the delicious minced lamb with pomegranate seeds. The fresh mint tea is amazing. There is a good range of full meals . More people should discover Comptoir Libanais - right next to the Curzon cinema

had a brilliant meal here on Friday night with family. The decor is absolutely beautiful and staff were very friendly and helpful but not pushy. Between us we ordered all of the burgers and were all very impressed - loved the spicy harissa dip and chips! I've never tried Lebonese food before but can now say I love it. I had the lamb and hallumi burger with traditional potatoes and it tasted amazing. The lamb was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The dips that came with the food were nice too. All staff were friendly and our waiter went through the menu as we were unsure of what everything was. If you're into photography, you'll love the beautiful decor as much as I did.

Wow really nice food hidden gem, food is halal but they serve alchohol, food and location right by everyman is perfect, i would have given 5 stars but the waiter was arrogant, noticed he was better with customers from a certain background maybe those that will spend more on alchoolic drinks. Visited this place since I always used to walked pass this place. Menu wad slightly different but I was very impressed with what we ordered apart from me, I ordered this Lebanese burger and I specifically told the lady who was talking my order to have my burger well done but Gosh after two bites I could see all read inside. The reason I asked for well done because a friend of mine who visited this place earlier told me that food was slightly undercooked and it definitely turned out to be true and I ordered a Efes beer and that was like luke warm coffee. A BEER SHOULD BE COLD SINCE IT SAYS ON THE BOTTLE TO SERVE COLD. Would not really talk much but I Personally think if the server had stressed my request to the kitchen staff it should have been done properly.

Food very impressive for a corporate chain place, couldn't fault it. House Lebanese wine very nice. Service was fantastic from most of the staff. I ordered the mezze plate and a glass of wine, by the time I had returned from the (single) toilet on the same floor, the drink was arriving, by the time I had taken a sip the food was arriving. Good tabbouleh, baba ghanoush with fresh pomegranate garnish, labneh with olive garnish. Bottomless flatbread to accompany. Humus was a bit flat, but came with dukkha which compensated. Obviously there was no way that the single falafel or cheese pastry were freshly cooked in that time, but they were nice enough. Pricing a tad steep, but that is the norm in this area, and the quality was appropriate for the price. Would recommend.

Have been coming to this place for years so thought I would drop a review. The food is yummy! Never in the past 3 years of visiting this restaurant have I had a problem with my food! Rice is always cooked perfectly. My favourite meal is the mixed grill (pictured.) I even bought one of the recipe books to try get my hands on their delicious milk pudding recipe! The staff are always very accommodating. I haven't given it a five star because I've noticed as time has gone on the portion sizes seem smaller and you get less bread with your meal.

A great Lebanese restaurant, located on the second level of the Leeds Trinity shopping centre. Now open for indoor dining, this vibrant eatery boasts an impressive menu with something to pique the interest of any cosmopolitan diner. The we found everyone welcoming and hospitable, with prompt service and great food. I would also like to extend my appreciation to everyone at the Trinity restaurant, for finding and keeping safe, the bag of shopping, that I forgot to pick up when we left. Looking forward to visiting again , soon. I give Comptoir Libanais Trinity, 5 stars *****

The food is beautiful, extremely good. The decor and atmosphere is great. Unfortunately the service completely let the experience down. We were left wanting drinks during our meal, eventually I had to ask at the bar, there was at least 5 members of staff floating around and only three tables of customers. Once we had finished we waited 25 mins for someone to come , we were going to order, more drinks , but asked for the bill instead. The bill came quickly but a further 15 mins waiting for the machine to pay. Two waitresses were at the counter chatting and doing something on the till, the one with the machine set of to us got half way to us and turned back around to go back to her colleague! Complete joke. She set of again, a deliveroo guy came in as she set of with the machine to us once more, she went to deal with him!!! Ridiculous, like I said plenty of staff. Eventually 25 mins later we paid our bill and left. Unfortunately not to return again. Such a shame amazing food, but rubbish service prevented the 4 of us ordering at least two more rounds of drinks , or coming back again. Stars are for the food. Wish we could just tip the chef's!

On the spur of the moment we decided to visit Comptoir Libanais but also on the recommendation of our daughter. Good choice too, most other places were either full or had patrons queueing outside. No problem here and the food we had was simply amazing! We all had different dishes yet felt that almost anything on the menu would have been a star choice. I've never been here before but will certainly be visiting again. There is much to offer here for anyone with a liking for excellent cuisine including lovely dishes for kids. Superb hospitality and the staff are warm, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Give it a try, you're sure to return again and again!😋😷

Great food and friendly staff. Visited as a group of three and went for the feast to share - safe to say there was more than enough food! Definitely got our money's worth. Good variety and all tasted good. Staff helped with the selection and were friendly towards some of the unruly kids running around, getting them under control when their parents couldn't be bothered. Also a selection of things to buy, from teapots and bags to tea and pickled vegetables.

Delicious food. Prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly. It can be a bit confusing the first time you visit, as the entrance is shared with the cinema. Stand to the right and you will be quickly greeted and shown to a table. I love the food here, and the rose mint tea is a treat ( you can order it without sugar, I do as its normally very sweet)

It's very well decorated and located in a central spot. If you come with children it is useful to know it is located next to the Trinity public toilets which is very convenient. The food is very good. Try the Mediterranean platter for 2. Very tasty. Prices are reasonable. They serve home made hot drinks (the hot chocolate is to die for) and fruit juice. Comptoir Libanais is bright and airy and a really nice place to have a lovely meal. Their food is fresh and well prepared...and tastes good! These are all reasons to go there again and again except the fact that the service is terrible. Tonight, after being seated at my table by staff, I waited 15 minutes to even get someone to come over and ask for an order. Upon ordering a glass of wine , starter, and main course, I received both the starter and the main course before I got my wine which I had to ask for two more times. Seriously, it's a Sunday evening and the restaurant is not full. Great food, but very frustrating.

The main courses was different from what you find in typical Mediterranean places but were not very tempting. The food was the perfect portion size, the flavours were made from authentic spices, you could taste the richness of the rose water and the saffron and cardamom infused dishes were absolutely divine! There needs to be more places like this in leeds city centre, this is how we eat at home and my mum is very fussy when eating out, but she'd go here all the time! Had lunch there for the first time on the recommendation of a friend. What can I say? It was delicious, and lots of vegan choices, if that's important to you. All the food looked so fresh and beautifully cooked. I had the falafel salad with sumac dressing which was wonderful. The service is quick and friendly and the atmosphere is delightful.Even if you decide not to eat there, you absolutely must try the rose and mint tea. We couldn't stop drinking it and we will definitely be going back.

This is a beautiful place to sit and grab a bite to eat or a drink, either while you're waiting for a movie at the Everyman Cinema upstairs or just having a rest from shopping around the Trinity Centre. It's not too pricey and, though I've not tried everything, it all smells delicious. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the whole place has a warm atmosphere to it

I’ve been to Comptoir Libanais a few times since I moved to Leeds and I really like the food and the vibe. Not to mention the waitress Nora that always receives me the biggest and warmest smile. She’s very attentive and I really like when she looks after my table. Finally, I recommend the mezze sharing platter if you and your friends are feeling peckish or the lamb tagine with couscous if you’re looking for something healthy + tasty.

What a great place! Good food, and the lemonades are lovely. We visited for lunch, and had the mixed kebabs and flatbread with halloumi. Both came with salad, which was fresh and with a very tasty dressing. Even the espresso was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. To top it off, the music was ace!

I've been ordering Comptoir Libanais from Deliveroo for a while so knew this was where I wanted to come for my birthday and it truly did not disappoint! Loveloveloved the atmosphere, it's beautifully decorated and really adds to the experience. I ordered the Spinach Fatayer which was delicious as always, my boyfriend ordered the Salmon and chilli as a bit of a wildcard and it was really tasty too and my Dad went for a yoghurty tagine and we didn't hear a peep out of him until the end when he said he wanted to lick his plate. A firm favourite, deliveroo reflects the actual meal and the staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us.

Me and my girlfriend was walking past and a welcoming gentleman offered us a taster, it was so nice we decided to come in and try the food. We had the homemade vodka lemonade roza, the man'ousha and spiced lamb kofta. It was fair to say we was not disappointed!
