L. S.Ordered last night with a woman who put my pizza in completely wrong also didn’t prompt me on the removal of cookies on the manager special deal . Dealt with this issue with the lovely Malaki who was great and on the ball, dealt with the situation with exceptional customer service offering to remake the whole pizza and offered me the cookies anyway this one time for the inconvenience! Great customer service and asset to the team.

I cannot find fault and I always enjoy it, i only order once every 2-3 months but its fabulous. I would definitely recommend using their app its so easy to use and is very customer focused.

S. B.The person that answered the phone tonight barely spoke english, should I become bilingual or maybe your store manager should pull their finger out. I gave up after 5 minutes of repeating myself. Food is as you'd expect from a big chain store, decent taste, salty, but at least it's consistent, pricey, I only ever use them when deals are on.
