C. “. H.I don’t think I’ve ever had a what I would consider a 5* experience with KFC as somehow they always get something wrong with the order
But I’ll still give a generous 4* - it’s fried chicken and the Colonels secret spices never disappoint!
Just follow the rule - check your order before you leave.
K. K.Perfectly standard KFC. Unfortunately, the experience was almost completely ruined by the music being on incredibly loudly and also through faulty speakers so everything was fuzzy as well. The staff did at least turn it down a bit when I asked, which is why it's a 3-star not 2-star review. The music was still execrable.
H. P.I have been coming here for as long as I have lived here which is 5 years to be exact however over the past year this place has improved incredibly. Unsure of what has made it change but nevertheless, this kfc has become the best in the area without a doubt.
N.The customer service previously when we went to this kfc was not amazing however today We were served by Joseph at the drive thru and the customer service was exceptional. Very welcoming and not only was he a blast to hear through the intercom but he also excellently prepared our order with extra utensils and napkins intact without any request.
Give this man a raise ☺️☺️
J. S.Hard working team who do what they can for every customer. Unfortunately some of the people who decide to leave it late to get food expect immediate service which cannot always be possible. To verbally abuse young female staff is shameful and means that type of lowlife is a coward and needs a lesson in manners. Happy to oblige.
c. C.I've been to a lot of KFCs over the years. Hands down the meal I got here was the best of the lot. Hot crispy chicken. Delicious. And fast service. I would attend here again.
X. L.Good place but going to be honest toilet area just smells of urine. Which when your going to wash your hands kinda puts you off.

H. B.Not been here in year as it went down slippery slope. But coming back for first time I was pleasantly surprised how good it was. The chicken was nice and juicy and the skin nice and crispy. It was just like the good old days. Even the gravy was banging. The staff were friendly and polite. Would defo visit again.
E.My partner and I just tried the new vegan chicken burger at this KFC and it was amazing, I will definitely have it again sometime soon! The drive thru line was long however the service was very speedy and I was very impressed by that. Also, the employee with the pokemon tattoo was a very friendly and kind person! Thank you for the tasty food 😋
P. B.Just visited the store as Guisley was closed at 8pm? We were greeted by Aaron, his customer service skills were 2nd to none! He explained everything, he was so helpful, he's definitely restored our faith in the Horsforth branch, as we've had a couple of poor visits in the past.

i. j.Food was decent but I was definitely not happy to see an Asian food person without his mask on over his face. I did mention to the server at the drive through window who was quick to tell him. I would like a comment from KFC as regards this. Saturday night about 8pm.
L. T.This KFC used to be the worst, always terrible, skinny, dry chicken.
However, since about 6 months ago the quality has completely changed and has to be consistently one of the best KFCs I've ever had. The chicken is ALWAYS moist, perfectly cooked and has a good coating of batter.
S. R. D. (.When using the drive through my order has always been ready quick with usually a 2-3 min wait at the most even for a special order as you would expect from a FAST food outlet, unlike McDonald's where on average I find myself waiting 10 mins or more for a couple simple meals.

J. B.The food is fresh and hot but I was a little disappointed that all their prices are marked up ( some by almost £5 ) on the just eat app. I think that this is scandalous and we shouldn't pay for them been part of an app!!

H. M.I was very impressed with the service. The guy who works on the drive thru is the most pleasant fast food worker I've come across, everytime he is cheerful and helpful and never gets it wrong. The food is always hot and tastes fresh.

C. T.The staff are that busy trying to serve the next customers at the same time as trying to complete your order, they frequently get orders wrong. I would definitely check your order before leaving or you will be disappointed once you've got home with your food & theres nothing you can do about it by then!
R. A. P.Finally, since it’s under new management, I’ve never had an order wrong. All the team are friendly, food is always hot, much better than the previous team who were running it!

A. D.Don't always get what you order, it's best checking before you leave the drive thru to ensure they give you everything. Getting more & more expensive but meals are getting smaller. Menu boards are situated after the order intercom so you often have to park up prior to ordering if you don't know what you'd like to order. Krushem machine is often not working. They do a rewards card which give free foods & eventually £5 off your order but always check they've scanned the rewards card as they often don't or the machine is broken or the restaurant's wifi is down...
Very dirty in the restaurant area & sticky tables despite they've supposedly been cleaned...

T.I love the colonel more than most however the company has taken to hiring less than competent staff or simply people who don't care (why would they it's usually teenagers) a severe lack of listenjng skills mixed with an attention span what only locks into gear when talking to a friend means unfortunately alot of orders are wrong if you dare step away from the standard menu I. E. No lettuce etc.

J. R.Food is as good as any other KFC so no complaints there. The wait times for the food are reasonable however I have never been to this one at peak times i.e. Friday lunch times when everyone fancies some finger licking chicken.

M. D.Always obliging when I ask for specific chicken pieces in my bucket. Not all branches do this but you have to go in store as drive through is a bit hit and miss.
