Lovely Italian meals in Cosy Restaurant. When visiting shows in Leeds Prezzo is our favourite spot for lunch. The choice of vegetarian options is one of the reasons why we love this restaurant. Although without doubt it is the draw of the honeycomb smash cheesecake that makes sure we return. Quieter on a lunchtime this restaurant is a great place to relax, chat and people watch. The staff are friendly and don't rush you. Highly recommended if you enjoy Italian food.

We were in town for a comedy show and decided to pop in for a meal before we went in. With no experience of dining in Leeds this was our first impression and it was very positive. Greeted quickly and friendly straight away by a lovely young Italian man at the door who quickly took us to our seats. We ordered olives, meatballs and king prawns for starters. Deliciously unique tastes. The meatballs especially were a real treat. The mains were the ABC salad with the creamy tagliatelle and we were very satisfied. Malbec to drink which was 5 star. Pleasantly surprised. A lovely start to a great night. You did Leeds proud.

Came for a meal with a group of work colleagues. Service was ok, but the food is over priced and my tiramisu for dessert was frozen with ice crystals in it. Clearly hadn't been defrosted properly! I sent it back and they took it off the bill. Bit of a disappointment.

Came here for a poo cos the toilets at my work (undisclosed business also in the light) were broken. Greeted by two lovely ladies who made me feel welcome and pointed me in the direction of the toilets. Felt like there was a good atmosphere in the restaurant, good vibes and busy as well. Toilets’ atmosphere was calm and felt private. I felt very comfortable doing my poo, very tranquil. Everything was very clean so no problems there. Only issue I have is that the toilet paper was very thin and I almost fingered myself. Other than that though, no qualms. Overall good experience and am very grateful for the girls who let me in

My friend and I booked a table here prior to the theatre. The restuarant was empty apart from a few tables. We were directed over to sit next to another couple who may have been on a date. We also wanted privacy. This was a little awkward to have to ask sit somewhere else when there was space in abundance. As it was very very quiet in volume it would not have been fair on the existing couple. Had it been busy our conversations would have been drowned out. However, the waitress sought 'permission' to re-seat us. I'm not sure they understood the point as we were re-seated next to a table of four - however this was less intimate! I raise the point not as a criticism merely an observation. The garlic bread I had to start was absolutely fantastic. Hot and full of flavour and not dripping in oil! A+++, The hummus my friend ordered was amazing. Subtle and I will order this next time. I had the chicken and mushrooms. The sauce was a delight. A+++. I was unsure about this restaurant but the food and service - irrespective of the seating at the start - certainly attracts me back. Recommended.

We came here and was asked about dietary requirements on the door - to which me and my boyfriend said we were both vegan. I fancied a salad and all of them were non-vegan so I asked for them to swap cheese for broccoli - to make it vegan…unfortunately my food arrived with pesto on top meaning I ofcourse couldn’t eat it. Luckily my boyfriends food was beautiful and he had plenty so we shared his meal instead! The service was lovely and the atmosphere was very nice although they did serve me cheese and no one realised until I told them at the end and asked for the meal to be taken off the bill.

It hadn't been our first choice of restaurant for the evening, but it didn't disaapoint. The young lady who served us couldn't have been more attentive, and everything was meticulously cleaned in between customers. Good food, served promptly. A good choice especially if heading out on the town after.

Food was lovely but staff members are unprofessional. They take card payments only and I was informed about it after finishing my lunch. Manager on duty was forced to come to the table and to sort out the situation, he kept sending a waitress to deliver the information he was passing to her.

Prezzo is hands down one of the best places to go if you want some gorgeous pasta. It is delicious to say the least, gorgeous flavours, no over or under cooked pasta. Really lovely at the end of the day and friendly staff. This is a little pricey-er but that's for a reason. I really recommend coming here.

Very welcoming and attentive colleagues who offered me drinks and kept me company while I waited for my partner to arrive. We had the 3 course red letter days meal with wine, and it was great. The menu was quite broad for a set one, and the portions were much bigger than expected. I was especially impressed with the meatball starter and the chocolate fudge cake dessert (even though I couldn't quite finish it)! The whole restaurant was very clean and felt covid safe due to all the measures in place, including a one way system. I'll definitely be returning.

I visited with my 4 year old on a whim and a member of staff at the entrance greeted us warmly and seated us without a booking so we were very lucky (particularly on a Saturday!) The staff here are friendly, attentive and accommodating and the food is fabulous. The team at Prezzo in the light I feel are second to none and im really glad I popped in for lunch. I would recommend this place on every level if your looking for a good quality, good value, pleasant place place for lunch.

Brilliant restaurant booked for 7:15pm and they managed to get us in early. Staff exceptional. Was served by augusty (sorry if I misspelled) and she was a star had a couple of minor complaints which were solved promptly and efficiently. Luke helped get us seated and set expectations explaining of a shortage of a particular beverage...due to the outstanding service we enquired for a Christmas party later in the year. Great job guys keep up the phenomenal service 👏

Went to Prezzo Leeds at the light.unfortunately I have several types of food I can’t have due to health reasons.I worked out that I could have several dishes on the menu only to find out that I couldn’t when I arrived at the restaurant.The manager and head chef went out of their way to create a starter and main whilst honouring a voucher offer that we had paid for at the same time.Eating out isn’t easy with the condition I have,but the level of customer service I received was beyond excellent from the manager all the way down to the waitresses.I would highly recommend visiting Prezzo Leeds at the light.

We have always enjoyed the food and service at Prezzo 16 18, The Light the Headrow, Leeds LS1 8TL. Fantastic pizzas and pastas. I particularly like the King prawns and meatball starters. Staff are very friendly and helpful and don't make you feel uncomfortable when producing the Tesco vouchers at the end of the meal. The service is quick and no rush to leave your table with is nice. Can't wait to return. Reserving a table is reccomended.

Went on Monday for a meal , staff were very attentive and quick . Food was brilliant. Health and safety rules for coronavirus were there in place and got explained before we sat down. Only thing I could fault is the garlic bread starter is on the small side but everything else was excellent. Definitely recommend.

We made a booking a couple of days before the lockdown. The restaurant was quiet and peaceful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pasta that includes chilli is really spicy though. Only one rose wine that mostly tastes like white wine. Coffee was not so good. The prices are reasonable.

I had an evening meeting in the Radisson so was looking for somewhere to have an early and inexpensive dinner. Many choices in the Light but chose Prezzo. Was fairly busy at 1730 so was expecting a long wait for my food. Well it wasn’t quick but not too bad. I ordered the Tre Gusti pizza which was quite good - nice crispy base and lots of toppings - and very filling. Staff were friendly.

The staff were polite about it and seemed very embarrassed having to tell us. We can not fault the service the staff gave as they were great.
