A small restaurant, but it gave a personal feel to the place. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The small wait for food was worth it, as it was freshly cooked for each person and tasted good. The portions were generous and value for money. The only down side I can see is that it is cash only.

I was looking forward to visiting as I've heard nothing but good things, the waiting staff were lovely and the man serving us was cheeky and fun which added to the atmosphere and he also made sure to tell us about the offers and how they worked and the special aswell. Myself and my 4 friends all really enjoyed our meals and were totally stuffed and satisfied afterwards! We will definitely be back again 😊

Place was nice as well as food and friendly staff . First time here and can't fault them. However, make sure you have cash on you when visiting as CASH ONLY. Staff made sure that we were comfortable and looked after. The place to be for Turkish experience. There is an outdoor sitting area with ample space which is useful in contemporary society.

Just my type of food, meat, salad and rice. So tasty and filling and the manager was lovely. The bread and garlic butter was out of this world, if we are ever up this way again we will definitely come back.

We dined there last night for the first time, the place had a lovely feeling about it, it felt like we were on holiday. The staff are exceptional and work well as a team, they engaged well and were there to make sure you were well look after. The food was amazing, they don't cut corners when it come to quality. We loved the complimentary Limoncello shot which was made freshly for us, but to top it off, once the staff found out we were celebrating our anniversary they gave us a free mini bottle of procecco each. We will definitely be back whatever the occasion

Fantastic atmosphere, it's tight there but in pleasant turkish way. Very tasty food, mix grill highly recommended. Staff very helpful and nice. Edit: we visited this place so many times since I left my first review and I'm so glad to come back here again and again. Staff is always polite and helpful with high manner. I had here one of my best birthday evening and what I really appreciate is this lovely Turkish music in the background, good Efes and authentic food. One of MUST GO places! True hidden gem!

Lovely friendly staff and authentic Mediterranean tasty food. There is a wide variety of options to match different tastes. Also, vegetarian options are available. Portions are good as well. Even little ones love their food and the kids menu options.

After much debate i decided on turkish cuisine. At 16.95 for 2 course (starter and main) (main and pudding) i decided on the turkuaz restaurant. Greeted with a happy atmosphere, and frendly people, table for 1 straight away on a wensday night. Sat and immediately a drink was ordered and delivered (not included in deal), brilliant 👏 Left few minutes to observe the menu, i devided on grilled hallumi and chicken shish, order taken promptly and i awaited my starter. Grilled hallumi came in adequate time with a fresh light bread and garlic butter. I started munching on the hallumi, wow, a great combination. Wrapping the hallumi in the bread with garlic butter. Beautiful As i munched on my last hallumi (almost thinking i could have just eaten more) the plates were seen empty and removed, table cleaned and fresh cutlery. Main of chicken shish was just as lovely, arrived in adequate time, nicely grilled chicken, nicely marinated and spiced. Rice melted in mouth and dips with a side salad combined nicely 😋 Reasonably priced Grilled hallumi Chicken shish 1x med coke 1x large coke £24.95

Lovely authentic Turkish restaurant, fantastic food, great friendly service, been here quite a few times and all good experiences. Would highly recommend. Lovely in all seasons, especially summer when you can sit outside
