The food is 5 star! Honestly, such a fantastic menu and the Angus sliders are amongst the best we've ever eaten. Have to also recommend the delicious, tender Zingy Bites too. The whole set up is fantastic, the staff really helpful and you can easily forsee this one branch set-up growing into a big chain... BUT! But there is one unbelievable, mind-numbing failing. The failure to offer card payments is embarrassing, baffling and quite frankly, unacceptable in 2021. We saw a number of clients leave because there was no card payment option and whatever accounting benefit the management think they're gaining, cannot compensate for the damage this does to what could be a very promising brand. This would have been a five star experience, had it not been for this self-inflicted screw-up. I sincerely hope they fix this.

Been to the Manchester branch which opened just last week Absolute fantastic food, friendly and welcoming staff. Brother Mansoor dealt with our order and suggested a special mango mix to go with the meal which was amazing! Will definitely pay a visit again highly recommended.

Another burger joint, but how does it stack up?? Unfortunately it’s not up there with the likes of Burger Base or Chickanos or Big Corner. The menu is really straightforward and very limited it’s basically two sliders and some fries/chips with the choice being a beef patty or chicken. You have the option to add a few extras such as cheese on chips or fish burger but apart from that the sliders and fries are their main selling point. The service was great and faultless, staff were very polite and food arrived within say ten minutes. The shop is a little tight/ cramped but it’s a nice place for a couple but not really for a family. Now the food did taste nice and the skin on fries were very tasty but unfortunately I felt the sliders were too small and not enough for one person, you can get a standard sized burger with fries for the same price but I guess that is down to personal preference. One thing I would like to add is that the drinks were only £1.00 for sodas and £1.50 for floats👌.

Brilliant place to eat. Very nice deco and concept of food. Smaller burgers so you can have two for the price of one. Angus beef, flame grill chicken etc. And lovely chips. Very reasonable price.

A massive selection of burgers What a great idea to have mini burgers so you can try a few at once I had 3 and they where really tasty would of been nice of there was bit more meat tho but as I said very tasty Had the nachos as well. Simple and limited menu. Tried Angus beef on charcoal bun and flaming chicken on brioche bun and I believe flaming chicken was the best. Dont really like the fountain drinks, they should start stocking cans/bottled soft drinks. Overall the food tasted great and really like the concept. Will visit again.

Visited on a Tuesday afternoon with a friend. I must say it was fantastic. Loved the burgers, brioche with a beef slider and charcoal with spicy chicken and my sides was relish fries and my cherry float mmmmm everything was perfect. My friend loved hers too. Good value for money, definitely different take on burgers as a meal. Would recommend they own fizzy drinks, cherry and strawberry is my favourite. Size wise meals are not as big and filling as Rockin Dinner but it's entirely different concept, pricing reflects the size of burgers. Nice desserts as well. Only negative is horribly uncomfortable seating. Please get rid of this chairs. Also, being on busy stretch of Evington Road finding parking is challenging.

I mean, 2 sliders and chips for £4.99. That's all you get. You have to double up on the burgers which makes it filling. But even then, the taste is weird. Sour-ish. I would say, save your money, unless you're desperate.

Pretty poor experience today When I placed my order the store was empty and I was told 10 - 15 minute wait. 30 minutes later I was still waiting and was told that because it became busy my order was taking long. In total I waited for 45 minutes The food was good, definitely better than when they first opened. Early hours of morning went to order some burgers for me and the family. Unfortunately they were closing. Explained that my 10 year daughter was doing a weekend fast and she really wanted a burger for suhoor as a treat. Manager was like let me try and sort something for my daughter ... he managed to do a mean breakfast box that my daughter absolutely love. Really appreciate it and excellent service. Visited the Batley branch today, the service was outstanding! The staff members were very polite and kind, the interior was also lovely. Visited the Batley branch on Saturday, and overall the food was very decent. However one point that needs to be mentioned is that the Beef Angus patty in the slider burger is very thin meaning the brioche bun overwhelms the Angus beef patty.

The food here was amazing. I ordered the spicy chicken in a brioche bun and beef sliders with the charcoal bun. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. The side of corny fries are the best fries I’ve tried and a really unique concept. I also ordered some maple syrup pancakes, which are my new favourite. The place itself is very stylish and had a great atmosphere. The staff were also very friendly and had good customer service. Planning to go again and would definitely recommend.

Tried for the first time, ordered through "owl get it" food delivery app. Speedy delivery, love the choice of having 2 sliders, chicken bites were absolutely delicious and nice portion of chips. Only lost a couple of stars as all 4 of the slider patties (which admittedly are VERY thin) we had, all Angus beef with various toppings, were absolutely covered with black pepper. So much so that pepper was all we could taste. Hoping this was a one off and the chef just got a bit excitable with the pepper this evening! Willing to give it another try to see if patties are better next time because otherwise we loved it.

Firstly the place is immaculate which for me really makes a difference. The service was exceptional. But most importantly the quality of food was amazing. You don’t have to decide between a beef or chicken burger you can have both 😍 the flavours are on fire!! Angus beef and flaming hot chicken are my fave!! The soda float is amazing!!! This is a new place that has opened up on Evington road where there is already a lot of competition in the food business. They stand out with their well designed interior, branded packaging and simple menu and specialise in sliders rather than following the trend of gourmet burgers. Sliders, for those who don't know are half the size of a regular burger. I ordered the slider box which comes with 2 sliders and fries. I chose 1 brioche bun and one black ink bun. Grilled flaming hot chicken in the brioche bun and Angus beef in the black ink bun. The slider box doesn't actually come with a drink, so I ordered the bro must. The flaming hot chicken was delicious and had nachos on it too. The Angus beef on the other hand was a right put off from the start. It had a smell of fish, which I read in another review too. Maybe they cook it along with the fish products. Overall, a nice place to buy from. The price is moderate-high and the staff and very friendly and helpful. The wait isn't too long.

This is the go to place for my wife and kids after swimming on Saturdays. I usually go for the Angus Beef sliders along with a coke float and the girls normally go for fish filet and grilled chicken sliders with a bro mist float. The sliders are quality in both ingredients and taste. The floats are cold and fresh. The customer service is brilliant and the shop decor is amazing. Highly recommend it to all families to come!

The beef burger was pretty good and the chips weren't too bad as far as chips go, but the hot chicken burger wasnt too great. Bought it for my family and nobody liked it. The idea if having mini burgers is great though I wish there was a cheap option of just getting two burgers without chips.

Loved the food, catered for me as I can only eat Gluten Free so I brought my own Gluten Free Cob. The staff ensured that this was made separately with no contamination issues. I have tried both the Angus Beef and Original Chicken and both tasted amazing. Chips are also fried separately. Staff really took care and customer service was top. Food for the rest of the family was pretty much the same, they all loved it, definitely going back. Been twice already in 5 days...

A lovely unique concept. Delicious, tasty angus beef combining quality and value. I'm not often impressed by chicken in general, but the crispy and tangy burger is a real flavour adventure for the palate. Looking forward to see what additions the team brings to their menu, maybe chicken strips and slider combos? Who knows! I was really looking forward to trying this place, the decor the pictures of the food the branding and all is stunning and does not disappoint but unfortunately if the food does not taste good then all the rest is not remembered. I had the beef patty slider in a brioche bun which was more gherkins and tomato rather than beef patty, the patty was super thin and kept sliding out the burger. I could hardly taste the beef. I also had the super hot chicken slider in the charcoal bun, the bun tasted very stale which was an immediate put off and the chicken although nicely coated was dry with not enough sauces inside the burger. The chips were nice. I had high expectations of this place but was let down. However I am willing to try it again if I hear they have improved their burgers as they are newly established I am sure they will take these feedbacks as constructive criticism and comeback stronger so I can rave about them to everyone!

This review is based off a Deliveroo Order. Bad (ish) stuff: The buffalo chicken bites were great but is it supposed to be swimming in red hot sauce ( i love that sauce so that's lucky) literally like a curry? So much sauce. The flaming hot grilled chicken slider was very odd. I'm not sure if I was given a bad burger or if it was intentional. Did not taste grilled, felt like it was missing something. The website says it's a Doritos crumble. I wish I got the original grill instead now. The description on that sounds better. The fries we received were soft and unsatisfying. Everyone knows a bad side of fries can ruin your enjoyment with a meal. Compared to the rest of our meal I think the fries weren't fresh. Probably prepared too early compared to the rest. Sad :( Hash browns were fresh! However way too oily and tastes like they were fried too fast. The ratio of crispy outer to fluffy inner weren't balanced right. Not enough fluffy inside for me. Good Stuff: Great packaging very easy to eat from and helps with clean up. The Firecracker beef burger was decent. That went down a treat. The nacho cheese sauce tub was TINY but At £1.39 it's a fair deal but next time I'll be ordering more than one. Great stuff though. OVERALL I think I would give it another go. Maybe it was a one off bad experience. Maybe it tastes better if collected my order and ate it right away. Maybe it was a bad day for the staff. Who knows. Could you do Mini Sliders? I imagined lots of mini burgers and a pile of fries like harold and kumar.

The food was cooked fresh, great choice for mix and match. The sliders were bigger than I expected and loved each of my choices. I had the 3 sliders and chips box meal with sticky chicken and mozzarella sticks as sides. I had one Beef, peri peri chicken and fish fillet burger and each was as nice as the last. I think my favourite was the peri peri chicken, although the size of the fish fillet impressed me. The sticky chicken bites were the most memorable though, they dont look much but tasted amazing. Great crispiness of the batter and sauce was great. We randomly went as it was close and open but would 100% go again on a planned date night

Choice of two mini burgers with skinned potato fries for 4.99 sounds great but... the 30 minute que to order (5th in line) then another 40 for it to be made for take away was absurd. If your thinking about getting the fish burger your better off going directly to Mr burger (frozen shop) and finding the same ingredients to make at home. If you like beef there are better places. Looks great but needs to improve service time.

Dont really understand why theres low ratings for this place. Wait time was not bad at all, got our food prompt. The chicken one is really good, would also recommend getting one of their premium sodas as a float, this goes well with the sliders. If your not sure which flavour just ask them! They even gave us samples to taste before we actually chose a flavour.

Just got take away chips and really impressed with cleanliness, menu choice and friendliness of staff. It was nice to see a fresh and sparkly fast food business down this street. It's very fancy and nice inside and has tones of employees. I ordered the vegi burger box which contained 2 small burgers and a leaf of lettuce on each and a nice centred price of red onion. The chips were different tasting and I quite liked. I should have asked for some salt as that's how I like my chips. The vegi burgers were very nasty and mild to taste. For £4.99 I would have expected a free drink with the meal really value for money. Hmm I'm not sure. I think it's a little over priced but I expect this is due to the over expensive taste of the shop decor. Overall it's tasty mild food with some bling.

Went to brgr bro after quite a long time and ordered 2 slider boxes, drinks and a healthy salad. Overall great value for money, food was lovely and in particular great customer service from Adam (wearing red) however his manager/colleague rudely ordered him to go to the back whilst he was in the middle of taking our order which we thought was rude, unnecessary and quite disappointing as that's not how one should manage a team.

I visited Brgr.Bro with my husband today to open our fast and have something different. We were served by Muhammad at the till whi took extreme care in our order and his customer service skills are amazing. Muhammad seen that I couldn't handle chilli, went and got separate honey chicken bites and upon seeing that I didn't really enjoy the charcoal burger, he got me a brioche bun so that I could enjoy my meal. Thank you so much Muhammad for all the care. The food is amazing it's just that at first time you dont really know what to expect. Now after knowing the menu I will certainly visit again and enjoy my meal. Thanks again Muhammad for all the attention and care.
