Four of us came here for a birthday meal. We'd not been to Five Guys before but we weren't disappointed. We all had burgers and shared a large portion of fries. The burgers looked amazing and were quite weighty and tasted as good as they looked. The fries were lovely, fresh and crispy with a bit of salt on top. Finally, and perhaps the star of the meal, the milk shakes were phenomenal. We had a chocolate shake and a strawberry shake which were both creamy, smooth and tasty. The meals and drinks for four people came to a shade over £60 so not cheap given that it is a self service diner but it is a very, very good burger. We'll come here again.

I've given it a 3 because of the fries. I don't know if it's just me, but I've never had a fry more than about 4cm long. Who gets all the long fries? Are they saved for special customers? Burgers are always nice, as are the shakes, just those darn tiny fries!

The food is top quality and i used to think it was too expensive, however it is so filling, delicious and compared to other burger places stands leagues ahead. Great food, I love their burgers. I'm not a big burger fan in general but the Five Guys burgers made with my choice of toppings is so wonderful. Yes it's on the pricy side, but it's worth it. We visited recently for the first time since covid19. We went inside the store to order. Some people were eating at the outside seating but we took our burgers back to eat in the car. We felt very safe the store was not busy because there were only people waiting for their order like us. That made social distancing easy.

The burgers here are beautiful. It's not the cheapest however I I personally think they are worth it. I tend to go for occasional treats. The chips are beautiful. The portions are generous so listen to the server when they suggest sharing. Staff here are always friendly and smiling. I recently went during the lockdown and staff were following government guidance with social distancing, wearing masks and there was a screen to protect staff. Love this place! And the parking is free!

Never disappoints. Five Guys is kind of a novelty for me in terms of only having it once a month or so but when I do the burgers are always on point and very tasty. They give a very generous portion of fries (also very tasty, probably the best fries of all the fast food joints I visit) and the service and speed is excellent. Staff are very attentive and accommodating too when needed. Yet to have a bad experience here and I hope it stays that way. A nice change from the awful service you receive at the Burger King across the park.

This place is amazing! The burgers are so delicious (I was skeptical), they are exactly what you imagine in your head if you think of an amazing burger! Try are a little pricey (which is why it took me so long to try it) but they are worth it and I'll finally go back. All toppings are included and you can have as many as you want. The fries are also delicious! They have drinks machines which have loads of stuff in (like still Fanta, which I haven't had since McDonald's did it). They were really nice in this store and even let us have the drinks for free after we saw the machines and tried to give back or bottled water, really friendly to.

Well well well, 5 guys ain't really my choice of cake, the chips are on the good wide as its freshly made with the skins, the seasoning on the chips are unmissable, so I give this a 1, the food itself, burgers etc is the daunting part, it's very dry, no flavour, the workers are nice though!

Called in after tenpin bowling on the same estate. Was more expensive than a "normal" fast food place but absolutely worth it. Burgers were fantastic, the skins on chips delicious and generous portions. The milk shake was huge and topped with loads of cream. Great !!!

Burgers are good but be prepared to go through the toppings you want on them. Chips are good and portions are reasonably large. A bit pricey and the drinks take a bit of working out. Beats McDonald's easily but at the price you would expect it to.

Even when they're busy they don't take it out on customers, we usually order online and collect. Sometimes you get extra fries for the wait. Not had the hotdog or sandwiches but the fries are very unique due to the peanut oil and they get a few different potatoes from around the UK. The burgers are lovely especially when you add what you like. The food is quite oily and if taking home from the establishment expect a shished or oozing burger! Every meal is wrapped to go which is good if you were eating in but change your mind. Nice food, nice staff, nice atmosphere.

I was reluctant to go there initially given it doesn't really have the best decor but then visited the one in Cambridge first and fell in love with it! So while driving stopped by the one in Leicester and what a treat it is... And did I mention the Cajun fries!?

They also have free roasted salted nuts just like Texas Roadhouse in the USA. In fact, before I had 10 nuts they called out my order number. But at the end of the meal they gave us same order again (free) because their till printed the receipt twice. Great burger as to be expected from Five Guys the quality of the patty is evident the moment you bite into it for those that have never visited you pick your single or double burger then your toppings apparently there is 250,000 ways you can make your burger. Yes it is a little more expensive than a burger at MacDonald's or Burger King but the quality is a million miles ahead. Service is a little slow but it has only just opened recently so perhaps the staff getting in their groove. Highly recommended

Today has been really hard, me and my brother had just come back from a doctors appointment that hasn't brought a lot of good news, so as a treat I took him to Five Guys. Once we had ordered, I realised that I had lost my debit card. Instead of turning us away, they gave us the burgers for free. I had to tell them how much that meant, they provided a little bit of sunshine during a pretty dark day, in the form of a delicious burger, and we can't thank them enough.

Burger avec sauce et accompagnements de votre choix. Boisson à discrétion. Frites maison très bon. Portion assez grande, prix un peu cher.
