KFC has had a large decline in quality with overall food and service. This is why it's such a pleasant surprise that the dining area was clean and the service was adequate. Unless this is a one off, I'd like to think that this is the comeback I really wanted from them. The fried chicken / burgers are what you expect. I find that theres times where the chicken is a bit too salty but maybe thats just me or my experience. KFC isn't gourmet or anything but due to it's popularity I suppose you should check it out. I would also recommend to students to get discounts via their app. Thanks to the staff for being very accomodating and providing good service to my friends even in the evening.

I have used various kfc outlets over the years but today's meal was yhe best ever. The chips were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside and the chicken pieces were juicy and hot. 5 stars 🌟

The team are friendly and work very hard. The food is always great. I have always been happy with the food and service provided by the branch. However my recent visit was a little disappointing as most of the staff had masks worn incorrectly, below the nose or only just covering their chin. It may be due to it being warm in the kitchen, but it didn't feel safe with the current situation. My order also was missing an item, which luckily I checked before leaving so going back in they gave the missing item after looking at my receipt, which could happen to anyone. The reason for only four stars is due to the mask situation. If the staff get trained on why and how to correctly wear a mask then I would definitely give 5 stars.

Order from these every month and 7/10 they are ok (as ok as fast food chicken goes) But the odd time the quality is very poor. I ordered a zinger tower burger meal last time and the chicken fillet was so chewy I could only presume it had been refried god knows how many times. I had to take out the chicken as wasn't edible in the slightest.

Foods good and the order came out quickly. Went to the drive thru, this time they could have done with a second person taking orders as the longest wait was to place the order - the server disappeared a few times bringing back part of customer's orders. Not fair on them to have to do several jobs.

Not the worst KFC I've ever used but that's not really saying much. When they're on the ball the offering is tasty, hot and the service speedy, but this could be considered somewhat of a rarity. Have sometimes arrived to find they have a limited menu on offer due to shortage, cash only due to card machine faults, poor quality food or just lacking the basics like salt, serviettes and handwipes or someone who can speak clear English taking your order.

When busy it can be a little slow in both store and the drive through. Staff have always been nice every time I've been and the restaurant area is always clean and tidy. For a fast food restaurant it's not a bad place to sit in for a quick meal. I've never had an issue with parking but the parking area isn't very big

On Tuesday - 9 pieces for £5.99 plus £2.49 for two regular/1 large fries and a large gravy. £8.48 - WINNER WINNER KFC DINNER Drive-thru is faster than inside service which can be slow sometimes. Definitely well worth the wait though.

For me this branch is definitely the best KFC in Leicester for food quality and probably up there as one of the best in the UK. Service is very dependent on who serves you, so can be a bit mixed in this regards. But it's a fast food joint so not expecting incredible service. Just like any other KFC, this one serves your standard chicken and burgers. If you like chicken, KFC is the place to go, otherwise get some wings or something else. I usually go for the Zinger Burger which is always fantastic, my go to burger from KFC.

Very slow service, Took me 20 minutes to get through the cue, and the were only 3 people in front of me. They then missed out most of my order and I had to go back several times to get it sorted. To be honest, most times is quite good here, so hopefully just a bad day today
