Sometimes they take ages, sometimes they're fast. Sometimes the buns are rock hard and crumble, sometimes the buns are nice and soft. Sometimes they get it right and sometimes they mess up the order so much that you literally want to go back and complain. I dunno what else to say? I spoke from experience with this branch of KFC.

Long wait. Was told there were no burgers left but turned out she meant no buns left but just stood there and didnt offer an alternative until i pushed for it. Great taste and had same spices that they use on the regular chicken products which is great as not a lot of fast food chains put a lot of effort into the vegan alternatives. I'd recommend going when it is less busy as the store is quite small or use the drive through at peak times.

Tried to order a family bucket on the app which was fine but son wanted the crushes malteser drink but this wasn't on app but when went through drive through had to order separately. In the COVID pandemic, service has been very good. The drive through has usually been quick. Food is sealed in a bag and handed to you on a tray through the window. After this it's the good value, great tasting food that you expect.

Pretty nice KFC with clean maintained facilities. Staff are polite and efficient. Wait times are usually short although I think I have only come when it's late so not during rush time. Car park is relativity small. Found the food tastes better than the town store. Did here did not seem as greasy which is a good thing. Only let down I suppose were the fries as they were a little dry for my liking.

First time in this branch of KFC which has only been open a few years. Reasonably clean inside compared with the City centre branch but service was a bit slow. I did go on a Friday lunchtime so I assume it's better staffed in the evening when it's more likely to be busy. Staff seemed pleasant and friendly.

This is one of the best KFC restaurants I have been to. The staff were friendly and actually smiled when taking my order. The food arrived quickly even though they were quite busy. The chicken was fresh and tasty; the coating was crisp without being greasy. The daredevil bites had good size pieces too. I would definitely recommend this KFC if you are in the area.

Slowest KFC in the whole of the UK. There are not enough staff. The drive through takes 20 minutes to get through and the always forget your sauces for your chicken strips. The food here is nice but the service is just so slow. You can queue for 15 minutes just to get served as they only ever open 1 till. Wish they would take on a few more staff.

Sorry but I do not rate Hamilton KFC very well , the food is fine but it's how long you have to wait for the food! There always seems to be a 20 minute wait for the chicken or 10 mins for the fries! Hamilton is more local for me but it's worth going the extra mile to Thurcaston Rd, always fast friendly service. That's what we want on our takeaway night!! Fast food!!

Great to have a KFC that's local and non-halal. The main reason behind not wanting a halal KFC is because at the halal KFC's there is no Big Daddy Meal and no bacon is available on premises. The drive-thru can be slow at peak times but the food always tastes great.

I absolutely love KFC the food is nice. all across the board, The new fries they do are delicious also. The ammenties are clean and modern with plenty of seating. all be it slightly cold in there but that's neither here nor there. as people feel the temp different. However something I found with KFC and no matter which one I attend when going through the drive through they always manage to get the order wrong or miss something out. it's so frustrating seeing as most of the time you wait for the food as it seems to be cooked to order. I just find it something they struggle with. so remember when buying through the drive through to double check your order before driving off. it'll save you alot of frustration and hassle.

So went without; not worth driving three miles back to get it sorted as it would have cost more in petrol. But they are usually very good hence the four stars and not five.

Long queues(45 mins wait outside) because of the August offer, but food was cheap, fresh and hot, chicken on the bone is far too salty though, so you'll need plenty of water afterwards and it is quite greasy, but then it is fried chicken.

I like KFC, but this one in particular is really poor in the evenings in my experience. At the drive thru your waiting for a long time in the queue. And the chicken is usually dry and looks pathetic. In the daytime service is speedy and friendly in my experience. And the chicken has some substance to it.

Recommend getting the app & use for meal deal offers. Toilets were clean, if only the tables and seats were cleaned more regularly they would’ve gotten 5 stars.
