Very fast service the atmosphere is good and the restaurant wasn’t to busy as there are a few in the area. Food was hot and the chips were crispy. The peri salt was added as the chips didn’t come with too much. The drinks were good and the staff were very friendly.

It's been a few years since we last went to Nando's but as we needed lunch and the place we'd planned to eat was closed we ended up at Nando's on Granby Street. I think it's the first time we'd eaten at that one or at the very least the décor has changed since we last went there but the restaurant has an interesting aesthetic. We were welcomed by a member of staff who asked us to wait a moment while a table was cleaned for us. While she did this one of her colleagues sorted out colouring for the kids to do while waiting for the food to arrive. Both the kids ate from the children's menu (our eldest being unadventurous and having a plain chicken burger while our youngest has the slightly spiced one) while the wife and I both had sunburst burgers, opting for two sides each and splitting them between us. Service was pretty quick although they burnt the sweetcorn my eldest had ordered and had to do another one but otherwise the food was fine.

This restaurant follows the traditional Nandos format. The food was as expected & there wasn't a long wait for it either. It would be unfair to leave a bad review as the restaurant was busy when we arrived, however our needs were met. One odd thing ☝🏿 The toilets are downstairs & it can be a little confusing to remember which door you come through to re-enter the restaurant area. 🙂 Not a huge problem, just thought I'd mention it.

Absolutely superb Customer Service given by Dorota ! I have been going here for a number of years. However there is a real buzz about the place and the atmosphere is fantastic. Dorota was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. The Food was delicious and arrived on time. The whole Team were happy and engaged. This is definitely the best Nandos by a mile. Dorota is a real Ambassador for how the Nandos experience should be delivered. She needs to be promoted to Manager and a real asset. Well done !

Although the menus are highly technical now. The food is exactly the same! Delicious! Gutted the halloumi burger is no longer on the menu but they do have some delicious vegan options and some yummy halloumi starters! Plenty of room for nay wheelchair and wheelchair users out there. Great customer service and atmosphere too! Only down side is the technical menus which I think may restrict some individuals with their experience.

Fairly standard Nandos experience, portion size was superb though. Socially distanced tables meant a quiet chilled out meal, but no point in having distanced tables when you have everyone squeezing past each other at the very tight entrance. Should be more control over entry and exit.

Ate here for the last two nights. Super quick service the staff are wonderful dining on my own is a trauma for me and the staff were wonderfully attentive and friendly and made me feel welcome and at ease and the atmosphere is great. A consistent experience. I'm not a huge fan of their chicken and personally feel it's somewhat overrated. The chicken would taste better if it was properly marinated and not just brushed on. Good service and always fun with a group. Good atmosphere and excellent rewards. Who doesn't love a cheeky Nandos??

The food was very good and well presented; the decor and general presentation was also a very good standard. The till server was very helpful. I deducted one star as there was no greeter and after some waiting I found my own seat. I could also see food backing up in the collection area with staff walking around empty handed. Some attention needed to resolve that but don't let it put you off eating.

Standard nandos. Good is always good, but the service has been pretty poor every time I've been in. It look a long time for our food to get to us and at times we even saw them allege that the food was ready but still just stand around doing nothing. Or sent it to multiple wrong tables. Nando's I used to enjoy, but now seems that they do not put their 100%. Food can be delayed. I don't belive that they want to move on or evolve.. Salt is damp.. So many small thing's that are important. Like they don't have fresh plates out as they use to. But i am giving them a 3 star as it is not the top in town but still I have enjoyed their Food I believe they have a chance.

Despite not being acknowledged upon arrival and having to ask someone for assistance - I have still given 4 stars. I'm yet to be deterred from visiting Nando's. I found the service to be lacklustre but still had a couple young ladies that made an effort to smile and engage. The young lady that took my order heard "rice" when i actually said "fries". But perhaps I should have noticed at the time. *shrugs* Once the incorrect order was bought to the table it was swapped immediately. Atmoshphere wasn't "bustling" as such but it was fine for us. This was the lowest stock of sauces I have ever seen. #NotImpressed. The 'hand washing' sink could have done with a good clean #Filthy but the bathroom was ok. The portions seemed to be on the measley side (with reference to the peas and the fries) but the chicken was very tasty. Sunset Burger was a winner! Overall, not majorly disappointed. Maybe I'm biased.
